Shipped via USPS and received within 2 days! Ordered the $10 junk silver bag. Just wish I would have gotten a mix with dimes. I just got quarters. But no big deal, that's fine.

Same thing happened to me with a litany of excuses and aggressive and antagonistic customer service agents, multiple individuals, that essentially amounted to them breaching their contractual commitment to me to fill my order.

They are dishonest and self--motivated for gain, even if it means breaching their contracts/commitments/promises to their customers, as the gentlemen above has pointed out.

This is not a one time thing. This looks to be part of their business practices.

The check was mailed out on January 8,2021, by USPS. Today is Monday, February 8,2021

This Coin & Bullion distributor (SD BULLION) is really competitive for its age and size! They consistently offer THE LOWEST PREMIUMS ON THE MOST POPULAR GOLD & SILVER PRODUCTS...

Although, for some Platinum Issues, and other less common or Numismatic products, better product availability, and lower premiums may be found on other sites. I avoid reading their opinion editorials, as they appear overly bullish. Cash payment options can be a bit slow, but that is to be expected (bank wire, physical checks). Having ordered from various retailers I do recommend SD BULLION as the first go to, online retailer, for anyone who is looking to invest in PMs. Overall they are my preferred online distributor of popular coins and bars, and currently the only retailer I purchase from online, on a frequent basis!

I tried this company because its the preferred one of Sean at SGT. Thank you. It was all perfect, except an older Eagle I got was quite stained and ugly.

Quite happy with my small purchase. Am very much looking forward to a long relationship. This was my first on line bullion purchase and it went perfectly.

I am a repeat offender with buying silver. This is the only company I've ever made multiple purchases through because my experience. I will be coming back many more times for the silver.

Most disappointing about how long it took to clear my check and ultimately receive my order. Why don't you use electronic checking that would clear checks immediately.

Cashiers check held 3-5 days to clear, in their reciept email to me 20th. I email them the 28th?, "ohhh my we're just so busy" shipping expected in 6-8 days.? From the original date or some date in their planned scheme? Basement level sacmming within the law. No honor whatsoever. Read about their multiple cancelation scams here and elsewhere. I have the email reciept and communications, but am not posting that data online.

As a previous APMEX customer I was happy with their selection but that was all. SD Bullion really has the best combination of factors that all pm investors are looking for. I am happy to be a SD Bullion customer!

Always before I've had a perfect experience with this time I was missing 1 oz of silver. I did call yesterday and report this and I'm an anxious to hear the results
