Before, I was used to buying perfumes only when I travelled, thinking that duty-free shops had the best offers. Now, I realise that Scentbird is the best store for perfume or cologne. They have regular promotions and offers that you can really get a nice perfume at a bargain price. I have bought it already a couple of times, one for myself, and few as gifts. The quality is good and I am satisfied with it. They have wide range of options, and the website is quite good too, so you can easily explore the products online. I recommend!
I wasn't happy with this perfume. The scent was very strong for my liking. I like fruity scents and fresh and clean scents but this one was too empowering. I did not like the scent. This one was not for me.
I got a subscription through scentbird, was charged twice for it, and then recieved nothing. So I cancelled my subscription, and the next month my subscription was active once more and I was charged. So I cancelled it again, and again, and now I have been charged 3 times and received nothing, and have cancelled three times. More than that, when I emailed and messaged Scentbird, I was told there would be no refund, and then promptly ignored. I have involved the police in this matter.
Not worth it. Don't give them your money or information. I will be suing this company.

I dont do much online shopping period. I dont fully trust the process of paying for something and waiting to receive it. I LOVE LOVE PERFUME THOUGH! Fewer and fewer times unless you are at the mall are you able to "sample" smell what you are going to buy. Honestly my palate gets too overwhelmed (even smelling the coffee lol) when I go to mall. But I have bought perfume that I ended up giving away. It simply smells different ON. I LOVE SCENTBIRD... they gave me exactly what I asked for and the ability to track my order. Thank you scent bird for making me feel expensive without the high dollar part.

I love the scents the only thing I wish was different was you could purchase another case as a one time purchase oppose to a subscription or I wish I was given the choice when I first signed up which case I wanted. Being held a subscription for the cases to me is ridiculous.

Ive only tried one month and already canceled, you are charged one month and is delivered the next. If this is truly a scent of the month they are not delivering on that premise. A month on shipping is truly ridiculous considering their warehouse is the USA not china…

The scents they have are nice. Great selection. The problem is their shipping. They use Covid-19 as an excuse but they charge you at the beginning of the month and you don't receive your purchase until the end of the month, if then.

The perfumes and colognes are great. My husband and I signed up for 2 scents a month. The first month arrived within the promised timeframe. By the 4th month our shipping update showed a label created and tracking number created on February 23rd, 2023. By March 23rd, 2023 the package had still not even been picked up to be delivered. No update had been made on the tracking in over a month. It is now March 27th, 2023 and we still have not received the items we were charged for over a month ago. We have decided to cancel our service because scentbird had us scheduled to be charged AGAIN before we even received the previous order. Not good business practice.

I initially thought it was a cute idea. I am a hopeless perfume junkie... and so I thought why not? I thought they would be an awesome addition to my perfume closet... trust me I know quality when I smell it. So once my first pick arrived... I tried it out! If I wanted to buy fake perfume I would buy it from the guy I have to dodge on the street that sells huge bottles of it out of his car. If you don't believe me take yours to the mall and compare it with the same scent... you'll be glad you did. I did however buy the perfume I received from scentbird but I purchased it from Macy's. Shame on me for cheating on them. Lesson learned. Ofcourse I canceled, screen shot the confirmation incase I'm charged in the future. I hope this helps others.

These people charged me $7.32 then another $10.81 for one tiny bottle then $18.31 a month later & I'm only subcribed to 1 bottle. They are stealing your money be careful!

I signed up for sent bird because of their advertisement. I chose my 3 fragrances, singed up And added my debit card information which they were only supposed to
Deduct 14.95 which was the promotion in may of this year. Come to find out they took 40 something dollars from my debit card and I was furious! So I decided to cancel my subscription but they advised me that I would still get my fragrances for June an July (which made sense since they took the money off of my card in advance) till this day I have not received my fragrances nor have I heard from anyone from the company since I've filed my complaint. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with sent bird or they will rob you!

I have a subscription and I really love your products but it's now the end of September and I still have not received my subscription! And you take the Payment at the end of august. Very disappointing and then there is no place to speak to customer service or they NEVER respond

I am so disappointed in this company! They charged my card for the 2 subscriptions each of 14.95. On sept 5 they supposedly shipped my order on 15. To this date which is sept 29th i have not recieved it. I was shipped thru DHL which is the WORST company ever. Then i tracked it and it still says it is intranstit. I have emailed them numerous times and no answer. What it people they just want you to be a member after that you dont get no customer service!

I was only a subscriber for 3 months. The first month they got everything right. The 2nd month I only received 1 out of the 3 things I was supposed to get and the 3rd month, same thing and I was charged for all 3 items each time. When I emailed they stayed everything was on the way and they never came. Ridiculous and no help or refunds at all. I'd never recommend them to a friend.

I been going back and forth with scent for bird for 2 weeks they been telling me they canceled my order but would charge me. I jad to close my card down. A card i had for many years. Now because of scent taking my money o had to shut it down. They do not let you cancel your subscription yourself you have to contact them

This monthly subscription service is pretty dandy, but they need more selections... Its a bit expensive for me tho. That's why i like the option to pause ur subscription.

I've loved all of the scents I've gotten so far. They have a quiz to figure out your preferences and give recommendations, but it's not required. You can even skip a month anytime with no penalties!

I es hesitant on signing up again for this subscription. But I continued to receive the "we miss you type of email" I decided to give this another tried BIG MISTAKE I resubscribed but NEVER received my first perfume and the second, who knows if will ever make it. I contacted them and they took forever to reply. Very apologetic and all but they did not refunded me or resent the product. I'm pretty sure they used my old address they got on file despite me updating it on the site… As other people had said here is not a good business please estay away!

I have been unsubscribed to scentbird for quite some time now and they are still taking money out of my account! I can't seem to contact any REAL person from this site to tell me as to why they continue to take money out, the system bots that reply to 'help' you are no help.I try to delete my entire account and I can't seem to find out how to do that, or how to find out how to cancel my banking information so they are not billing me anymore. I DO NOT recommend unless you want to be paying payments for something you are not even receiving.

I love the concept of Scentbird, but the execution is HORRIBLE. Like everyone else, I've experienced delayed shipments, incorrect tracking info and poor customer service. I received a 6-month subscription as a gift in August 2018. To date, I've only had 1 shipment arrive in the correct month. Everything else has been a month behind. The tracking information means nothing, since they just create the label and don't actually process the shipment until weeks later. Why even bother creating the label?
The latest upset is regarding the Pearly White Case, which was supposed to arrive with the very first shipment. Well, that never happened and I've gotten 3 shipments so far. I emailed customer service to ask when I would receive that and was told that it would be shipped "shortly". Weeks later, my package arrived. No Pearly White Case, just an empty velvet bag and empty cardboard tube. WOW. Seriously, they paid money to ship me an empty container, pictured below.
This company is not worth the money. It would be more cost effective to just head to your nearest Sephora or department store and ask for samples and buy what you like.
