Advertised as "free". Not until you put in all the work gathering all your information and putting everything in does it tell you that you have to pay a subscription to download and actually GET your work. THEN... you pay. After that, I logged back in to do an edit. Once I finally found my saved work... it only saved half the information! So again... I put in all the information and went to download. AGAIN it is asking for me to pay for another subscription. So now I apparently TWO subscriptions for only half a resume.
