RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, DO NOT RENT HERE
June 12, 2024

Regus

This is the worst place and the worst corporation that I have ever come across. I own a private practice and needed to get into seeing patients in person. At the time, there wasn't anything around my area that was up for rent so I rented an office from Regus in Parker, co. Mind you, they require you to pay 2MONTHS worth of rent and also the MONTH of all in advance. So basically 3 months all at once as they charge ahead.

Things go well and I ask to rent 2 offices in the Colorado Springs location because again, nothing around the North Briargate area is suitable. Either they are VERY expensive or they are located in a very sketchy area for patients and staff to come to so of course REGUS was there conveniently. We rent 2 offices and as expected, they require 2 MONTHS, along with the MONTH OF. Things start to get awful with these people.

Since they have direct deposit, they can do whatever they want. They have OVER CHARGED ME and amount of $10,000 by now. My husband has been disputing this wrongful charge for the past 2MONTHS. We have a plethora of emails between the Colorado Springs office Off Delmonico with * regarding wrongful charges that just won't get refunded.

They have also wrongfully charged us LATE payment fees when their rent comes out of business changing account AUTOMATICALLY. AND IT HAS NEVER BOUNCED! Eventually, they "credited" that to our account because of course, we were told "oh I don't know how that could happen" but yet it still did!

Recently, they said they tried to refund us $4900 that they STILL owe us and the person * said it went to a Wells Fargo account. WHAT THE F?! They have our account clearly, they take money from it. We have ENT! SO of course, that money never came to us. So we are still waiting for that, 2 months later.

Just this week, they come back and charge us another late payment fee! AGAIN! What the f?! So here we are disputing this too as this is NOT accurate since they have OUR CHECKING ACCOUNT!

This place has genuinely affected MY MENTAL HEALTH and my financial health as they seem to continue to TAKE & TAKE and TAKE and NO ONE is ever held accountable for THEIR fraud! Every single month is always a problem with payments. We don't ever pay the same amount!

As I said, I have been fighting REGUS for the past 3 months now about all their FRAUDULENT charges and NO ONE is ever there to speak on the phone live. They only communicate VIA EMAIL and NEVER seem to find a solution to the problem. They reply with some questions or inquiries that we literally have to take time out of our day to pay attention to this SH**!

Update on my review, my Parker office lease was done in March and they owed me a retainer of $5300. However when they processed it, they said it went to the wrong account when they always had the right account to take my money, so HOW INTHE WORLD did they end up with the wrong account to give me MY MONEY? That's REGUS for you. A FRAUD!
We reached out to them and then they said they would correct it as we filled out their bank info request AGAIN when they have had my account for the past year. This is the response I received:

Hi Deimys,

As promised, I am writing to update you following my enquiries with the Regus team who process retainer refunds.
Please be informed that retainer refund will be included in the payment run of June 3,2024, amounting to 5418.00 USD and this will be remitted to the bank account no. ***********.
Please allow 5-7 days for it to appear in your bank account (bank processing delay).
Sorry, once again, for the inconvenience this may have caused.
We hope it clarifies the concerns.

Should you need to contact us again, please raise a query through the Help section of your online account.
Thank you for your support.

Best Regards,
*

Regus, Spaces and the entire IWGPLC Group is a syndicate of scammers
March 12, 2024

