Before, I was used to buying perfumes only when I travelled, thinking that duty-free shops had the best offers. Now, I realise that Scentbird is the best store for perfume or cologne. They have regular promotions and offers that you can really get a nice perfume at a bargain price. I have bought it already a couple of times, one for myself, and few as gifts. The quality is good and I am satisfied with it. They have wide range of options, and the website is quite good too, so you can easily explore the products online. I recommend!

I wasn't happy with this perfume. The scent was very strong for my liking. I like fruity scents and fresh and clean scents but this one was too empowering. I did not like the scent. This one was not for me.

I really love Scentbird! I adore designer fragrances, but just the thought of plunking down $150 or more for a perfume I'm not sure will live up to my expectations is daunting.
Scentbird gives me the ability to try out fragrances that fit my scent profile without spending an arm and a leg doing it. I also get to choose perfumes I've loved in the past in addition to the excitement of adding new scents to my perfume inventory. Sure, I've gotten scents that I really don't care for or won't ever wear, but the choice has always been mine to make. I've seen some people get angry with Scentbird when they hate a perfume they've received... but you need to remember, you are the one putting the scents into your queue, not Scentbird. So if you get something you don't like, you just need to choose something different next month. Hopefully you'll hit the jackpot and find a fragrance you truly can't live without. But until that happens, Scentbird gives you the ability to buy and use any perfume you want on their site for a very nominal price. It's a great service in my opinion and even though I may get some clunkers from time to time, most times I've gotten perfume that I've really enjoyed wearing. This was all because Scentbird gives me the ability to smell like a million bucks without having to spend big bucks doing it.

Tip for consumers:
The best place to try different perfumes without having to buy a full bottle first.

This is a complete scam. I never got my March scent. Delivery status said the 15th then pushed back to the 17th then the 18th. Wasn't a problem until it was out for delivery, then got switched to the 22nd. Emailed scentbird and got in touch with my carrier. The 22nd comes around and the delivery date is gone completely, "still calculating". No one was able to help me and Scentbird support never even answered me. I'm very dissatisfied and frustrated. Keep getting emails to resubscribe but I will never. They actually just robbed me. The photos I attached the one that says the "22nd" was taken 2 days ago and the other one was taken just now.

I wouldn't say it's bad but I wouldn't go out of my way to say it's good. I am a true lover of perfume and I do love the idea of what this is my main issues stem down to unfortunately the customer service while yes they are a 10 of 10 on pleasant they unfortunately are restricted, and cannot always fix the problem that their website has created I've also gone through support & numerous emails and sometimes they just stop responding because they don't know an answer after they send you an email that goes to junk mail because you don't have that communication ID set up and it's an email notifying you that if you don't respond to closing your issue and this is like the third time I've had it happen, so yes, I do love the perfume that arrives but that is if it arrives as if it's the right one, but that's if they haven't forgotten anything or my favourite if the website has an already screwed up which it does A LOT to which they just blame on the website, put their hands up and brush it and you off. So honest rating 3.5 stars out of 5. The perfume itself it legit and amazing they as a company need a lot of guidance and their website to say the least needs a massive overhaul.

Tip for consumers:
Just ensure you do your best the do everything as the site says to. Keep record, take screen shots. They forgot their promises very quickly.

I am a new subscriber to Scentbird. I don't know which fragrance smells good on me and I don't want to buy expensive bottles trying to find one that does. I was apprehensive after googling reviews of this subscription service but decided to try it out for myself. I placed my order choosing 2 bottles (one for me and one for my husband), received an email saying to choose and confirm my choices within 24 hours or they choose for me (seems reasonable). I received an email saying that my order was expected to arrive on a date and it did not arrive that date. Looking at the shipping tracking it had an odd route/reroute and did arrive 3 days later than the first estimated arrival date (not perfect, not bad).

These reviews spoke about broken bottles, 1/2 empty bottles, etc. The bottles I received were full, came in cardboard containers which were enclosed in a bubble wrap package (seems well packaged to me). It arrived with the free dispenser (1) in a velvet bag and product information cards. Please see photos. Other than the few days delay, everything seemed good. I liked the scent I chose, hope my husband likes his and am looking forward to next month's choices which I've already selected and saved.

Tip for consumers:
The more bottles per month you buy, the cheaper the cost per bottle. I am at 2 bottles per month, might increase it to 3.

Not a great experience. Placed my first order for a subscription but also added on some of the samples they offer. I received my first perfume and spray tube about a week later which was great. However, the several samples I also paid for did not come. I reached out to their customer service to see why I did not get them. 4 days later and still no response. I emailed again, and they sent an auto reply with the tracking number for my order saying I could check delivery, but it was for the package I already got. Ugh. So clearly not an actual person which is awful. Then the next day I got an email showing a new tracking number for the samples. Ok great. But It is so dumb they would send them separate for one, for two why would it take so long to get those too? The icing on the cake, at this point I'm annoyed with this company so i go online to cancel my subscription, and low and behold I can't. I have to email their customer service in order to cancel! The one that doesn't respond. This is insane! Def ready to be done with them and find a better company to subscribe with.

Its great to try different scents and brands every month but I wish the site can give us options if we want perfumes every month or push it back when we don't want it at that time.

