I ordered a pair of boots from this site 4 months ago and they were never received. Despite filling in numerous contact forms on their website, they have never respond.
I did however receive a pair of $8 sunglasses from China that I never ordered and not long after this, my credit card was hacked. Can't be sure it was related but this company but this was the only new site I had ordered from- never again!
I order a pair of shoes, paid for it, receive an error, and as in my bank app the payment was showing as pending, I tried again, using my paypal account. I never received a confirmation email. You can only contact them through the website, there is no number or email to contact them, and when you do, you receive a message that there was an error, try again later. I cannot believe I fell for that. Should have double check these impostors first.
Complete scam! They sent a wallet worth approx $5 from China and then said it was a mistake and they did not have the shoes but they can only refund when I send the wallet back which will be very hard and as a compromise they will refund 38.5% of the amount if I agree.
I heard about another order where they did exactly the same so definitely not a shipping mistake on two separate orders where they sent exactly the same cheap wallet!
It looks like they do not even have the shoes to send to anyone at all!
Tip for consumers:
- Suggest you do not buy from the site at all - doubt they even have the shoes they list on the site to sell from the correspondence with their customer service team
