Outstanding rounds! We left the choice up to SDB to choose our rounds. They sent our entire order, 40 rounds, in Buffalo's! Second time buying from SDB and certainly will not be the last.
Ordered 2 royal mint una silver bars ( 10 oz) limited edition, paid $622 3 weeks ago, items in stock at the time order, never updated status. Called and placed on hold forever! Items now out of stock and will only allow exchange for lowered value bars and will not refund the difference in value ( silver is down form time of order in addition bars ordered now are not premium limited edition bars! Very rude an unethical company!
As a long time customer, I received my last order. I was glad I was here when FEDEX drop off the package. I ask the driver about a signature, he said No Signature order. This is wrong. With packages being stolen from pouches in the area, I did not like the delivery with no signature. Metals and or products of this kind always need to be delivered face to face. Products/packages like this are easy to steal. No happy ... If future orders are shipped with no signature..... I guess I need to look for different firm to purchase from

It took SD Bullion one month to send me my purchase. I called up several times and received a different excuse everytime I called. I had to reach out to my bank about how they took my money and never sent me my purchase. Don't buy from this company they are thieves. Buy your precious metals from.APMEX. I hate SD Bullion because they are crooks.

Please take into consideration there are different internal processing times for the diverse payment methods. Payment processing times are as follows:
Bank wire: 24-48 business hours
Electronic check: 3-5 business days
Personal check: 3-5 business days, once received
Credit Card/Paypal: 24-48 business hours
After the above time frame for our accounting team to fully process the payment, the order is released to the shipping queue. As per our shipping policy, during normal market conditions our shipping queue is 1-3 business days after your payment has cleared our account. The current shipping queue time is expected to be 3-5 business days from payment fully processed by our accounting team.
Please notice FedEx 2-day or USPS Priority is “once shipped”.

First of all, I appreciate the easy to navigate website. I knew what the spot price was and the premium before I ordered. Dealing with some companies in the past that information was not clear. The price locked in at the time of order and did not change. To keep the price as low as possible we decided to send a paper check and to receive via USPS. This took a little longer, but we were not in a hurry. The whole process worked beautifully! Thank you for the great service!

I ordered from SD Bullion because I hear them mentioned when I listen to SGT Report. They had a spot price special that I took advantage of but failed to enter the discount code. Unfortunately they couldn't apply the discount after the order went through but they did offer me free shipping on my next order. They also allowed me to change from a wire transfer to check payment after the transaction. All and all a good experience.
I consider the Austrian Silver Philharmonic 1oz coin one of the three prettiest government issued silver bullion coins in the world. The other two are American eagle and the British Britannica. SD Bullion put this coin on sale for a little while in September 2018. I got a few. I ordered my coins on SD Bullion website unassisted. I paid by check. My order was received within two weeks, well packed. Thank you SD Bullion! Philip
I buy a fair amount of silver and gold from sdbullion.com - their prices are very fair and they have a good selection of products. You will not be treated by them. Some companies are not as honest as others. That's why I like purchasing from this company as well as one or two others that have a very good reputation.

My close friend placed her first order with SD Bullion in late January 2022. The order was shipped via FedEx. The package never arrived. Upon investigation, both SD Bullion and FedEx claimed the package was delivered. No it wasn't. As a disabled retiree, my friend is always home. A manager at SD Bullion mentioned that delivery problems are occurring on an increasing basis, yet they don't require a signature upon delivery. So, my friend is made to feel like a thief and jump through "hoops" to get her "merchandise. She was required to file several forms including a notarized affidavit stating she never received the package. A major inconvenience for a disabled person. Mr. Tyler Walls - Is this how you treat new customers? We will never use SD Bullion again. Beware of their attitude. "One and Done" for this sad organization.

Per our Shipping Policy: “If your package is lost or damaged, it will be the responsibility of SD Bullion to file a claim with our insurance company. Once the claim is filed, you agree to fully cooperate with any requirement which may be required as part of the investigation. Failure to fully cooperate will jeopardize the ability for us to replace or refund your lost or damaged package.”
I apologize for the inconvenience of having to fill out forms and such, but our insurance requires them so we can replace missing items. While we work to have orders delivered successfully in the original shipments, when carriers occasionally make mistakes, our insurance requires this process for replacement.

Ii received 20 indian head rounds but I had ordered a different type of round called a buffalo. I know it is pointless to try to exchange them for what I ordered from what I received without any costs to me. So I ate the mistake. Sad
I went online to purchase from this company. In checking out, I accidentally hit the pay by check instead of the credit card option. Once this happened, I could no longer move forward or backwards in the system. I could not uncheck the option to change it to credit. I backed out of the page and re-ordered the product. Weeks later I got a bill for a cancelled order. I never hit the place order button. Not only that, but the bill that came was for the 35.00 cancellation fee, plus a 47.46 market loss ( silver price barely moved) and a cancellation fee of 47.46. When I tried to contact them about this, they had no interest in being reasonable. This is their policy. Fraud. Do not do business with this company.

