Before, I was used to buying perfumes only when I travelled, thinking that duty-free shops had the best offers. Now, I realise that Scentbird is the best store for perfume or cologne. They have regular promotions and offers that you can really get a nice perfume at a bargain price. I have bought it already a couple of times, one for myself, and few as gifts. The quality is good and I am satisfied with it. They have wide range of options, and the website is quite good too, so you can easily explore the products online. I recommend!

I wasn't happy with this perfume. The scent was very strong for my liking. I like fruity scents and fresh and clean scents but this one was too empowering. I did not like the scent. This one was not for me.

Ive got 4 months worth of deliveries. I get 2 a month. Me and my 2 teenage sons literally fight over who gets what. I really didnt know much about cologne, but i love all the selections ive gotten.

Scentbird is great. They already have a huge selection of designer fragrances to choose from. They also have a select number of niche and independent fragrances to choose from. Their selection of niche is growing also. Either way you can check the website to see the selection they have and are transparent with what they have. I haven't had a single problem with the subscription so i haven't needed the customer service but if it is as good as the service is then you can't go wrong. If you are a frag head and do not have this subscription just go ahead and make the plunge. It is worth it. It is an easy way to check out some fragrances before buying them at discounters. If there is a frag out there that you do not want to blind buy and get a full bottle for 2 or 3 hundred dollars, check the frag list. They may have it and if they don't they may be getting it soon. In my short time they added Aventus, Parfums de Marly, Byredo just to name a few.

Tip for consumers:
Great place to check out niche fragrances before taking the plunge and purchasing a bottle.

UNLESS YOU WANT TO CONTINUALLY GET FRAGRANCES FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. DO NOT SIGN UP! I TRIED TO CANCEL THIS SERVICE AND THEY SAY THEY CANNOT FIND MY ACCOUNT. WHICH IS VERY STRANGE BECAUSE EVERY MONTH SCENT BIRD.COM TAKES $30 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM AND THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE A PHONE NUMBER, IT'S ALL AUTOMATED. I absolutely love Scentbird, the only reason why I don't get five stars is because of my opinion that there is a lack of inventory. In comparison to other websites, this is overall the most modern and fun per se of the subscription fragrance services but when it comes to inventory a lot of the other companies Have a lot more but I choose to stay with scentbird because I love the packaging. It has a very wonderful aesthetic it's not too bulky it's not some thing that just sits on my bathroom counter. I can take my scentbird with me anywhere even traveling and it's also a cool topic of conversation when they fall out of my purse or backpack I think that Scentbird could do really well by expanding and adding more skin care and make up products as well as body care in access to even more fragrances in due time, but overall keep up the great work. I love the subscription and the pricing is great, the app is user-friendly for the millennial market or for people like my mother who is a boomer and Gen X the app is kind of confusing for them. I try to give this out as a Christmas gift idea for a lot of my family members, and some of them really just did not go on the app and choose fragrances. They kind of just allowed whatever fragrances to come come and they chose from that but either way, I've heard nothing but good things from even the default fragrances that are sent once again keep up the great work and I am a huge fan of my Scents from Scentbird

I disagree with a lot of the bad stuff said about scentbird. I absolutely LOVED my subscription. I paid with paypal which was a nice option and I opted for the 2 scents/$30 per month. I always received the right perfumes that I chose and they were always on time. Until they moved their warehouse. That's when all hell broke loose. I was angry at the time but I was happy that I was able to suspend paypal from getting billed. That cut out a lot of the hassle of having Scentbird cancel my account. I did end up getting the perfumes that were billed before I cancelled, but months later. That was about a year ago and I miss my subscription so much. I want to try it again to see if things have calmed down and they are back to business as usual but from these very recent reviews I am scared that it will be just more of the same. By the way I never had a problem with authenticity of the fragrances. They were always great. Sad to see this happen to what could have been a promising company! I still hope they work out their issues!