Sometimes, I wonder what I am still doing with these people, because every week, there's a new problem. Now I am starting to believe all of the reviews across multiple platforms, and even words of mouths, about them.
5 days ago, I signed and paid for 7 different contracts with them, from Business Address, to Virtual Offices, and Membership Service. After making payment, I received CARD TRANSACTION CONFIRMATION from them, for each of the payments made, and all Invoices status changed to PAID.
Yesterday Monday, all my Invoices changed to unpaid, and every center is asking me to upload the CARD TRANSACTION CONFIRMATION for each of the centers, and it will take up to 72 hours for my payment to be allocated, like what sense does that make?
Why should I be doing someone's job? Why should this be my problem? Up to now, I haven't even received the Phone lines I was to be allocated, which is part of the services I have paid for, thus depriving me of my benefits. The CARD TRANSACTION CONFIRMATION I received was from SPACES, not me. It was system generated, so why can't they see it from the system? Why suspend my services, deprive me of using amenities and having access to services I have already paid for simply because of your fault. Today is the 5 day, I haven't gotten the phone lines I paid for, so how will I be compensated for the days, I am not using the Phone line to receive calls, because as it stands, I am not receiving calls because of Spaces, even though I have paid.
It's these same scammers, when you miss your payment date by one day, they add a huge interest on your payment, but I have gone days without having a phone line for my clients to call me on, isn't it MODERN DAY SCAMMING?
I paid, got payment confirmation from your system, and further indicated success, but yet you are asking me to share Proof of Payment with you like I did EFT Payment, for each of my accounts, who's going to pay for my time then?
REGUS IS RUNNING AN INTELLIGENT SCAM. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, DON'T DELIVER THE SERVICE, WASTE YOUR TIME, EVEN AFTER PAYMENT, AND THE DAY YOU MISS YOUR PAYMENT DATE, THEY BILL YOU LIKE YOU HAVE COMMITTED A CRIME.
NEVER USE THEM. ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON THE PLATFORM IS THEIR TRUE ATTITUDE. I HAVE 9 DIFFERENT ACCOUNTS WITH THEM, SO BELIEVE ME WHEN I TELL YOU THEY ARE SCAMMERS, AND SCAMMING PEOPLE.
I PAID IN FULL, I HAVEN'T GOTTEN MY PHONE LINE, EVEN THOUGH I PAID FOR THE SERVICE 5 DAYS AGO. I AM LOSING BUSINESS BECAUSE OF THEM, AND THEY WON'T PAY FOR THE BUSINESS I AM LOSING, BUT THE DAY I MISS MY PAYMENT, THEY WILL START THREATENING YOU WITH EMAILS, AND TELLING YOU TO PAY LATE PAYMENT FEEL.
USE OTHER COMPANIES, THEY GUYS ARE TERRIBLE. UP TO TODAY, MY PAYMENT ISSUED HASN'T BEEN SORTED, PHONE LINES NOT SORTED, BUT THEY ARE HAVE MY MONEY WITH THEM.
RUN AWAY FROM THEM WHEN YOU SEE THEM.
I AM REPORTING ALL THE TRANSACTIONS I HAVE MADE TO THEM TO MY BANK AS FRAUDULENT. I HAVE ALL THE EVIDENCE THAT THE PAYMENT WAS MADE, AND THEY CONFIRMED IT, BUT YET THEY ARE COMING BACK TO ME TELLING ME INVOICES ARE UNPAID.
SO SINCE INVOICES ARE UNPAID, IT MEANS MY MONEY VARNISH FROM MY ACCOUNT, THIS IS WHY I HAVE TO REPORT IT AS FRAUD TO THE BANK, I NEED MY MONEY BACK, AND MY SERVICE WITH THEM WILL BE CANCELLED, BECAUSE I HAVEN'T GOTTEN ANYTHING FROM THEM FOR ANY OF THE SERVICES I HAVE PAID FOR 5 DAYS AGO

LUEGO CUANO UD VA A SOLICITAR EL REEMBOLSO A TRAVES DE SU CUENTA QUE QUE HA CREADO LA MISMA SE LA BLOQUEAN Y NO HAY FORA DE INGRESAR, UD DEBERA ENVIAR MILES DE CORREOS ENVIANDOLES FOTOS PARA QUE LE SOLUIONEN EN EL PROBLEMA. HOY ES EL DIA 31 DE QUE FINALIZO EL CONTRATO Y AUN NO HAN DEVUELTO EL REEBOLSO NI HE PODIDO INGRESAR A LA CUENTA PARA HACER LO Q SEGUN ELLOS DICEN QUE DEBES HACER PARA QUE LO DEVUELVAN.
We do not recommend this company, do not hire them. This company can steal your money without your authorization. When selling their service, they do not mention that they will steal a fee called 'restoration,' which they will take even if you make no changes. Additionally, they will charge you for any work required after you leave the office. They withhold a refund that you must request once the contract is finalized, and if you do not request it, they steal it. They take advantage of people's good faith. Then, when you try to request the refund through your account that you created, they block it and there is no way to access it. You will have to send thousands of emails, sending photos for them to solve the problem. Today is day 31 since the contract ended and they have still not returned the refund, nor have I been able to access the account to do what they say you must do to get it returned

