While purchasing tickets for Cabaret on Broadway, I accidentally purchased tics for the wrong date (had 2 windows open!). I immediately realized my mistake, found a customer service phone number and called. I explained what happened to 'Kate', and was told that it may be possible to exchange tickets for the date I actually wanted. About 4 hours later I received a call back with a confirmation that the exchange had gone through and that my new tics were available on the app. I know that SeatGeek policy is that all purchases are final, but because these tics were a few months out they were able to assist. I appreciated the customer service.
The seller pay 10% and buyers pay up to 40% and you don't see the break down unless you put in the search price without fees. Can't reach a human to speak with This is the official site of MLB contact you team to tell them that fans are being ripped off
Great Job! Will definitely use it again! It was a great experience. I will recommend it to anyone who asks.
Had a great time at the game. Thanks seats were good atmosphere was nice. First time at a hockey game n it was nice n cold
Was easy to purchase the tickets and less expensive then other sites. Access to tickets on app. Easy to use.
Easy to navigate and easy to choose from where you wanna sit down, and very easy to pay. I'll recommend this app to other friend.
The site was easy to navigate and select the seats I wanted for a price I was willing to pay. I recommend.
It was easy to navigate thru and gave many options. The tickets were delivered fast and the stickers were easy to download.
I love going to the Tiger games. Cheaper the tickets the more games we can go to. We like to go on the give away days.
Very easy to navigate and complete purchase. Not my first purchase for tickets. Probably not my last.
I have not received my tickets despite the email stating they were delivered 12/1. They are not in my inbox nor are they in the app
I bought the tickets then I got the tickets. I don't know what else I can say but I need to

The ease of navigating thru the app as well as them featuring what is a good deal & what is not is pretty favorable. The app is very well designed...
Selection process was easy. Navigating the site was easy. Buying was easy. I just wish we could see the seats BEFORE purchasing.
I like the ease of navigation through the website. However your fees almost total the price of the ticket.
The ticket request gave section and row number, but not the seat number. Did not know what seat I had til I purchased the ticket.
Hi Claudia!
Thanks so much for leaving us this feedback. I can absolutely see why this would seem confusing, but I can definitely shed some light on why it is we don't make actual seat numbers visible before purchase.
As a ticket platform, we can only work with what info sellers provide. And unfortunately we never know exactly where in a row seats will be because sellers don’t make seat numbers available ahead of time. We're really just the search engine connecting buyers to sellers, so as long as the inventory isn't in *our* hands (rather, it's in our sellers'), we can't display seat numbers that we don't know.
All tickets listed on SeatGeek within the same listing are next to each other, though, unless it says otherwise in the notes. So if you’re buying more than one ticket from a listing, they’re guaranteed to be adjacent.
What's more, I looked into your order specifically, and it looks like this show is all GA, meaning General Admission. So, the "seat number" written on your ticket, next to where it says "GA" is actually just for bookkeeping purposes-- you can sit where you like at this show!
I hope that clears things up for you, but please do feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or concerns!

Great seats at a great price. I used it recently for a baseball game but have used it for other events.
The site is intuitive and easy to use. Ticket prices were reasonable. The app is easy to use and worked great for the tickets.
Compared to the ticket prices from the venue the prices on SeatGeek are outrageous and amounts to highway robbery.
Hi Dominic,
Due to the nature of us being a secondary ticket market, somewhat akin to Ebay, we don't set the prices for these tickets. The sellers base their prices on market demand, which means at times you will find tickets for above the primary box office price. That said, there are also many times you may find tickets selling under that primary box office price.
Our best advice is always to check the box office first, and if it's not available there then take a look at the prices. We do have an option to follow an event, so you can do that and keep an eye on if the prices fluctuate and drop as it gets closer to the event.
Warm Regards,

Was super easy to find the right seats with the best view. Having the description was super helpful.
Got on line, searched for the tickets i wanted, found them, picked the seats I wanted, and purchased them
They seem to go up for the same event depending on the price. Same event $12 dollar tickets with a $3 fee, $50 tickets with a $13 dollar fee.
SeatGeek is the Web's largest event ticket search engine. Discover events you love, search all ticket sites, see seat locations and get the best deals on tickets.
Hi Jose, thanks for reaching out about this! It does look like the email with the link for accepting these tickets was sent out on the 1st, but we've got a member of our support team getting that re-sent right now! Just look out for an email with a link to accept the tickets, setup an account, and you should be set!