Scentbird has charged A whole lot of people including me way more than they're supposed to. They owe me about $400 I'v I've been a member for 18 months.The quality of the perfume is starting to change. Just a little bit. It used to be a lot of perfume that was very high end and with companies that have been in business for a 100 years, you know, and now they're starting to slide in some of the Macy's, Dillard's, Neimans, saks kind of perfumes. BUT, it's the money more than anything A whole lot of people are trying to get ahold of them they don't have a phone # I HAVE CALLED NEW JERSEY, NEW YORK where their stuff gets shipped from I've been working hard to find my money and they basically work Out of Russia.AND HAVE FAKE ADDRESSES.

I got hacked twice on that site,so use a card that will fight for you if need be

First of all of you have allergies to particular scents this is the ONLY way to go.

I have allergies. Certain scents give me migraines, others are not compatible with my body chemistry.

Name brands! Need I say more?

Returns are a breeze! What you think smells absolutely lovely at the perfume counter can sometimes be a bomb when you get it home. Then you are left with a $50-$300 bottle of cologne, perfume, or eau de toilette that will stay on your dresser forever.

With Scentbird, all that is over. You take the quiz, then read all about the scents. Myself, I am a citrusy, light/white flower, herb lover. I pick fragrances that cater to this. One of the scents I absolutely love is "unisex". I never ever thought about using a unisex fragrance before, now it is my sunny when it's gloomy/rainy day scent.

Another thing I love is the colored cases.

Just try it once. What have you got to lose, or better yet think about how many scents you can buy with what you would have spent on one bottle.

I've been a monthly subscriber for about six months now I get about two cents per month they seem to be long lasting and the authentic cologne which they were advertised a day the only thing stopping this from being a five star rating is that they don't give you the atomizer each month you only get the first one and then you have to buy the additional ones the rest of your colognes come in cardboard tubes if it weren't for that I would definitely give this a five star rating I bought the gift sets and giving them out for birthdays and Mother's Day I wish they would keep a few more higher end colognes like Sauvage by Dior And some of the newer colognes may come into their queue as time goes on guess I'll have to wait and see

This site is a scam. They will take your money and never send you anything. In the rare form that they do, they will not send the right thing and/or it will be missing something. They have awful customer service skills and will just give you the ring around. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS WEBSITE

These people are scammers DO NOT BUY FROM THEM they charge you regular price bottle size prices and show you pictures of regular size bottles but send you a small sample size knock off bottle of their company oh and they do not refund or exchange just some information to know before you order with them just no you are NOT GETTING THE BOTTLE THEY SHOW ON THEIR WEBSITE you are paying for a sample size small bottle they don't show you nothing about that but that is what your paying for DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I like the concept but I dislike how it drags to get my product. For example: my September package don't arrive until mid October & I dislike the new packaging. Kinda pricey

I really enjoy the scents, but I think there's some kind of issue with the packaging. 2/4 of my orders have been completely lost and that doesn't happen with any other shipments to my building.

I have a mixed review relating to my experience with Scentbird. The perfume came rather quickly and that is a positive.
Where my negative experience comes from is billing and customer service.
At time of order, it clearly states single month subscription is $16.95 USD plus.taxes. However, when I reviewed by credit card statement I was very confused by the amount it came out to. I then reviewed my order confirmation and that's where is states subtotal $21.94. Turns out there is a $4.99 USD shipping cost for outside of the US that was lumped in that WAS NOT shown at time of signing up for me. Had the shipping cost been transparent at time of order, I would have been fine.
I questioned customer service about it and that is when my experience worsened.
First, they felt it necessary to assume I didn't know prices were USD. Then when I noted that with the added cost and what the exchange rate comes out to that it really wasn't worth it for me, they felt it necessary to tell me that I cannot get a refund for previous orders. I never asked for one.
I found the responses from customer service condescending and contributed to my decision to cancel my subscription.
So my advice, is carefully review your order before committing to this subscription.

This place is amazing. Scentbird had wonderful scents and their return policy is amazeballs. They've always delivered quality product. My lady and I both use them.

Tip for consumers:
If you don't know the stuff used to make the scents, keep the cards they send with the scents so that you can familiarize yourself with the materials used to make the cologne/perfume. Be Mindful of what is used so that you're next purchase you ain't be so left in the dark as to what a fragrance might smell like.

I was initially very happy with this subscription, and ended up placing several orders for full sized bottles that I enjoyed. I was disappointed when only two of the three orders shipped, and one of the deliveries was missing a bottle. The other order, the FIRST one I placed, is still processing in my account more than 2 weeks later. Every day I check and the date gets pushed back another day. I was even more disappointed to find that there was no way to reach out to anyone, save for sending an email to their customer service dept. 5 days after sending the first email I got a response that was incoherent and didn't address ANY of the above issues. I was provided with tracking for the delivery that was already received, and there was no mention of the missing bottle or the order that still has yet to be shipped. My subsequent emails to them have still yet to be responded to. It's unfortunate, because I would have been a good customer, but I am really saddened to see that this company simply does not care about customer service, and will be canceling my subscription and trying a different one. I will also be making a BBB complaint. This is simply unacceptable.
Update: Thank you for your canned response, no I will not chase you down on social media to get assistance. I have been informed that my first order isn't coming- since it's been so long the perfume is now out of stock. The missing bottle SHOULD finally be on its way to me. Fingers crossed. I stand by my review that this company is not worth the headache until they put some effort into customer service.

I never received my first scent and they wanted to charge me for a second before even acknowledging I had ordered the first. I still have not received it many months later.

I never received my very first and now, my definitely, last order. Was excited about all the scents but my June order is floating out there somewhere and it's almost July! Nope!

Tip for consumers:
Shipping time is terrible. Still nothing and it's been 3weeks!