Never join this company, Warning for anyone interested NO Rules NO ethics, and Frauds everywhere,
December 3, 2023

After being a loyal tenant for almost 3 years now, just like other businesses at Regus Green Park Reading, Regus has also become money hungry. False claims of breaching contracts with no valid reason, to get you to renew a new one with less than one day notice in order to pay higher fees. They cancelled the contracts a 11th hour (30 mins before the end of the last woring day of the week) on the last day of contract without any prior notice or any written notice. Only a phone at the 11th hour of the day with verbal news. No rules or clause to follow in the agreement. Which is part of agreement that was signed. Making their own excuses and breaching their own contracts. On here for all of you, please pay attention to a head of customer service at Regus, Sarah Meoldy posted a response to someone else complaining on the 9th of november 2021 stating clearly that ' an agreement cannot be cancelled immediately, some advance warning is necessary should you wish to end a contract and it should be no less than the specified length in the agreement terms', which in my case in 30 days. In addition she says ' once the agreement is signed, it is binding and cannot be simply terminated, the agreement terms represent formal business commitment'.
BUT THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO THEM IF THEY WANT TO CANCEL WITHOUT FOLLOWING ANY OF THE ABOVE, THEY CAN CENCEL AT ANY TIME AND MOMENT.

Also rude & Aggressive management if you inquire anything and scary/threatening behaviour when I mentioned that many other companies have the same complaints about the behaviour and they are not happy either. Reception Staff who label you as prejudicial as a cop out comment.
Saying that 'because I am different race you guys are saying this, if I was white you would not say this', and calling me prejudice which is completely not acceptable and not a professional conversation. Also mentioning that since he had arguments with another tenant and he said and reported about the same threatening bad aggressive behaviour, we are all supporting each other. This is a disgrace.

Other tenants and I are very unhappy and are all considering moving, I would definitely not recommend moving into this company, save your time and money from unneeded headaches, breaches of contracts and disrespectful management.
I requested to speak to a senior member of staff which I was not allowed as there are no direct contacts for senior management or customer service staff is available.
Instead a city manager calls me and been so rude and stubborn attitude - While Desk Manager gave one reason/excuse the so called senior manager had completely different reason/excuse but no rules to follow. And no valid reason. She would not even accept the mistake made by them and not following the notice procedure either. Instead giving example related to my personal matters.
Given that I started feeling as I am being a personal slave to them or I have done a crime to be a tenant at this company.

In more details, they lock out the office from access with no prior notice holding thousands of pounds worth personal items and office equipements with personal documentation.
Based on my nature of Business I lost two sales worth around £*****.

There is no direct contacts for higher management, you file a complaint for an urgent intervention but no body would bother to contact you. Customer service does not care, there is no direct emails for customer service or higher management. Made a complaint to their local Regus customer service requesting for senior management to contact me and listen to the problem however there is no contact and no care. Im still waiting.

They leave you with no option and force you to accept their terms by hook or crook. I am considering legal proceedings now. Their staf is also not qualified, Any time i asked a question, the response was 'I dont know'.

I truly wish i had read the reviews before choosing regus despite the 3 years being here. There have been problems which i had been ignoring. A latest example, my offices main light was not functional. Reporting this to the manager, almost every day it was not fixed for a good few weeks. I had to work in the dark but Regus management is neither sorry or offered any compensation.

