Before, I was used to buying perfumes only when I travelled, thinking that duty-free shops had the best offers. Now, I realise that Scentbird is the best store for perfume or cologne. They have regular promotions and offers that you can really get a nice perfume at a bargain price. I have bought it already a couple of times, one for myself, and few as gifts. The quality is good and I am satisfied with it. They have wide range of options, and the website is quite good too, so you can easily explore the products online. I recommend!
I wasn't happy with this perfume. The scent was very strong for my liking. I like fruity scents and fresh and clean scents but this one was too empowering. I did not like the scent. This one was not for me.
I loved it when I smelled it in the bottle but the second I sprayed it that changed. I immediately had to wash my wrists. It was so strong. Probably better for someone more mature in age.
Great scents but 90% of the time I'm not receiving my scents. I don't know if it's the postal service stealing my package or if it's Scentbird not delivering.

I enjoy the smell but I made the mistake of spraying myself twice with the perfume not realising how strong the scent was. I recommend a walk through with is perfume.

Scentbird and it's founder may be getting rave reviews from the entrepreneurial world but their flame has gone out. Ever since a so-called relocation to a bigger warehouse their subscription service has been behind over 2 months. Ad- hoc orders or one shot orders fall into the same delivery rotation as the subscription service which is rediculous. On top of that there is no Customer Service number to call. What a unique idea not to have to listen to the millions of complaining customers, yet their billing department works perfectly. Your money is taken from your source in seconds. I love that business model, incoming revenue with no output of goods. How come I was never taught about this in macroeconomics. The only communication is thru email in which you get a bot email reply and that's about it. The other way to communicate with them is thru Facebook! Why would I want to inquire about a personal purchase in front of 20 million FB users. How are they getting away with this. I am presently waiting on a one time order made on 11/01/18, since I canceled my subscription and thought the one time order would be shipped out earlier. It is now 12/13/18 and I have not received any replies to the mass amounts of emails I have sent them and have reported them to the BBB where I see hundreds of others have as well. Hey Scentbird, a little 5 sentence blurb on your website regarding delays does not count as customer service.

I have emailed this company several times and this company refuses to respond to my emails. They do not care for their customers and just like every single other review here I began my subscription in June I received Junes but not July I emailed them and they said they were moving which is why things were delayed I ended up getting July and August in late August then I received September's perfume and have yet to receive another perfume. The website states it has been shipped but then I track with UPS it just states the label has been printing so nothing has been shipped. This company lies to their paying and loyal costumers who just want what they paid for.

Horrible company. I left an honest review on trust pilot about their delayed shipping using DHL and trust pilot gets requesting more documentation. F them and this lame company. 1.) they use DHL which is the worst shipping company in the world. They create labels with tracking numbers and nothing shows in the system for a week. At that point a week later your shipment may or may not arrive. 1.) only the saks select fragrances come with a case. The way their bottles are designed with a round bottom makes they extremely inconvenient to store without a case. 2.) their atomizers are HORRIBLE. To even call them an atomizer is a stretch. They're more like a dribbler. 3.) I've had full bottles, and decants from numerous other sites and I'm convinced these guys dilute their decants making them less potent than the actual fragrance. I cannot prove this but I got 6 decants from them and either I chose the 6 weakest fragrances known to man or they dilute them. 4.) This company actively tries to delete legitimate reviews. This makes them pretty scummy IMO. There are much better companies out there.

