Took a long time to get. The lady that answered the phone when I asked when it could possibly show up did not have a answer. It would be better if she would just say she did not know.

Send me wrong item at first, so I had to take pictures and email it to them to prove it. Recieved right part after little bit over a week from first delivery

I usually get free shipping, I order truck parts all the time for my company trucks and trailers. I tried to get the discount to by submitting my email in, but it disappeared from the screen.

Have made several purchases and have been satisfied completely each time...Had a warranty issue recently and that was handled quickly and resolved in a very timely matter!!

Searched and found product with no problems had several to choose from with 1 and 2 year warranty. I choose the one with 2 yr warranty as a replacement for my dead unit..

I tried to purchase yesterday and use discount code but website would not complete the order. did fine today but lost the discount because it expired. Cost me $15.00 more to purchase today!!!

Call and checked if in stock before ordering and was told yes...ordered and after 2 weeks got told it was waiting to come from supplier...waited a month before seeing...customer pissed

Product was ordered online. The purchase process was easy and the item shipped in a timely manner. It was a replacement for a broken one on my motorhome. Excellent service.

The process was quick and simple, ups was the shipping company. The parcel has arrived while I'm on the road, and the box is apparently crushed. I will have to test the gauge, to see if it's damaged.

The peterbilt vent covers were the wrong size. They should have been for a 389. The ones I received did not fit but I open the package an dont have time to send it back because Im a trucker.

The only reason I gave 3 stars is because, one of the items I ordered was on back order which cause my order to be shipped late. I didnt get no alert until I called to see what was taken so long.

Item looked great and fit perfectly. Really made a difference in the appearance of the door panel.

The product did not fit so I returned them I was told I could not get a prepaid shipping label I had to pay $47 for shipping on top of the $150 I spent for the seat covers that didn't fit, I am not impressed with the product

The customer is always right..? Except when you delivered my order to the billing address instead of the shipping address I HAD TO PAY $60 extra to correct YOUR mistake..? I definitely WON'T recommend you to anybody, infact I tell people to avoid you...

I got my order within a acceptable time and was able to track it. I also received my order in good condition. I installed the product that I ordered and am very satisfied with it.

It has been good. People have been very helpful. I called to ask questions about a order and get details on a product and they lady rook the time to get the info I needed

You guys have been great. And the one time I did have a problem with a valley chrome product you guys had got in touch with them and resolved my issue A.S.A.P.