REGUS DON'T PAY BACK DEPOSIT
June 24, 2023

First, I will start by saying if I could give this company zero star I would give them less than a zero.
I am in a nightmare with Regus Peterborough, in the beginning, from the start just a few days entering into an argument with Regus Peterborough I decided to end my agreement because I was not happy with their facility.

I contacted the Peterborough branch manager and she straight out told me I was not getting my money back and I will have to stay in the agreement until it has expired.
I tried to reason with this individual and was met with a barrage of hostility, on professionalism and with a don't care manner.

I was told that at the end of my agreement I will have to request my retainer/deposit 30 days in advance which I've done.

Now, going into two month I have not received my money/ retainer/deposit back from these so called professional company.

Everytime, I am told to raise a ticket through the Helpdesk which I have done a hundred times, then I contacted the Helpdesk via telephone calls who told me to go back to the Peterborough branch, when I go to the Peterborough branch they tell me to go back to the Helpdesk because I am no longer on there systems.

I have recently written to the Helpdesk for the hundred and one times inquiring where is my money/deposit/retainer?

Only to be told that I they think I should have already received it, (I haven't) that they (Regus) will check with the finance team to see why I still have not received my money/retainer/deposit, and they would get right back to me.

It's now going into weeks since I've had that conversation and I am still awaiting.

This is my ticket information to anyone that works at the Regus company who is authority that can get me my money/retainer/deposit.

(C-********-D7Y4-Wheelsheals-******** CRM:***********)

Because as from the 20th June 2023 your company (Regus) owes me £12 per day for delay late payment.

I have been patient and cooperative so far as this company bounce me back and forth from Helpdesk to Peterborough branch and i still have not received my money/retainer/deposit.

Once again, this is the ticket I've raised by one of your representative by the name of "Frank" who said he was going to contact the finance team and get right back to me.

I am still waiting for answers.

Where is my money?

Avoid REGUS at all cost!
February 25, 2023

I am starting this review by saying AVOID REGUS AT ALL COST! Never Ever sign up with them.

10 Years ago we left Regus as the service and arrogance of the company was just shocking. Staff were rude and heldesk was useless. However as a professional company that we are, we need new premises and we decided that 10 years later SURELY REGUS must have improved. So we thought lets give them another chance …. How wrong we were.!

We signed up for two contracts with REGUS and have always paid on time. Paid deposits and and paid all our monthly invoices on time. Over the last 5 months we have noticed a charge saying we owed over £4k. Have never missed a payment we were confused. We asked the centre manager to look into this … 3 months went by and we heard nothing from the centre manager expect an email where we were told it was a system error. We kept paying our bills on time but kept chasing the centre manger for answer. 4 months later we get a response from the useless helpdesk with a load of screen shots showing we owed money. We then sent proof of card payment which is supplied by REGUS! Would you believe it, the REGUS help desk then says sorry that's not proof of payment! Yes you read that right … the card transaction confirmation REGUS send is not proof of payment.!

One week later The centre manager emails us again saying that our account has been suspended for non payment! He then asks us again to send further proof, so we do and this time the actual send credit card statement. Having sent more proof of payment to the center manager he tells us he will escalate this and guess what., we hear nothing for three days and then today (22nd Feb) we received an email with a letter saying REGUS have now escalated this to a debt recovery company within a week of us still waiting for a response from the centre manager and the helpdesk.

We have an massive issue and Regus answer is to not talk us personally and treat us with disrespect. We have sent a full email to Matt Dixon but i am sure we will get ignored there too or probably just get another poor response.

Matt Dixon should be ashamed of how his centres and how unprofessional they are run. Centre managers have no autonomy and helpdesk are abroad and hide behind emails are as much use as a choclate tea kettle.

We don't want any other company to suffer what we have suffered… AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH REGUS

Best at providing the worst in service
January 31, 2023

Regus is the best at terrible service
The office is nice, facilities for coffee are lacking as the catering company that served the building is gone.

However we had the worst onboarding from regus:

Double Billing, Products and services missing in portal, false late payment fees, constant back and forth with regus support.

