Whole process was well laid out and easy to follow. I was kept in the loop all the way, and had no worries as I knew exactly where the process was. When you need a passport fast, they will deliver. These guys are good!

Woke up and decided to check a family member's passport for a trip we were taking in less than a week -- horrors, 2 years expired! Rush: Paperwork a snap, get photo, drop off at a fedex location (only a zillion of those) and few days later a passport in our mailbox. Worth every penny even if not in a rush...going though the direct channel is time consuming and also confusing. I used their service a few years back for my daughter and again this year for myself and my wife. Both times they delivered just as they promised. Very professional. They have the process down to a science yet with a personal touch. Take your time filling out the forms, have someone double check things like spelling, SSN, etc. and you won't have any problems.
I am satisfied the service and my passport arrived earlier than the company promised.

Tandra was simply amazing and quite frankly, I am at a loss for words here! My wife and I realized on a Saturday that our passports were nearly expired and we had a long vacation booked in the Bahamas - leaving a week later (we depart on 9/2/2018). Needless to say we freaked out until we spoke to the folks at rushmypassport on 8/25 - totally put us at ease. We followed the steps and our passports arrived on 8/29! Absolutely everything they said happened exactly as they said it would - on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being perfect, this is a 25! Absolutely unbelievable!
This is a great service! Pricey but well worth every penny. I had two weeks to get a passport for my son so he could fly with me to attend a hockey tournament in Canada. My daughter's passport was eaten by our dog right before her trip abroad. Getting her a new passport was complicated by the fact that she lives in another state and was not born in this country, so she needed to send in her Certificate of Citizenship, which I had. I literally must have called Rush My Passport to clarify the process and ask questions along the way about 15 times. Each time, I was greeted by a courteous, friendly, knowledgeable staff, willing to answer all my questions, no matter how trivial. Though the service is not inexpensive, it is reliable and trustworthy. My daughter received her passport on time and is off on her vacation as I type this. Again, I am impressed with the excellent customer service at Rush My Passport and the superior results in getting my daughter's passport to her on time.