I've recently dug deeper into the world of perfume samples and found that Scentbird isn't necessarily the best out there. The flat rate of $14.95 doesn't reflect the original quality or price of the perfume in the slightest. If you look around, you can buy some of the same perfumes for much less elsewhere in the same 5ml container, or choose an even smaller sample if you only want to wear the fragrance 2-3 times. I understand there has to be a mark up, but other perfume resellers do this as a ratio, taking the whole bottle's original price into consideration. I've also collected too many of those 5ml bottles of perfumes that I dont actually care for, so it's nice to see smaller options on the market.
I will say I appreciate their inclusion of NEST and the Confessions of a Rebel fragrances, as well as the fact that they are always adding to their sample repertoire. It's also nice that it's a subscription so you get something to look forward to every month. Their rating system is easy to use and the layout/visual aspects of the website are well constructed. Overall I just don't think it's worth over paying for the benefits, buy they do offer a wide selection of perfumes, some of which you can't sample elsewhere.

Tip for consumers:
Consider if the subscription style of delivery, the ease of use and the variety of scents are worth the huge mark up.

It is true that Scentbird is an exclusive distributor of Confessions of a Rebel fragrances. Some people find it difficult to choose a favorite scent in a short period of time in a store. With Scentbird you can choose your scent in the comfort of your own home. All vials are 8ml/0.27oz and have been trialed to last for 120-140 sprays, which should be enough for at least 4 sprays per day for 30 days. Whereas, most rollerballs start at $26 for a 0.25oz bottle depending on the brand. Please get in touch with us directly if you need any further assistance. THIS COMPANY HAS BILLED ME 3 TIMES IN THE MATTER OF 24 HRS, I HAVEN'T EVEN PICKED A SCENT. WHEN YOU SEND AN EMAIL TO CANCEL THEY SEND A RESPONSE EMAIL SAYING THEY DON'T RECOGNIZE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS( EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE SENDING PROMOTIONS TO THAT SAME EMAIL) ONCE YOU PROVIDE YOUR INFO, GOOD LUCK HAVING SOMEONE RESPOND. I JUST WANT TO CANCEL AND GET A REFUND. THIS SHOULD NOT BE THIS HARD. I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS, ITS AS IF THEY ARE HOLDING YOU, HOSTAGE, TO SOMETHING YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH.

I was a little sceptical when I joined Scentbird but it has bee. Nothing but amazing! For me one bottle a month is plenty. The selections are endless and you are sure to find something you'll love!

There are plenty of options to choose from I even switch certain months and buy my girl a perfume it's fun and inexpensive if you are a huge cologne or fragrance person

Charges you even after you cancel. Almost impossible to contact anyone. They say they'll credit your account but they don't. Very dishonest and badly run company.

Scentbird has the best smelling fragrances I ever smelled. Their bird logo is cute and they got everything else. Like spray bottle holders and underarm fragrances.

I was a member with Scent Bird when they first launched. Things were great, I was happy. Then Scent Bird got too big for themselves. I would make a queue for the entire year. On the last year I was a member with Scent Bird, I would say 7 times out of 12, the scent I had chosen was 'out of stock' and I had to find a replacement. This happened way too many times for my liking. I even tried to adapt to this but finding scents that were just released, so the stock should be full, and within a week of changing my queue to accommodate the new scent, I would get an email saying that even that brand new scent was also out of stock. Great if you want samples of easy accessible scents you can find at the pharmacy. Not great if you want to try niche and new brands. I have attached a screenshot of some the emails telling me my queue had changed due to out of stock scents. *ALSO* Within the past two years they have started charging 'surcharges' for certain fragrances. So you will be billed your monthly fee, and then you will pay an extra $10/$12 for the "premium" scent you would like... At that point, most of the time, you are literally better off buying a full bottle.

Tip for consumers:
Don't get your hopes up that you will get the scent you actually want.

Although we try our best to maintain 100% accuracy with inventory, there are rare occasions when we experience an inventory challenge. Kindly note that we do our best to restock all products in a timely manner. If most of your choices are Limited Edition products, they do get sold out very fast, and your queue gets updated accordingly. Some premium items do require an upcharge from $5 to $15 to the regular subscription cost. Those items are usually niche fragrances or full-size skincare/make-up products. We have introduced the premium surcharge so that we can extend our portfolio of products as we realize that some customers would like to see more premium items on the list. I ordered a few colons for about 3 months in a row. Decided I didn't want it. 6 months later my VPN informed me my information was on the Dark Web and the company that makes Scentbird was the source. BE VERY CAREFUL.

Such a great idea and fun! I easily get bored with fragrances and want to try new ones all the time which can be expensive so this is a great alternative!

I have told them numerous times To cancel and now I am stuck with fake Versace that smells like skunk. I will call my bank tomorrow to stop the automatic payments.
