While purchasing tickets for Cabaret on Broadway, I accidentally purchased tics for the wrong date (had 2 windows open!). I immediately realized my mistake, found a customer service phone number and called. I explained what happened to 'Kate', and was told that it may be possible to exchange tickets for the date I actually wanted. About 4 hours later I received a call back with a confirmation that the exchange had gone through and that my new tics were available on the app. I know that SeatGeek policy is that all purchases are final, but because these tics were a few months out they were able to assist. I appreciated the customer service.
The seller pay 10% and buyers pay up to 40% and you don't see the break down unless you put in the search price without fees. Can't reach a human to speak with This is the official site of MLB contact you team to tell them that fans are being ripped off
Everything about buying my tickets was Great. Immediately received them electronically and seats at the concert were Awesome!
Competitive, upfront pricing. Easy to navigate. The only thing I didn't really like too much was not receiving my seat number before purchase.
Excellent all the way around on everything with SeatGeek. Great seats and pricing.
Very nice experience.
Thanks,
Fast and easy, but... service fees are excessive! $25 a ticket is way too much, should be half that.
No problem in obtaining the seats we needed! Easy checkout and receipt of tickets. Will do again like last year.
Super excellent a good experience buying my tickets for the events that I like have many options and variety of prices
I've bought tickets for several events now, always very easy and smooth. Paying the fee's suck but otherwise no problems.
On Texas Rangers tickets it be nice to know what seats you're getting exactly before you make the purchase. Gives row but not seat #
Easy process for buying, but I would have liked to see a view of where my seats are. It normally shows this
I only use seatgeek to purchase event tickets. No hidden costs, print ticket delivery and great customer service.
Ive used SeatGeek before, always satisfied. Prices are fair, lots of information, quick dependable service, no hidden charges. What more can you ask?
Awesome to do business with. Very reasonable you can always get tickets when everyone else is sold out.
Transparent with prices and efficient acquisition. I always use SeatGeek for any ticket purchase--sports or concerts.
Total time took no more than 60 seconds to find buy and have the tickets waiting for me electronically.
I always use SeatGeek for my sports and entertainment ticket purchases. I've never had an issue. Smooth transactions every time.
Everything I needed to attend the weekend long event was done through one place and had great prices
Great seats fare price. My family and I enjoyed the experience. Would definitely use seat geek again.
When buying Mariners tickets, only section and row are shown. You should provide the exact seat numbers as viewing quality is highly dependent on it
Nothing beats SeatGeek's prices. It's very easy to use and will show you if your seat is a good purchase.
SeatGeek is the Web's largest event ticket search engine. Discover events you love, search all ticket sites, see seat locations and get the best deals on tickets.
Hi Raul, we appreciate the feedback! We just want to make sure--are you toggling your filters so that your tickets prices are showing "with fees" instead of "before fees"? That way, you'll always know the price you're paying per ticket before you even get to checkout! :)
