I can't express enough how grateful I am for my time at Sattva Yoga Academy. It's a place that nurtures the mind, body, and soul. The teachings have had a profound impact on my life, and I feel more aligned and centered than ever before.

I took the teacher training course at the Sattva Yoga Academy in the year 2014. It was the single most powerful experience of my life. My whole life changed for the better after the intensive. The teachings are so authentic and detailed. The location of the academy is the beat ever. We loved to be able to jump into the pool right after our morning practice and to go to the spa and use the steams after the evening sessions. The organic vegetarian meals are truly delicious and yogic. My whole body felt so strong, clean and radiant by the end of the training. Our rooms were so comfortable with heating and huge bathrooms and 24hr hot water in India!... In my opinion Sattva Yoga Academy really is one of the best Yoga schools in the world. I will soon be back for my 300 hr training. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience at Sattva Yoga Academy! I left there with more wisdom, knowledge, and experience of what Kriya Yoga is, and more importantly; myself. Great place to spent your weekend. Well maintained property and well connected with road. 30 minute drive from rishikesh. Pool is good. There is connecting river just beside the property. Parking available.its a yoga center with international students.
