While purchasing tickets for Cabaret on Broadway, I accidentally purchased tics for the wrong date (had 2 windows open!). I immediately realized my mistake, found a customer service phone number and called. I explained what happened to 'Kate', and was told that it may be possible to exchange tickets for the date I actually wanted. About 4 hours later I received a call back with a confirmation that the exchange had gone through and that my new tics were available on the app. I know that SeatGeek policy is that all purchases are final, but because these tics were a few months out they were able to assist. I appreciated the customer service.

SeatGeek always has great tickets. They are always as advertised. I have never been disappointed. The prices are usually lower than the competition.
Purchasing seats to the game was easy and efficient. I love how you can pick your seats and compare the prices. Loved it!

I bought a parking pass for the game and they would not allow me to use just the bar code. They wanted the full ticket. So I was not able to park
Cold not get tickets to Download. Had to go thru my MLB app to actuall get the tickets. No help, only chats with a computer.
As always SeatGeek comes through. Website is easy to use, service is great. I have use SeatGeek several times and am always happy with the outcome.

I had a code to use but it would not let me use it and I ended up having to pay the whole price instead of the cheaper one.
