Outstanding rounds! We left the choice up to SDB to choose our rounds. They sent our entire order, 40 rounds, in Buffalo's! Second time buying from SDB and certainly will not be the last.
Ordered 2 royal mint una silver bars ( 10 oz) limited edition, paid $622 3 weeks ago, items in stock at the time order, never updated status. Called and placed on hold forever! Items now out of stock and will only allow exchange for lowered value bars and will not refund the difference in value ( silver is down form time of order in addition bars ordered now are not premium limited edition bars! Very rude an unethical company!
Shipping seems very slow for the size of my orders (under 10 ounces per order). I have to pay premium rate because I pay with cc. (this amount is added to my credit card and SDB still recieves their money immediately. Also, no free shipping puts the price of my order shipped and delivered about the same as their competitors or the mint. It wouldn"t hurt to have free shipping once in a while. Pricing is usually good.

I'm not happy with the service because I have been told different times when my previous order was recieved. I also asked a week ago to speak with a supervisor and was told flat out a supervisor won't call me back! That really shocked the hell out of me! I've never had any company EVER tell me that a supervisor will not return my call!

Approximately 12 unrecognizable dimes. These dimes are so worn that they appear to be just thin pieces of foil.
Other than this complaint the order was as expected. I will say that on the previous order with SD I attempted to rectify the same complaint and was informed that OH WELL, that is the nature of junk silver. On the other hand APMEX sent me replacements for the same complaint. Maybe I will stay with APMEX in the future.

The wait time was minimal and better than

While some other sites may have "special" mint coins that may be exclusives, such as with privy images, I've found that SD Bullion often has a better price on public mintages. For example, I get the best prices on the new or pre-release Silver 5 oz "America The Beautiful" (ATB) coins. Yes, they're about $100 each, that's the downside of massive 5 oz coins, but the mintages are low, recently around 30K for each coin. Compare that to millions of the Silver Eagles each year. Sadly, US mints haven't moved from 999 to newer 9999 purity that Canada and Perth mints have made the new standard.
I have had no problems with shipping. I send checks and so have to wait a few days for them to clear, but that's to be expected. Only one time did I report an order mis-price and they promptly corrected it.
I do compare sites before placing an order, that's common sense, but I generally end up with them, lately.
Chose Fed-ex shipping and was only $7. My only concern is that maybe they could have double boxed and added more packing but for these prices I have ZERO COMPLAINTS... This is the best deal on the net, hands down, JUST DO IT! Thank you so much! You are a Godsend! Highly recommended to anyone and everyone.

They place the Argor Hareas bar on sale, 1 oz. It was not really a sale, for when the sale ended, the price stayed the same. Deception. The Website list lowest prices period. I found cheaper elsewhere. I can't stand a business that list an item on sale when its not. Would of been better to just say 'for sale'.

I ordered 20 Silver Eagles to make sure I received them in a 20 coin tube from the mint as I did the last time I ordered. I was disappointed to find them loose in the box with the tube for them in the box empty.
I am new to this so I tried ordering from 3 different companies all the same day, about the same deals. SD Bullion delivered 2 weeks before the others and was $1.51 cheaper than WWX, who basically lied to me about the price. The other was a promo at spot but came out about the same since SD Bullion cashed the check and delivered so fast it came out about the same price as the other. So SD Bullion would be my choice as the most honest and fastest of the 3 I tried. The other was JB or something but 2nd.

Everything went fairly smooth though shipping time was pretty long. One thing that was frustrating was USPS TRACKING I checked it everyday so I would be home when was shipped. The status never changed from the very first notice. I blame USPS for that. Next time I will use FedX. Items received were as described and package good.
I recently made an order with SD Bullion, and gave them specific guidance on when to ship my order as I was out of town for 2 weeks. They shipped my order immediately despite my request, and my order was returned back to them by FEDX since no one was home to sign for it. To make matters worse, they have now CANCELLED my order, and have charged me a $632 "adjustment" fee. When I called them about this issue, the "manager" refused to acknowledge any fault on their part. What really irked me is that he refused to let me talk with his Supervisor or ask his supervisor to call me back as I requested. I have made at least 5 orders with them over the last 2 years, but that will be my last one.

