The downfalls are false advertising with their turn around time and collaboration. They advertised unlimited communication which is misleading. You can only contact your writer via email and your writer is only required to respond once in a 24 hour period. My responses often didn't answer what I asked and often came a couple days later. I sent them information and that was about the end of "collaborating." They also advertise quick turn around with a three day time frame. My products often came days past the time frame with having had to call to check their status. I hired this company based on these services of "unlimited collaboration and quick turn around." Do to the many delays and late responses I missed applying for two jobs which led me to hire this company for their services in the first place. When I finally did receive my final products and forfeited their offer of "revisions" due to not wanting to be delayed by another week there were several grammatical and punctual errors. They were minor but frustrating for a professional writing service.
Overall the service was a good base and outline but not worth the $217 I paid for the 3 products. They did refund me $39 for one of the products due to my dissatisfaction. I feel their service could be improved by more honest turn around times and collaboration. If I had only paid $120-$140 for the 3 products I may have felt differently.

I used this service and I can tell you that none of the things listed as "what sets our service apart" are true. I wouldn't say this is a total scam but it definitely isn't worth the price. I can send you the resume they sent me along with my own if you'd like to see their actual work. Don't be fooled by the examples they have posted because you won't get anything like that. Here is my experience: first of all, unlimited revisions and fully interactive writing with no limit on contact is absolutely not true. The writer took 6 days to send me the first draft. You only have 7 days to revise and they take 4 days just to respond to an email. I actually had to send multiple emails asking "did you receive my email?". Secondly, they took no consideration in what I was asking for in my resume. My resume was very plain. They just told me that was my industry standard and did nothing to fix it. I also highlighted how much of the written resume was WORD FOR WORD exactly as my original resume and it was more than half. It was not custom written from scratch. He did add a heading section that was pretty good. Last but not least, that 100% iron clad money back guarantee is the biggest lie and scam on their website. You will not get your money back. That is a marketing tool to make you feel comfortable in doing business with a business who's reputation is unknown. I paid $247 dollars for an industry specific resume cover letter and linkedin profile. I received one first draft of my resume after one week of multiple emails asking for it. As I told you it was more than half of my original resume and aesthetically it was unchanged with the exception of a new heading bar. When I mentioned it was plain and similar to my own, the writer said he had completely rewritten my job description which was why I highlighted all of it that was exact to my own. He also said plain was the expectation in my industry. So no revisions were done. I emailed the customer service person who had been emailing me to buy the service before hand & sent him everything. I sent the new resume, along with my original and highlighted all verbatim wording used. I forward all email correspondence between my writer and I, in which I was repeatedly asking for response and he took 4-5 days each time. There also had been absolutely no work done on my LinkedIn. He said he would refund only half. So I paid $124 for literally my own resume rearrangement. Go with another service or just spend an hour or two doing it yourself. That's the quality of work you'll get with this service.