While most issues except for the fact our list of invoices are so dynamic for costs and services it's near impossible to understand due to all the mistakes it's been 5 months and we are still not entirely out of the woods.

Contracts you make with regus are not aligned to a starting date and the billing portal is legacy and lacking an overview of information needed by a finance department to be able to manage contracts effectively.

If you want an office in a company that really does not care about your company and an American culture that is process driven to the point its so inefficient REGUS is for you.

If you are looking for a modern coworking experience where the customer satisfaction is a priority choose any other company.

Reply from Regus:

Hi Matthew,
I'm sorry if you felt the need to escalate this. A member of my team provided you a complete and extensive breakdown of every invoice in your account; this shows that there are no "double billing issues" The account helpdesk and the centre are always available to help you understand anything that is not clear. Your claim that "Contracts you make with regus are not aligned to a starting date" is completely untrue; All agreements have a start date, and your coworking desk started on 1 September 2022, the date is visible on the front page of your agreement and my colleague provided this in his response. Our invoices are payable no later than on the 15th day of the month. If payment is not received by the due date, we incur administration in managing your overdue account and, though we would like to avoid charging you for this, we will need to pass on a late fee to you. You had an outstanding balance from 27 July 22 to 18 January 23, this triggered late payment fees and specific information was included in the breakdown you have received.
We find it extremely unfair to make such a public and factually incorrect complaint when you are still actively in contact with a member of my team who has already provided all the information to all of the concerns you raise here.
If you do have any further questions please feel free to direct them to the person you are already in contact with.
Kind regards,
Michelle Spire
Assistant Global Customer Service at Regus

Reply To Regus:

You had an outstanding balance from 27 July 22 to 18 January 23,

Well considering my account started in September and i had paid the deposits this makes no sense.

Secondly its been confirmed by the local team that due to a glitch in your system you were charging me for all sorts from monthly coffee expenses i never asked for and due to your system having an error my contract was started twice hence why i dont agree with the late fees it was your error.

Another thing: You have finally admitted i was overcharged and repaid me after 5 months

I apparently had a service of Member Office 5 days which i asked for that was never visible in the portal or invoices but you were still taking 193 EUR a month which did cause some confusion for us hence why we thought that was double billing

Accounts Team at Regus:

It's very easy for you to sit on your high horse and make claim to me being unreasonable but Almere Team has had to make Ticket after Ticket After Ticket to get you to do anything about the errors and your reply paints an unfair view of the situation.

And considering my portal only started to work in December i have had no such overview of my accounts thanks to all of this so maybe you are right about them starting on a calendar month but they dont start at the same time:
First agreement Sep 01,2022 To Feb 28,2023 - € 103,50 per month

Second agreement Mar 01,2023 To Aug 31,2023 - € 112,00 per month

(everyone take notice that the 3rd office agreement we pay 193 for is not even present in the overview, this was sent from account dot helpdesk at regus.com)

And again we raised these issues 5 months ago in fact so the fact we are still in contact shows how this is not a simple case of customer stupidity.

