Outstanding rounds! We left the choice up to SDB to choose our rounds. They sent our entire order, 40 rounds, in Buffalo's! Second time buying from SDB and certainly will not be the last.
Ordered 2 royal mint una silver bars ( 10 oz) limited edition, paid $622 3 weeks ago, items in stock at the time order, never updated status. Called and placed on hold forever! Items now out of stock and will only allow exchange for lowered value bars and will not refund the difference in value ( silver is down form time of order in addition bars ordered now are not premium limited edition bars! Very rude an unethical company!

I received my package in the mail in the seal envelope and a sealed bubble wrap amazing how none of the bubbles were popped
Only to find it inside the two packages was a torn open coin roll and all the coins in numerical order almost

The way this coin roll was tore open it looked like somebody had searched the coins and put them all back there almost in numerical order
I sent another message to Will pretty much he called me a liar in the process
I called them on the phone and they wouldn't connect me with somebody that could actually fix this issue
A higher up that had the ability to look into it a little further
the accusation of a federal crime to a federal employee from SD bullion
The smile on my face quickly turned into a frown when I saw my torn opens what looked like to be searched coin roll

My camera man was unavailable at the time I got this I was just excited to get it only to be disappointed by the product I got

It was supposed to be unopened but as you can see in the picture they tore it open before they shipped it
None of the bubbles were popped that the corn rolls were put in so the tearing of the coin roll could not have been done by a federal postal worker
Will the manager from SD bullion blame the postal worker then he came back with another email completely different
Coins are nice but when I pay $600 I expect the postal carrier to get my signature and not just leave it at the curb in my mailbox.
You system sucks i made 100.000 in purchases from amex because you are so slow with your orders if i was the boss you all would be FIRED

This experience proves to me that "SD Bullion" is not an "above board" company. You as well?
Basically the same experience on June 7th.
1st time buyer, responded to a flash sale.
The order was put through as I was attempting to find area access to filling out bank routing number etc. prior to the customary payment confirmation. I called and also got cut off.(pattern?) I send an email to cancel. I get a return call and then, after the fact, I am told of the inflated cancellation fee's.(extortion). These facts should be prominently displayed during the process, not be surreptitiously discussed after the fact. Deceitful! They use an outside source for wire transfers. "Plaid" They required my user name and password to access my bank account. Absurd! Who is stupid enough to give personal banking information, on line no less? The inflated extortion fee's are also ridiculous. The trading of silver at the time was 10 cents less than I was charged, and they inflated considerably, the market movement upward to feloniously overcharge said cancellation fee. ( I can provide a snapshot for proof). This is the first time I have ever seen an order process prior to payment confirmation. Determine for yourself. Would you trust doing business with such a greedy and disingenuous company where you are not given the opportunity to back out with all these obstructions?
These obstructions came after the fact. It is a trap. (In my mind by design) Do not let yourself get trapped in this money grabbing ploy! This experience proves to me that "SD Bullion" is not an "above board" company. You as well?

Plaid enables us to utilize e-checks without our servers storing your bank account information. Instead the information is encrypted and tokenized.
It is much more secure than a customer typing their bank information into a website. Previously, if someone had a personal check account you had written them, they would be able to use the routing number and account number off the bottom of the check.
By using this service, it enables us to offer e-checks to more customers. Previously we were unable to offer a first time customer the ability to pay via e-check. Furthermore, we are able to ship orders faster as personal checks take time to arrive to us in the mail and bounced check time varies based on the bank.
Individuals who have established a history and reached threshold order amounts are still eligible to use the previous system we had in place.
If the system is not for you, we completely understand. We invite you to use one of the other seven payment methods we have available on SD Bullion.
We apologize for any cancellation fee confusion. We have cancellation fees because this is a live market business. Cancellation fees are calculated as 5% of the order total or $35, whichever is greater, plus any applicable market loss.
