The free samples on the website were so good that I paid for a A mark. £60 (after the 25% was deducted from original price- (check below the receipt). Well, what a deception when I receive the proposal.The first one has lines taken directly from another source available online ( would have been kicked out from my university), repetitions. And the level was very low. Then I asked to change some parts and as a result I got a shameless 'Trauma in childhood is rated through evils committed against children'. Writer changed 2 words in the title. When I complained again, she offered me a new writer but I had to do the work and highlight everything that was wrong. Points that I already made. The consultant asked me for my final deadline then she changed her attitude and went from nice to not nice at all. She automatically refuse to refund. At 6pm I had to contact them to ask for the proposal to which she replied: see writer response: Here is the writer's response,

I omitted the most appropriate words in the lines you highlighted saying they were not found in French'You are not eligible for a refund, dear'. Which is not true. The company knows It very well because I asked them to read. And when I asked for a refund I got a very condescending response that started with: "You are not eligible for a refund, dear. The writer has completed the proposal based on your initial requirements. He also revised the proposal a couple of times.

This company is to be avoided. There are better companied that are much cheaper and guarantee a refund if not happy with the job. Checked it by yourself. I have attached the 1st draft and the 2nd draft with the changes.