Tracking numbers are generated when orders are processed, but it may take some time for them to be updated on the courier's side. However, once the packages are en route to the destination, the tracking information will be displayed. If there is no movement for several consecutive days, we always encourage our customers to contact our support team for assistance. In the event that a package is lost in transit, we make sure to send free replacements.
Please note that all our subscribers receive one free fragrance case in their initial shipment, and subsequent fragrances come in protective cardboard cases. These cases are intended for subscribers to reuse when switching to a new fragrance. If you would like additional cases in different colors, you can order them separately through our website.
It's unfortunate to hear that you didn't like our rebranded atomizers. The purpose of upgrading our physical packaging was to provide a better experience. As a short-term solution for keeping the fragrances without cases, you can store the vials upside down. However, we collect all feedback regarding our new vials and cases and forward it to our management for further review and improvements.
Please be aware that we never compromise on the integrity and quality of our fragrances. In fact, our scents are exactly the same as those in full-size bottles, just in smaller quantities. Scentbird simply gives them a stylish makeover with our signature packaging to offer our monthly service. The repackaging should not affect the fragrance itself or its staying power.
We also do not delete any comments, whether positive or negative. You can verify this by viewing various feedback and comments in the comment sections of our social media posts. This company is the worse, I got my first order with no problem. They assigned me a second perfume which they selected for me. I noticed in the middle of October that they never it sent out even though they charge my card 4 weeks prior. Mind you another payment was about to come out for October but I never received Septembers perfume. I reach out to CS and they told me the perfume was out of stock. Mind you they assigned the perfume to me and never reached out to let me know it was out of stock just held my account pending while still charging me for something I never received. I asked Alina why would they assign a perfume if they don't have stock. It's 2022 you should have a back end system to catch those things especially since your system selected it for me. Of course she didn't have any answers. They told me they would send me out a new perfume as soon as possible mind you this is still from September It's now October 23rd and I still have yet to receive my perfume from September. I spoke with the CS rep 8 days ago and still no tracking numbers for this perfume. The worse company I've ever come across. Horrible practices. I don't understand why they even have people sponsor their company when the obviously can even handle the customer they have now. Would not recommend this company to anyone. I told Alina if this wouldn't get handled in a timely fashion I would be writing reviews everywhere. I guess they still don't care.

This business is an alternative to potentially pricey fragrance buys, they have a variety of fragrances for a monthly fee. (Scent of the month club) The packaging and scent deployment system is great, most scents come with paperwork regarding the scent notes in that fragrance. I say most because I have not always received them with my scent of the month.
The variety of fragrances could be better, I can't speak of the feminine side of things, but it seems that the men's scents that I want to try out are the more expensive sort. This is where you are charged $10 to $15 more per month.
On the positive side, I love trying new colognes, and rolling the dice to try a new scent for me is worth the $20 monthly cost. I have actually purchased one of the colognes I have tried on here through another site. They have a system that efficiently tracks which scent you want to receive & a user has the freedom to move your choices around so you can strategically pick a spring or winter scent in the proper season. Overall, their site is very easy to navigate, very professional.
To be critical, some of the colognes have turned out to be duds. I can't blame scentbird for this, in fact I am grateful to not be stuck with what would become a hundred dollar bathroom spray. Objectively speaking, some of these scents were ones that scentbird tacked on the extra $10, so that sucks. Another negative is the variety. There are some fragrances that I would like to try from major brands that scentbird does not have as options yet.
So, I like the idea, I love my colognes, but if scentbird doesn't provide me with more variety, I will be moving on. I also think that some of the niche scents should be offered for a discounted price, & I would be more willing continue as a subscriber. For the expensive 'dud' scents, why not comp me with a cheaper, lesser known fragrance?

I have a monthly subscription with them and that they have no problem getting sent out to you on time. But they push for you to try their candles and to purchase additional scents and items(obviously they want you to spend money duh).
But when I went a purchased additional perfumes to try it took over 3weeks for them to even ship the order. They send you a tracking number when you subscription orders are shipped. Unfortunately it took me having to contact them multiple times to even get a word back about why it was taking so long. Ivan Korsikov finally got back to me and had to check into why it was taking so long. He stated they had an issue with restock and although they try to keep an accurate inventory this time they fell short of that. He said he'd follow up with a tracking number the moment it becomes available. 4 days later I've had to email them again and I was able to get Zahir to send me a tracking number. They said to allow 7-10 business days for shipping. It'll be over a month since I've ordered my fragrances by the time I receive them. Stick to monthly but I don't suggest doing any additional orders from them, they don't seem to be able to keep up with their orders.
