Before, I was used to buying perfumes only when I travelled, thinking that duty-free shops had the best offers. Now, I realise that Scentbird is the best store for perfume or cologne. They have regular promotions and offers that you can really get a nice perfume at a bargain price. I have bought it already a couple of times, one for myself, and few as gifts. The quality is good and I am satisfied with it. They have wide range of options, and the website is quite good too, so you can easily explore the products online. I recommend!

I wasn't happy with this perfume. The scent was very strong for my liking. I like fruity scents and fresh and clean scents but this one was too empowering. I did not like the scent. This one was not for me.

Having recently spent way too much money on a perfume that turned out to smell far too bad for the cost I was ecstatic to try out Scentbird! The idea of having a monthly sample of designer fragrances delivered to my door each month seemed too good to be true! Instead of paying full price for a scent I might hate, I'm able to wear different scents for as long or as little as I need too (well at least until the sample is gone, which is a 30 day 0.27 oz supply) to decide if I like it or not. When you first sign up you take a scent profile quiz that helps tailor scents to what you might like and then as you try the various scents you can review them and, based on your reviews, Scentbird will make suggestions for you. So far it's been a really fun way for me to try before I buy without feeling that buyers remorse! If I have one complaint, I would say that the shipping times can be a bit long from the time you place your order, to it actually arriving at your door but, other than that I've been very pleased.

I love this company let's first talk about the fact that in June and December I can't afford anything extra so what does does Scentbird let me do skip a month so I don't have to cancel my script I can just get the month and keep going I would love that their website is always improving because they really listen to customer feedback and their scent quiz is Right On Target so thank you for allowing me to get designer smells at affordable price plus they refund a little card talking about your scent and where you can buy a big thing of it the only reason I give them four stars and so five is there billing on their app is a little confusing

I could not afford any of these perfumes ever, so the only time I can wear Burberry or Versace is if I get an opportunity to spray a sample on my self shoppung at Macys, Dillards or Sephora. Scentbirtld sends the most high end fragrances and colognes for just a little over $12 a month. They come in a tube that you put in a sleek looking case! Since these are higher end and more expensive, a little goes a long way so the tubes really do last the entire month, as long as you are spraying it on once in the morning. You are not buying the whole bottle here, which will normally run you at least $100 on the cheaper side of things. You get a new one every month! I absolutely love it and would recommend it to anyone!

This is a TERRIBLE business.

Their customer service is atrocious. There is no number or chat available, so the only option is through email which takes more than 24 hours to get a response so any issue you have takes LITERALLY days to resolve.

Their website is not user friendly and is over complicated.

Plus it's WAY over priced for the service.

Honestly this really lets you explore scents. You can have up to three a month but have the option to add on as many perfumes as you want. Some months I get my three normally billed and I add on seven! The problem is how fast they seem to sell out of everything that I want. In three hours I've had five scents removed from my que. A big improvement would be to reserve the perfume for the person who's que it's in. You can bet you get charged immediately. But it takes the entire month to get your monthly order. Why? My June order should be to me before July.The website and app are also very spotty. I have written numerous reviews for several scents to have them disappear. This is frustrating as I am in this to find scents that I wanna buy full size. I like to explore my options and when I go back on my thoughts on the perfumes. Only to have to re-wear it rewrite it and it gets old you know. Also add ons are a little bit more expensive than the subscribed - which is backwards from how every other service does this.

My son has had a subscription with scentbord for over a year now but for the past 6 months they have been sending him women's perfume instead of men's cologne like he was signed up for. He has gone on their site and made sure it was set to men's several times. He went in and canceled his subscription after 4 months of not getting what he was paying for. Then he got another perfume the next month and he went and looked and they had charged him again even though he had canceled his subscription. He had to cancel his subscription twice and hopefully this time it will actually cancel.

I signed up through an email a friend sent so we could both receive a free scent. Paid for my first month and 2nd was supposed to be free. Today I was charged for my 2nd month and they literally have no customer service to contact. Or I cannot find it. Still have not even received my first perfume and my friend didn't get a free month either. I'm going to switch to scentbox.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Do not waste your time and money. They have overcharged me 90 dollars after already signing me up for the 12 dollar a month plan. In total I was charged over 100 dollars just to sign up for PERFUME SAMPLES. I could buy a nice bottle of perfume for that money. Are they mental? Also, there is no customer service number. They think they're too good to have one which is a serious problem. There email sucks - no one responded to my SEVERAL emails asking for immediate help so I can cancel this before anything ships. You know what they did? COMPLETELY ignored my cry for help and instead sent me a confirmation email for the $#*! I don't want. I just want my money back and to never have to deal with these people again. Terrible service, not worth the time and money. Try scentbox - cheaper and they have a fuxking customer service number. I feel one start is too generous. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Hi, the scents ive recieved are not near my oreferences. The quiz is suppose to narrow it dow but i dont think it works. I love shalimar and the original houbigant chantilly. I think youve got a good idea but needs some sort of more sensory definition. I remain hopeful. Thanks, ellen

People don't read the entire email and I'm sure scentbird is aware of this which is why when you go to cancel your subscription and follow the directions on their website you get a redundant email saying they understand and are sorry to see you go yada yada yada and then, at the bottom of the email, tell you to click a link to cancel from your account on the website (which you already did when following their directions) or reply to the email saying CANCEL. It's an incredibly dishonest practice and I urge people to choose from other sites. I personally have never had an issue with microperfumes or scentsplit (neither of which are subscriptions).