We apologize for any cancellation fee confusion. We have cancellation fees because this is a live market business. Cancellation fees are calculated as 5% of the order total or $35, whichever is greater, plus any applicable market loss. Every customer must agree to these terms prior to submitting their order, whether they place the order online or over the phone with an agent.
When an order is placed, we email you the order confirmation. In addition, we email you letting you know we are still awaiting payment for an order if we have not received it after 7 days of placing the order. We then call you for payment. Finally, the order is cancelled if we do not hear back.

I know y'all have been inundated with orders lately. I got mine in right before the flood, but I think it got delayed a few days due to the onslaught anyway. Still, I got what I wanted at the nicest price around.
SD Bullion has the lowest prices! I prefer SD Bullion over the other precious metals dealers. The mailing takes a little while. If you could offer the electronic checks, in addition to mail in personal checks, that be great!
Package still hasn't arrived a month later. Asked sender to contact UPS and see why package has been held up. The customer service representatives flat refused 3x times. I contacted the UPS International and they hadn't even included contact information which is why package has been stuck in warehouse for over month. They are not willing to ensure packages arrive to receiver with no issue. Avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered One 1oz Gold Maple Leaf 2021 coin. When I received, the coin was wrapped around too tight. It put almost a permanent crease in the plasic sleeve. I submitted my comments, they answered but didn't care.

I have made all my bullion purchases from SD Bullion for years. They are reliable and honest. They always have the lowest price and all transactions have been smooth as silk. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
I was taught by my grandmother how she survived the Great Depression using precious metals. I had never ordered any precious metals before, nor had I purchased them in person. I wanted to teach my grandchildren about the value of precious metals like I learned, but didn't know how to begin. Your videos educated me about the process, so I decided to try ordering from you. I couldn't have been more pleased with the products or the service. SDB is totally trustworthy, and I hope to be able to order again from you soon.
I spent over $45k on silver leafs and kangaroos. The premiums we're $4.50 per coin.
No less than a few days pass, they drop their premiums to $3.99.
I asked for a credit for the difference since I just bought, they told me I was SOL.
Stupid and dumb to lost business over $.50.

This condition allows customers to submit payment without having to be conscious of their order total fluctuating with the market. SD Bullion will treat your questions with a take it or leave it attitude. I also requested and paid for FedEx 2nd day shipping. They took 3 days to fill my order and another 6 days for FedEx to deliver it... very disappointed.

Our mail carrier tried to steel my silver because he could feel it through the soft packaging you sent it in. I confronted him in the street and he lied about having it. It was in his bag the whole time. He felt the weight of it and the shape and decided it was something to keep so when he stopped at our house to deliver it he simply kept it in his bag. He eventually gave in and gave it to me. He no longer works for the USPS. A slightly oversized cardboard box might be better to send it in. I'm afraid to order anymore now.
I purchased a monster box of 50 Royal Canadian Mint 10 oz bars. Payment through SD bullion was very quick and my shipment went out after 2 days. My only complaint is when I received my package the box had been torn and taped back together. After opening the package the black hard plastic lid on the monster box had a 6 inch crack. Most of the bars were fine and in good condition but there were 2-3 bars that had large indentions on the edges and looked like someone had dropped the package hard enough to break the lid and damage a few bars. The package was shipped through UPS and I think SD Bullion is a great company but UPS is to blame for the damage. Only reason I didn't bother with insurance or sending it back is I really wanted my 50 bars to have the serial numbers in order. In the future I'll make smaller purchases to hopefully prevent damage from the shipping company.
I placed a large order with SD Bullion. They lost or stole my order, and then told me to fill out a Statement of Loss form and to return it within 72 hours, and in the same email SD Bullion says, "Please allow 7-10 business days for our team to coordinate..." My order was place FIVE WEEKS ago. Customer service was rep was rude and disrespectful. After 11 years of doing regular business with APMEX, I have never had an issue. This was my first order with SD Bullion. They are either unbelievably incompetent or they essentially stole my money!

Per our insurance restrictions, if the package cannot be located, we are able to create a refund or resend 30 days from the initial claim being filed. Throughout this time, our operations team is actively coordinating with the carrier to locate the original package.
With your order specifically, it appears your package has been delayed, rather than lost, due to the severe ice storm that hit a large portion of the Midwest. Due to the storm and facilities being backed up with a large number of incoming packages, we have seen orders taking a little longer to be delivered. With Fed Ex being delayed across the United States, we see tracking numbers not moving or remaining in the pending status. We are keeping this lost package investigation open to monitor the tracking, and expect to see it update soon!

Well I was looking for reputable store with a low price for bullion coins and I heard about this one on the internet so I gave them a try. Selection was good and the ordering was easy so I've been a customer every since.
I order a large amount of silver they claim they had, but shipping the claim will not happen for weeks. If they truly have my order and I receive it soon I will change my review, but as of now I believe they are selling products they do not have!
I was getting a little worried about the order because the tracking showed that my order was in Detroit longer than it should have been. I paid for a faster delivery service but did not get it. I was satisfied that I received the order finally.
