Purchased a rubbermaid 4010 digital scale 1 year and 1 month ago. One month after warranty expires guess what? The scale quit working. Called customer service who was very friendly but unable to help. Wanted to sell me a new one at $150.00 No Thank you! This item is not worth the price. Can find better product.
Bought Rubbermaid Commercial 14.5 Inch Toilet Brush on Amazon. Selling point, per their description: "white polypropylene bristles are resistant to stains, odors, bacteria, fungi and wear." The bristles started to stain after only about a month. I took a photo and sent feedback about this to Rubbermaid. I got an automated reply and a ref. #. Never heard from the company. They obviously do not take responsibility for their products and ignore customers.