Scentbird is, for one, overpriced. They then throw in all these add-ons you can do each month to continue to tack on money. The case they give you to put your perfume in is cheap and gets dirty very easily. It also falls apart easily. Not to mention that even if you upgrade your subscription to two scents per month, they will still only send you one fragrance case…but don't worry! You can get one every month if you're willing to pay more for your subscription! For the price,I was expecting to receive the perfumes in some nice packaging at the very least, but it was completely underwhelming. I only liked 1/4 of the perfumes they sent which for the price is just un aceptable. To put the icing on the cake, their subscription cancellation process is incredibly annoying. Don't get me wrong, it's not difficult, but many of the steps are completely unnecessary. There should be an option to cancel from the manage subscription page. It almost feels like they want you to be trapped into keeping your subscription, probably because they know that their service sucks. Anywho, I do not recommend this service to anyone. Just get sample bottles from regular retailers, trust me.

I tried to cancel my subscription via their website and had to wait for their response. Time went on and I forgot about it until I got charged again, so I checked my email to see if I got a response but I NEVER got a response back from them! I had to search on Reddit on how to cancel scentbird and they have a hidden URL that takes you straight to the cancellation option on the website! Terrible business practice!

Tip for consumers:
It would have been helpful to know that this company has no contact info other than via email and that they don’t even respond.

Received my 2nd scent really disappointed!
When I opened the tube shattered glass fell out and not realizing such thin glass I slightly cut myself on the jagged edge protruding out with the spritz attached. By no means end of the world BUT when I sent issue & cut hoping to prevent a worse cut by someone else. Received ZERO response to other than SCENT FAIRY asking to confirm scent I needed replaced and it would be re ordered and should receive in 7 to 10 business days. My opinion should be overnighted and advise soul look into packaging. (Packaging was not crushed or beat up by mail)

I was hesitant at first to order bc ive always had to smell the fragrances in person but with their return and refund policy i was more than pleased. Which btw i never had to use as of yet because im in love with every fragrance they have sent me. And the size they send lasts so long which is shocking bc the price is so reasonable! I thought i would get a tiny sample. Not the case! The amount i have left over every month is alot Im so pleased with this company. Im obsessed! PLUS THE CASE AND PACKAGING IS BEAUTIFUL

I will never buy from them again. I was told 3diffrent times that my order was in the mail just to find out they never sent it... I email and finally they sent it a month later... not once but 3times... never will I buy from them again...

Scentbird's price and subscription plan are expensive. Being overpriced compare to other businesses, i would expect better customer service. However, the customer service can only help you cancel the subscription ( never a refund) they are quick on charging customer but very slow on responding customers with concerns. The experience is so bad and I just want my money back while they are processing my order (not shipped yet) I don't want any products shipped to me, they can keep it, I just want my money back.
Used the promo code for 50% off first month but the promo didn't work, have to pay full price.
Accidentally subscribe for 2 products per month, thought they gonna upgrade it the following month, but they decided to put it on active immediately and withdraw money from my account in 1 second. Contact to ask to cancel the plan immediately after being charged, but they said no 3 days after the request was sent, and the order still processing (not shipped)
Also they only sent me one bill through email which is 9.33$. I have to look at the bill through paypal and notice being charged 3 times.

Tip for consumers:
There are better alternative out there with extraordinary customer service and more reasonable price. Just don’t fall for scent bird.

Hi Brenna, very sorry to hear about your experience. With us you receive 0.27oz vials priced at $16.95. In contrast, most rollerballs start at $26 for a 0.25oz bottle depending on the brand. At 0.27 ounces, our vials are roughly the equivalent of 7.5 of those little samples so with us you get more to try out for a whole month. Please make sure any changes to your account are submitted at least one (1) day prior to your scheduled billing date. This ensures the changes apply to the upcoming billing cycle, and not the next. It's true that according to the policies we have in place, we cannot issue a refund for the already processed order, as we can't cancel such an order once it goes through the processing phase. A greater number of messages have been sent to us recently, and our team has been working hard to respond to each one as quickly as we can. I ordered from this site last month and have yet to receive my order. They promptly charged my debit card and there's no way of reaching them to find out what's going on. They claim the delays are due to them moving to another warehouse, but I believe this company is a complete fraud and this is why they have no telephone number.
Their ads are plastered all over NYC subways to lure us in. I wish the media would put them on blast. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. It's a rip off.

Money was taken off my card for scentbird the beginning of November for the month of October, the scent that I selected was in my quest for over two weeks. I sent out a number of emails trying to see what the issue was, which no one really informed me on what the issue was until I dmed someone on Instagram. Then I was informed my order wasn't sent because they ran out of the perfume that I selected but instead of just moving on to a different scent that I did select they opt not to send it. Now when I wake up this morning to see what was going on I have nothing being processed for the month of October nor being sent out to me but I was charged for it. This is very dissatisfying and what makes it even more upsetting is that there's no one to talk to you just got to hope that they keep up with sending emails and hope they address your issue... this is very disappointing especially when you look forward to getting your perfumes for the month

I have asked them 2 times to cancel my subscription and I have seen NO RESPONSE. I looked at the cancellation instructions, but it instructs me to click the "cancel my subscription" button under the "subscription status" page. That cancel button does not exist.
