My phone started random restarting and I lost all my data as phone had to factory reset. I ended up replacing my phone. There was no good support from Robinhood and app is not fixed yet.
Was never paid value for stock paid. 024,100 shares sold stock only received. 033 a share, but at the time stock was valued@ $ 9.20 share. Still no response from support center.
Deposited $13,500 EVERYthing was good for a couple of months and they locked my account and have not been able to access it for over a month. Customer service is a joke.
The Robinhood imput restrictions on my account, i can do nothing with my money the customer service ask me for all my documents SSN, Bank statements, Selfie, Passport. Valid ID etc.
I uploaded all my documents and after 10 days waiting they say my account will be deactivate. Noe im waiting 12 days and they dont give mo money back, can't transfer my funds, withdrawal i cant do nothing.
This company STOLEN MY MONEY, now they give the same copy and paste answer on customer service and never answer my calls.

This ppl are not honest, here is how i catch them i execute deal on 0.25 and i got email that i exacute the deal on 0.25, but on my app its showing i exacute 0.2488, so on my ******* shares they short me 14$, so there nothing FREE, WATCH OUT YOUR ACCOUNT, I can bet everybody got short just nobody pay attention! SO ROBINHOOD IS NOT FREE AND NOTHING IS FREE IN THIS COUNTRY, EVEN WHEN YOU GO ON GAS STATION TO PUMP YOU R TIRES WITH AIR IT WILL COST YOU 0.50 CENT, SO EVEN AIR IS NOT FREE!
Awful App. Headline says it all. Avoid robinhood at all costs. Three major outages on the three biggest trading days of the year, which cost users thousands.
For to days I am waiting anyone from Robinhood update my account with my investment and I cannot get anybody to answer I am desperate I need help I have all my money there they are very unprofessional and I am very upset
I was not involved, but I was appalled when I realized that trades on Gamestop were suspended in January 2021. Took all my money out, hope they go out of business for that!