Prior to the adjustment fee, customers are contacted through phone and email in regard to reshipping the order or receiving a refund. If the order is returned, the total apart from the market loss will be returned. The deduction is necessary because your products are moved out of our inventory and held for you, and we hedge our price based on the market price at the time you submit your order. Because there was no response to our emails and calls in regard to the reshipment, this order was returned and refunded, less the restocking fee.

I ordered 110 oz of silver(x100 1oz rounds and a 10 oz bar). The silver bar was placed on backorder, so my shipment date got pushed almost a month out. I contacted customer service and they offered a comparable bar as a replacement and shipped my order the next day.
Wont give you the option to get another product or anything. Only interested in charging the restock fee. They've lost a customer for life over $100. Garbage business practices.

One reason why I shop SD Bullion is because of the guarantee they offer on all there orders. After I wrote a email to the CEO he was very nice and paid for the return shipping on the gold buffalo that was dented and replaced it with another flawless beautiful 1oz gold buffalo. So SD Bullion made good on there guarantee and I was very thankful that the CEO took time out of his day to respond to my email and have that setup for me. SD Bullion had been my go to for all large purchases of silver and now gold but after receiving a bad gold order and dealing with there customer service I will not be using SD Bullion for future orders if they don't stand behind the product they sell. A 1oz gold buffalo i got from them had a good size dent in it and when i reached out to there customer service they said that was normal and thats how most of there coins were. I paid a premium for a BU new coin and not a damaged one. If they cant stand behind the product they sell then i will not be using them anymore. That guarantee on there website isn't true!

I placed an order with SD mon 3/20 and sent a wire thru Bof A rt away. It says money has to be recieved 1-2 days after the order is placed. I was out of town but called my back later that weekend to see if my wire transfer went through. They couldnt find it. I figured my first order was expired so i placed another order, not only paying the higher price but also doubling my order. I again wired the money again. That one went through. I called to explain to Birch what happened and they threatened me and said i have to either pay 35 cancellation fee or the full order amount of the first order. Heck of a way to thank people for their business and their persistence to do biz with their company. I spoke to Frank, the customer service manager and he refused to let me speak to his manager, refused to give me his full name and refused to give me his employee ID number. He would not give me someone above him to speak with.

Company charged me $50 fee because I filed credit card chargeback on the order that didn't arrive. Below is customer service message to me. Since when did company charge consumers $50 fee for filing a chargeback? I filed claim on BBB to resolve the issue.
We received a charge back for this 07/09/2019. Since you were unwilling to follow our process for a lost packagewhich would have been much faster than filing a charge back a month lateryour account has been suspended indefinitely and a balance of $50 to cover fees imposed on us because of this unnecessary charge back is due.
Dissatisfied I placed an order for four 10 ounce silver bars. I paid for this order with a USPS money order. After almost a week, when I hadn't received email notification that my order had been sent, I called customer service to inquire about my order. I was told the bars I ordered were not available. I was not told this when I ordered them, otherwise I wouldn't have chosen that bar or gotten them from a different source. Also, I was not notified about the unavailability when my money order was cashed. It has been over 2 weeks since I placed my order and I still don't have my silver or even a delivery date as to when I will get it. I have bought silver from places other then SD Bullion and have never had this kind of problem. Customer service is very important for businesses and I feel SD Bullion has let me down in a big way with this order.

They sent me a 1 OZ VALCAMBI BAR in ASSAY, The card was supposed to be attached. When I mention this they said You need to pay shipping, restocking, and Of all insults a potential loss because of the market. I get that under normal situ, but they sent $#*!. THe said F off. Find someone else and be be happy. Ampex is very reliable.

Your order was set to deliver within our standard shipping time! Once received, e-checks, personal checks, money orders, and cashier's checks take 3-5 business days to process through our accounting system. After that, it usually takes orders 3-5 business days to process through the shipping queue.
Thus, the total time from when payment is received to when the order leaves the fulfillment center is generally 4-8 business days. When your order is ready to ship out of the fulfillment center, you will receive an email with shipping and tracking information.
