Ordered parts sent wrong size sent back and paid to send back. Asked for just the refund I paid when ordered which included shipping and handling was given a partial refund stating they do not refund the shipping and handling. I told them I didn't care about the shipping and handling I paid to send back just wanted the full amount I paid when I ordered and he called me stupid and hung up. I did file a complaint with BBB as well
I ordered a bearing with a 14.6mm width, and they send me a bearing with a 12.6mm width. I payed expensive shipping amounts just so I could recieve this niche bearing, and they said I would need to pay shipping amounts in order to return it, when they sent me the wrong bearing. Purchased May 6 2015 it looked pretty. The scooter will not go up a slight incline I have a little bump to go over coming into my garage and if you stop just before entering the scooter will not go over the one inch raise. If I stop in the yard I will to give it a little push to get started.
