Randomly came across this shop on the way from work, through hesitant at first i'm glad i entered, I was shown around my extremely friendly staff and came out with not one, but two after shower body lotions... amazing!
I was was walking on bond st. With a friend when a sakare salesman offered us a sample. Once we took it he immedietly ushered us into the store. He basically lured us into the store and was very pushy and hasty. Once we were in the store he did not hesitate to start pouring some kind of scrub on our hands. He then proceded to rub our hands, which was verrrryyyyy uncomfortable, he kept saying the phrase "and massage". It felt TOOO intimate and we are 17 years old! He was in his late thirties. While testing two more products he kept on pointing at my face and saying "two months of this product can fix all of this on your face" "All that black can go away" and "this can all go away". Being a bully was his method of selling i guess. At this point we were very uncomfortable adn wanted to get out immedietly. He showed us the gel peeling skin product, which has papaya in it and my friend is allergic to papaya, and the salesman did not say that thre was papaya in it before putting it on our wrists. When we left he was very rude and changed attitude real quick. It went from "oh nice" to "okay YO9UR LOOSE NOW GO" My friends wrist was itching the whole day after. I do not recomend going to this place, do not walk into the store you will be verbally and physically harassed.

Forced into their shop, extremely aggressive sales guy pushed expensive products very hard. Very rude staff. Should not be allowed to operate this business. We fortunately walked away with just some abuses hurled at us but other vulnerable customers may be pressurised by the high pressure sales tactics.

I visited the branch in Le Marais in Paris and as most people below have already commented, this place is a huge scam. I was told that there were amazing discounts on offer as they were opening another new store in Paris that day. Lured in with what can only be described as an elaborate stage show, the very pushy sales assistant pushed me into buying 400 worth of rubbish that doesn't work. She tried to get me to spend more by convincing me I could use her staff discount vouchers but luckily I declined. I should have cancelled the whole transaction. Everything they told me about their products was a lie, there are no listed active ingredients and the products don't work. I would guess that what they sell you is not what they demo in the shop. This business should be closed down and the owners prosecuted for fraud. Avoid at all costs and save your money.
One star is really too much. This is a scam and if you have been conned like I have I urge you to phone Trading Standards! (Phone *******0506). The products are total rubbish and can even dry your skin (the peel). Prices are so inflated that even when they offer you a discount, promotion etc, they are still too expensive. Do not enter the shop! Once there they try every possible way to take your hard earned cash. They don't want no for an answer. How they are allowed to trade is beyond my comprehension. I will contact Westminster Council as well. This shop has to be shut down!
This shop is a disgrace, such aggressive hard arm sales tactics, how on earth are they allowed on Bond Street, they were not far short of threatening my wife when she refused to buy anything even though the salesman had offered "family rates" as he called it at £25.
She was then nearly thrown out of the shop when she didn't purchase
A disgrace
Got intrigued by two nice samples (never got the soap, it's a nicely packaged body butter & a scrub) and they pampered me for approx. An hour, i checked ingredients before, they are not all natural, but go and check the ingredients of Origins, Rituals or L'Occitane - they all work with the same stuff. The only thing that matters is, that I my skin benefits from it and made me look younger.

Was wandering past the shop before being targeted with aggressive sales techniques, I went into the shop and immediately was subjected to their sampler products, i foolishly tried two of their products which did nothing but irritate my skin, (I have eczema on my hands) The girl said that these products were great for eczema, psoriasis and other dry skin related problems, within minutes my skin was irritated and I have since had to go back to the doctor about it. Please stay away from their products, they are over priced, very cheap and is a total scam.
Tip for consumers:
Just don't even consider buying from this shop.
It's not fair to say its a scam - it's sales tactics. No one can force us to part with our money. You just had to keep things in perspective and not feel pressured.
I like the products and I think I got a fair deal now that I've checked the prices on the web site. This is a real case of Buyer Beware.
We got suckered in to buying over 600 Euros worth of junk products. 2 days later, i returned them (unopened and unused with the receipt). Fortunately, they did not give me the trouble others have mentioned. I'm just embarrassed i feel for the gig.
Found this great skin care brand: super:
Just tried the anti-wrinkling eye serum by SAKARE - absolutely wonderful! Made quite a difference to the skin around the eyes after 2 weeks. So light and silky. I'm really glad this guy talked into coming to the store on 93 Bond street, to discover those products. Being skeptical, I only got this one product, but I'm definitely will be coming back for more.
I was very pleased to discover a jewel of a shop on Bond St. Sakare shop is the kind of shop you would want to visit with a girlfriend on your day off, just when you feel you need to be pampered some more after walking the streets scouting shoe shops. We had the best time there, getting samples tried on and finding our favorite products in a fair price. Representatives were nice and kind enough to walk us through the store surprising us with the most adorable nail kit.
Ambiance - Check! Products satisfaction - Check! Highly recommended.
We loved it :)
Sakare is one of my favorite beauty product websites. I got a wonderful service from this site. It provides a pretty selection of beauty products and they are very caring to satisfy the customer needs.
I took my niece here recently on a shopping day out and we had a great time. The staff showed us a range of products and I was impressed by the quality. Of course we didn't leave empty handed... I bought her a nail kit and I got a peeling mask for myself. We got a good deal but I wish I had tried to get the price down a bit more as it is slightly more expensive than what I usually spend on beauty products. Overall a nice experience - felt welcomed by the staff and happy with the products. Would recommend
So many times have I wrote about skin care products, but I always keep looking for other brands. Presently, I decided to stick to what is steadily proving to be good for my skin.
I went to a dance workshop, which lasted 3 days. Suffice to say it required severe sweating and my skin rashes as a result. Coming back I really needed a hot bath, using Sakare rejuvenating shower scrub, to gently peel off dead skin remained, and to complete the calming process, I used Sakare soothing shower oil, that besides from the amazing fragrance, actually does the work of calming the skin. Next day I had no rash and my skin was smooth and radiant. Sakare bath & shower products work wonders on my skin. Have I mentioned the reasonable price already?
I think I'd agree that the sales tactics are really unpleasant... sure, buyer beware, etc etc, but the shop assitant's aggression (not to mention smoker's breath) were pretty off-putting. I also find the smell of the products not all that pleasant. That said, I did make a hefty amount of purchases last week (with 'freebies' thrown in) and have not been too disappointed... the nail kit was a dumb purchase, for sure. Not a bargain and it's pretty cheaply put together. The salts and mask, however, are nice (but no bargain either). I definitely will avoid that shop.
Try to avoid them, they will try to convince you to buy in the same visit, but don't
There is no refund although it's written on the receipt that there is refund within 28 days
So they are breaking the U. K. Rules
The stuff are really expensive even if it's with promotions, so they already had their benefit in a way of cheating you. I went to the shop in new bond st on the next day.
The women tried to slow down her voice and insisted for no refund
No one told me there is no refund when I bought the stuff
They deal with you so kindly to buy, but like a $#*! for a refund, no any customer right
They try to attract tourists and I am one of them
Very bad experience in London shopping