Scammer, Liars, Cheats. Don't do business with them.
January 24, 2023

There is a reason they have only a 2.5% positive review rate. They screwed up my mail, Claim I signed things I didn't sign, and of course refuse to provide signed copies of documents. They claim a "notice" on their website is somehow a binding agreement. They will refuse to cancel your account. I had to cancel my debit card to stop the charges. Then I got threats of collection agencies and lawyers. These people suck. AVOID AT ALL COST! - Michelle Spire with Regus (if that's a real person's name) responded on here with "give us a chance to respond". HA! I have been arguing with them on email for two months. Everything I said is TRUE. Michelle. If you want positive reviews, CHANGE YOUR BUSINESS PRACTICES! The responder Michelle asked for "relevant details" and claims she can't find my account. HA! I have given them "relevant details" over and over on countless emails to about 4-6 different employees and with reasonable requests for copies of "Executed Documents" with my signature. They NEVER provide documents. They ignore my references with page and paragraph numbers in the blank documents I have that explicitly contradict their claims. And yet, all they do is continue to threaten me. Several times I have responded to their emails and their response to me comes from a new person. Either they have massive turn over, or this is a tactic. -- Michelle. If you are a normal, decent person. QUIT YOUR JOB. THIS COMPANY IS RUINING YOUR REPUTATION AS A HUMAN BEING! -- On Trust Pilot they have a 2.8 rating which I can't believe and on Reviews.io it is 4.4 or something like that. Don't be fooled. Reviews.io is a review website where companies sign up to get good reviews so they can up their SEO and get a star on Google. It is geared toward companies who want good reviews as opposed to getting honest reviews from actual customers like SiteJabber. You should probably ignore any positive reviews on Reviews.io as it MAY be possible for the company to give their own reviews of themselves. In order to get reviews on Reviews.io the company has to pay for a membership. And you know they won't pay to get bad reviews. I couldn't get any more info on how Reviews.io works without signing up for a "Free Trial". You would be wise to distrust the reviews on Reveiws.io.

To go further. In their response to me they claim, (paraphrased) "it is extremely unfair to make allegations on this site without giving us a chance to respond."

This is for you Michelle. What's extremely unfair is to screw up my mail, which is the main thing I hired you for in addition to the office address, and which screw up in effect breached our agreement; and then still expect me to continue paying even after our agreement expired and I canceled it in writing. It is unfair to misrepresent what the usage of the facility is. It is unfair for several of your employees to lie to me. It is unfair that you claim we have a contract but provide no signed documents. It is unfair to assume a "notice" on your website is somehow a binding agreement as you have alleged to me in writing. It is unfair that I paid all of my payments on time and in full and yet you did not provide the agreed upon services regarding my mail. It is unfair that you refuse to accept my cancellation at the end of the term and still try to charge my card. It is unfair that I am probably only one of thousands that have the same issues with your company and yet you do not change your practices. It is unfair that I have requested signed copies of documents from you in writing on about 4 separate occasions and the response I get is "Our lawyers will be in touch". It is unfair that your lawyers have not contacted me yet even though you claim they will. It is unfair that your business model is to abuse your customers.

What would be fair is for your company to change its practices, respect its customers, perform the agreed upon services, represent your services truthfully, provide copies of signed agreements, and honor written cancellations. That would be fair. But that is obviously asking to much of you.

Tip for consumers:

Don't do business with Regus or Spaces. They are scammers, Liars, Swindlers, and Cheats. They have sold their sole to the devil and want to drag you along. * * * AVOID AT ALL COST! * * *

Believe the Bad Reviews. Run!
October 22, 2022

Attached 4 screen shot from a series of 100's of frustrating emails over several years that led no where.

Regus is the worst company I've ever dealt with. They pride themselves on transparency & client service yet have SO many complaints & won't provide working phone #'s or proper contact info to clients who wish to resolve billing issues.

There are reasons for 100's of 1 reviews across multiple review sites. They reply here & there to scathing reviews mostly with the same "solutions" that do NOT work & never have. Their replies are mostly gaslighting jargon in an attempt to save face in public forums.

Regus Corporate will NOT acknowledge or resolve the underlying cause(s) for the same pattern of complaints that have occurred for years. Regus Corporate will tell you that billing & contracts are a local office issue & only that local office can resolve it. Regus Corporate knows EXACTLY what's going on & does nothing about it!

So when clients encounter billing, refund or contract issues, the only place they can get assistance is through their local office. Which consists of front desk staff & various account managers that Regus labels a team or community team.

But every single employee, (no matter who your concern is "escalated" to), are directed to parrot the same message: "There is nothing I can do - all billing, contract & refund issues must be resolved through the Help Desk".

