While purchasing tickets for Cabaret on Broadway, I accidentally purchased tics for the wrong date (had 2 windows open!). I immediately realized my mistake, found a customer service phone number and called. I explained what happened to 'Kate', and was told that it may be possible to exchange tickets for the date I actually wanted. About 4 hours later I received a call back with a confirmation that the exchange had gone through and that my new tics were available on the app. I know that SeatGeek policy is that all purchases are final, but because these tics were a few months out they were able to assist. I appreciated the customer service.
The seller pay 10% and buyers pay up to 40% and you don't see the break down unless you put in the search price without fees. Can't reach a human to speak with This is the official site of MLB contact you team to tell them that fans are being ripped off
Everything about buying my tickets was Great. Immediately received them electronically and seats at the concert were Awesome!
Competitive, upfront pricing. Easy to navigate. The only thing I didn't really like too much was not receiving my seat number before purchase.

Fast and easy, but... service fees are excessive! $25 a ticket is way too much, should be half that.
No problem in obtaining the seats we needed! Easy checkout and receipt of tickets. Will do again like last year.

On Texas Rangers tickets it be nice to know what seats you're getting exactly before you make the purchase. Gives row but not seat #

When buying Mariners tickets, only section and row are shown. You should provide the exact seat numbers as viewing quality is highly dependent on it