The imposing Bond Street Outlet of Sakare can grab your attention the moment you get into it.
While the sales guys are likely to show you a host of products, some of its top end products are really the ones you should look to buy
Based on my experience I would recommend you to ask them for their best sellers and you can even try out the products
The product that got my fancy was the sakare anti wrinkle eye serum. It is an unique product that can make a visible difference by reducing wrinkles within days
Moreover it absolutely free of any side effects and I personally vouch for its goodness.
If you are above 40, simply make sure you get hold of this sakare anti wrinkle eye serum.
Overall Sakare outlet in Bond Street can be rated pretty highly for its impressive product line and classy interiors.
I've never been to the actual store myself and therefore cannot comment but I did receive the Ocean nail kit set for Christmas. I LOVE this kit! I would consider myself more of a Tom boy and I do not like to spend much time manicuring my nails. This kit is so easy to use and made my nails so shiny that everyone was complimenting how beautiful they looked. I would recommend to anyone!
Extremely expensive products containing harmful ingredients. PVA glue is used to trick you into believing it is your dead skin cells that come off when using their Mineral Peeling Gel. No, it's glue and it is almost impossible to remove. When confronted they say you have to shave your face (sic!) before applying. According to Refund Policies they refund if you return goods within 28 days in UNUSED CONDITION and in original packaging which means you have no customer rights. These people are just cynical scoundrels.
I was stopped by a lady on Bond st, was offered a sample and went in to see what they have. I fell in love with the scrub and the cream and I bought them, was also offered a shower mousse as a gift. Overall had a good experience, I don't know why people complain so much. The sales reps work in SALES, and that's what they're supposed to do, sell you something. Very good pitch and very convincing.
They invited me into the store on Neal st and I am very happy because they demonstrated a lot of products on my face and hands. Spa treatment for free. I bought some products that I think to be very useful but I didnt felt pressured by the sales girl.
I wouldn't give it one star because Sakare is a SCAM and the two reviews posted here is clearly written buy its sales people. Its a scam and there products are horrible and ruins the skin, specially the anti wrinkle cream that the above fake reviews are pointing out. There sales tactic is a scam too. You can get a product down from 170 pounds to 30 pounds they start high and start throwing in so-called special offers and claiming they only do it for you. They have a no return policy or you can only exchange for other crap products. I had a terrible experience when i tried to get my money back. They became aggressive. When i spoke to the trading standard they said they had received many complains from people so hopefully they will be investigated sooner then later. The sales people work her illegally from Israel it was claimed on one website which wouldn't surprise me one bit.
I love this place! The first time I walked into the store they tested the mineral peel on the top of my hand and I was hooked! It gently peeled the very top layer of skin off and left me with beautiful, moist, and glowing skin. The mud soap helped reduce little bumps on my arms that have been there for years. And the face syrum leaves me with beautiful, radiant skin. You MUST try this!

I went in after being given a tiny bar of soap outside the shop. The boy who looked after me was polite and informative. I decided I wanted the product but couldn't afford all of it - which is when he told me about the deal. I did not feel pressured in any way and would have walked out if I wasn't happy. There was no hard sell as far as I was concerned and now my nails are looking fabulous!
Sakare cosmetics & skin care - is all about looking and feeling one? ۪s best.