And as you probably guessed, their Help Desk IS designed to give clients the run around until they're exhausted with frustration & just give up: (1) Give up & forfeit retainer rent deposits. OR… (2) Cave to threats of having their their credit destroyed. So they end up paying for services they didn't order, renewed contracts they weren't aware of, continued invoices for fully completed contacts, double extra billing "errors", hidden costs & fees not disclosed in the original contract etc.

I've had multiple issues with REGUS. One of which included Regus accidentally deleting my account & services. Their admitted error which caused me a string of client problems. Due to that fiasco, I requested they let me out of my contract. They said fine & offered me a full buyout bill for the entire balance of months remaining on my 2 year contact. Or suggested we keep it simple & they continue billing me monthly until my contract expires. I finally managed to get that "settled" & the account closed - a whole other story.

I have also tried (periodically) to get a rental deposit from a separate contact completed 3.5 yrs ago. Many times I've filled out the banking info & wire sheets they've sent. But they tell me they didn't receive my completed form. Or claim my information wasn't filled out correctly - I know how to fill out forms.

The link on their website where they tell you to click to request your retainer refund … that link doesn't appear to exist. They seem to keep rental deposits whether your account is in good standing or not.

There also seems to be confusion about the link to click "Do not renew contract". Many people claim to have been auto renewed when they wanted to opt out or believed they had already clicked opt out. And contacting your "community team" or the Help Desk results in absolutely nothing.

And last but not least, Regus is known for failing to disclose hidden costs & extra fees by not providing a FULL (complete) copy of contracts to clients upon request. Additionally, sales people appear to say anything to get a contract signed. But after signing, those sales people vanish into thin air - avoiding any & all efforts by clients to contact them.

On the BBB site Regus has an F rating - the worst rating possible. Regus has had over 600 complaints with BBB in the past 3 years. These 600 complaints are only the people who took the time to complain & BBB is just ONE of many review websites.

Front desk staff & various managers (team or community team) are friendly enough. But none have the authority to solve billing, contact or invoice issues. Like I said they all parrot the same script: "I cannot help you. Billing concerns must be directed to Regus Help Desk".

You can already see where I'm going with this...

So clients begin 'emailing' the Help Desk. Which generates a case ticket ### on their behalf, but nothing gets resolved. Ever.

CALLING: If you tire of emailing the Help Desk which leads no where, (it never does) you can obtain a Help Desk phone # from the front desk. But those #'s almost never work & usually say: "User busy. Error. Try back later".

There are ALWAYS working phone #'s for sales yet NONE for client assistance. What a coincidence!

So you call Regus sales & ask to be transferred to the Help Desk. Where you'll discover that Help Desk staff have no email or contact information & cannot forward your concern to anyone. All they can do is create a case ticket ### for your complaint.

Therefore speaking to someone at the Help Desk is the same as if you emailed the complaint to the Help Desk yourself.

With each attempt at resolution, sometimes you don't hear back at all.

Or keep receiving the same form over & over … asking for the same info you've provided many times already.

Or replies with generic cookie cutter advice that didn't work the first 9 times they suggested it.

Or suggestions to speak to your team / community team. The exact people who directed you to the Help Desk in the first place!

Or claim they contacted you, but you refused to answer - clients trying to resolve over billing errors refuse to answer their phone? Sure right

And sporadically you're gifted with emails claiming your ticket case is closed when nothing was fixed or resolved at all.

The back & forth never ends while threats to your credit continue to escalate.

One last time for the people in the back:

Regus will not acknowledge double billing mistakes & obvious invoice errors. They don't return retainers for completed contracts. And have all sorts of hidden costs & fees not disclosed. Employees are directed to tell clients "all billing & refund issues must be resolved through the Help Desk. And that "Help Desk" is designed to give clients the run around until they give up: (1) Give up & forfeit contact retainer deposits. OR … (2) Cave to threats of having their credit destroyed. So they end up paying for services they didn't order, renewed contracts they weren't aware of, continued bills for fully completed past contacts, double extra billing errors, hidden costs & fees not disclosed in contract etc. Get it yet?

It a clever process on their part - not to mention greedy, misleading & completely deceitful.
