I am so disappointed and upset that I have heard nothing at all despite all these attempts to contact RaveReady. I am a buyer from Australia and found RaveRready through JValentine's list of official stockists and didn't think twice when they had items in stock I struggled to find in my sizes on other stockists websites. I have been in contact with J Valentine directly and will let them know of my experience, as well as multiple Instagram and other social media accounts who have significant followings. This bad experience needs to be shared. I hope that there's an attempt from RaveReady to reach out and confirm a tracking number/proof of postage as soon as possible.

They don't respond to emails, or any outreach on social media. I've filed a complaint with the better business bureau and my bank to hopefully get my money back from these thieves. The worst customer service experience ever - mostly because there is NO customer service. Be prepared to never have your returns processed, to never receive your orders in a timely fashion (if at all), to never having your inquiries responded to. The only action that this company knows to do is to take and use your credit card information and never be heard from again. I would rather pay more than triple the price for any item from any other company than to give business to this site. Having any transaction with RaveReady is an infuriating process especially since they have very little disregard for their customers.
I have only had great experiences with raveready. I even ordered the wrong size once (my fault) and they sent me the correct size as soon as I realized it was too big on me. I just mailed back the wrong size and gave them the tracking number and they sent me the correct size the same day. I love the quality of everything I have received.
