While purchasing tickets for Cabaret on Broadway, I accidentally purchased tics for the wrong date (had 2 windows open!). I immediately realized my mistake, found a customer service phone number and called. I explained what happened to 'Kate', and was told that it may be possible to exchange tickets for the date I actually wanted. About 4 hours later I received a call back with a confirmation that the exchange had gone through and that my new tics were available on the app. I know that SeatGeek policy is that all purchases are final, but because these tics were a few months out they were able to assist. I appreciated the customer service.
The seller pay 10% and buyers pay up to 40% and you don't see the break down unless you put in the search price without fees. Can't reach a human to speak with This is the official site of MLB contact you team to tell them that fans are being ripped off
I used another ticket resale site, but they got a little pricey. Their fees almost exceed the price of the tickets!

Quick, Easy, and inexpensive. My son and I had a great time at the game. It was also nice to have the digital tickets on my phone.
Great seats easy to use... but fees are excessive. It's nice to have everything I one place... but yet the extra fees and kinda a turn off
Good site for ticket selection although fees are slightly high. It is very easy to use and access for the electronic tickets to get into the venue.
Its a good site to use I just dont understand how some of the floor tickets are more expensive then others and its the exact same tickets.
Love how nice the interface is and how easily you can use mobile tickets. I have used Seat Geek 20+ times and have never had a problem.

Just what I paid for! $51 seats for $14 due to late season game. Seat geek is great for less popular games.
Getting tickets is easy and I appreciate using seatgeek, however I feel that a $28 fee per ticket is way too high.
Nice app. But it did not allow to what row or seat I was about to purchase. It only listed the price.
Seat geek the best place to look for tickets :), never fail, and can't beat the prices unless you got the free hookup
