While purchasing tickets for Cabaret on Broadway, I accidentally purchased tics for the wrong date (had 2 windows open!). I immediately realized my mistake, found a customer service phone number and called. I explained what happened to 'Kate', and was told that it may be possible to exchange tickets for the date I actually wanted. About 4 hours later I received a call back with a confirmation that the exchange had gone through and that my new tics were available on the app. I know that SeatGeek policy is that all purchases are final, but because these tics were a few months out they were able to assist. I appreciated the customer service.
The seller pay 10% and buyers pay up to 40% and you don't see the break down unless you put in the search price without fees. Can't reach a human to speak with This is the official site of MLB contact you team to tell them that fans are being ripped off
App is very easy to navigate and use to purchase tickets. Search feature is also expansive. No complaints with the app after a few weeks of use.

Got 4 tickets minutes before the game for dirt cheap. Tickets arrived on my phone in seconds. Paid far less for the tickets than food and beer.
SeatGeek is awesome for the fact that it provides the interactive views from the seats and does hide fees from you as you are making your selections.

For future reference, you can always see the estimated time for delivery within the order confirmation as well, as we do have to give sellers some time to fulfill orders on their end.
