Your business model is absolutely deceiving and infuriating. You claim to be a free service, but after one invests 2 hours of their time creating a resume, you charge them for the ability to download it or do anything with it after the fact.

Everything went well.
Only minus is that once you pay for the CV, they do not say that after trial version expires, there is automatic renewal for one year that costs almost 30euros.
I would appreciate they let you know that this will be taken from your account!

I do not want a full subscription, and all I wanted was ONE resume, so I canceled my subscription, and instead of giving me the full 14 days of access so I could edit an arrangement mistake. So I now have to pay all over again, just to download one stupid edit. Thanks a lot

Templates are easy to use and information is easy to import and revise. However, printing the resume is tricky, as all information appears on one page, which can make the print quite challenging to read.

I called to cancel my subscription and I was still charged. I really like how easy it was to do my resume. Overall the website was great, but the cancelling part still charged me.
No one has reached out to me to help me out with my cancellation after I had someone help me cancel my subscription.

The site is great. I was very disappointed that pricing information was not presented at any point until check out. I still do not know what the price is after the 14 day trial period. I do plan to cancel before the 14 days are up because of that reason.

I would add an additional customisable section on the left as there is a lot of waisted space, for example being able to add "hobbies and interests", saves your cv from being longer by adding such bits on main page.
