The products are good. My 2 star review is solely based on customer service while trying to resolve an issue. I ordered supplies for a project and paid the extra for the 3 day priority shipping to have it here and get the repair done. The shipping got held up and it took 7 days to get the package I paid extra to have in 3 days. I understand it's not the companies fault but through numerous emails asking only to have the difference in shipping refunded, I even offered to accept the difference as store credit knowing I'd make more purchases from them, I was told that because the post office won't refund them the money they will not refund me the money. So they charged my credit card for priority shipping and then refused to make it right through refund or store credit for a shipping service they offered on their site. The products are good but this customer service has left me buying from a new supplier from now on.

In this site its normal to find incredible prices and great deals. So it's always convenient to purchase in this site, because the prices are low and the quality it's incredibly good. Also they have multiple shipping options, even a free one. Really recommend this site to everyone!

Stay away from these people! I searched for a Galaxy tab a screen on their website. A Galaxy tab screen popped up and I ordered it. When I got it it didn't fit. They only refunded me for the screen, refused to pay shipping. I sent the tools back, they kept them, but didn't refund my money. They could care less about their customers. Before ordering you better read ever little thing (including the fine print). They are all about taking the money.

I just love technical stuff but what I do NOT love is fixing my Kindle Fire myself!
My Kindle seems to have averted the inevitable for a very long time and this time I was out by the pool and well, you know! Do NOT order anything from these thieves! I paid $9.98 extra for USPS First Class Mail because I wanted to receive my order in 1-3 days. Which is the stated delivery time for first class mail. Instead these idiots shipped it via UPS Innovation. Which is slightly faster than pony express. It took 9 days for me to receive my order. I did an online chat to find out why I did not receive the shipping method that I paid for and was told that I had to email customer service. I tried to call their phone number and there was no option to speak to anyone in customer service.
So I emailed them and told me that USPS First Class mail is 7-12 transit days. Which is a complete lie. I use USPS First Class mail regularly and I have never had any problems with transit times. They refused to answer follow up email when I continued to ask for an explanation. I am done with these crooks.

I thought all online sites were scams 'til I found RepairsUniverse.com! They handled all my questions (which were alot) and got me the part I needed for my repair and some other "fun" stuff too! My credit card information was taken over the phone and I felt secure enough to do that with this place! I got an order number and they sent a tracking number once it shipped, which was that day! Bottom line, got parts, fixed phone and feel great I could do it myself AND save a bunch of money doing it! GREAT!

Have purchased numerous parts for them to repair various iPhones. Usually good experience. As of recent, parts have been defective, shipped broken, just bad customer service when you call. Always an attitude. Most recent purchase sent a iPhone X screen replacement. Received with broken prongs in the ribbon. Explained that to customer service for return. I had to pay for return shipping. They received and sent email rejecting my return saying the item was damaged. No $#*!. That's why I called to get RMA to return. Now out the money for product and shipping back. Opened AMEX case... look for another parts supplier, there are plenty out there.
