While purchasing tickets for Cabaret on Broadway, I accidentally purchased tics for the wrong date (had 2 windows open!). I immediately realized my mistake, found a customer service phone number and called. I explained what happened to 'Kate', and was told that it may be possible to exchange tickets for the date I actually wanted. About 4 hours later I received a call back with a confirmation that the exchange had gone through and that my new tics were available on the app. I know that SeatGeek policy is that all purchases are final, but because these tics were a few months out they were able to assist. I appreciated the customer service.
The seller pay 10% and buyers pay up to 40% and you don't see the break down unless you put in the search price without fees. Can't reach a human to speak with This is the official site of MLB contact you team to tell them that fans are being ripped off
It happened with two tickets. Twice. The same third party whichbyou can't see until you purchase. It's like you are in on it.
Bought 288$ worth of tickets, less than 24hours prior to event still fo not have tickets. Refuse to give refund. Use another site

SeatGeek are thieves. I purchased Bruno Mars tickets 5 days ago, not realizing general admission tickets were not for sale yet, and those prices are much more reasonable (I paid DOUBLE what the general admission tickets were. Absolutely ridiculous). After realizing THAT I WAS SCAMMED I wanted to cancel the tickets. I called and they stated that I was not able to get a refund. They said that I am stuck with them. They also did state that I could try and sell them once tickets are sold out. BUT, I will not even get a PDF version of my tickets (which I paid an additional $5 for an email delivery) until one week before the event. SEVEN DAYS PEOPLE. There is no way I can get to sell my tickets, and even get my money back for a concert that is OVER 9 MONTHS AWAY just SEVEN DAYS before the concert. I am highly upset, they do not care for the customers, and are just trying to make extra money off of their customers in any way possible.
I will NEVER purchase from SeatGeek again, and I highly recommend that no one ever does either! I wish I would have read the reviews before as well! And I see now, that I am not the only person dealing with the same issues.
I will ensure that everyone I know does not purchase from this site. Trust me, I will continue to request a refund, or at least the option to sell MY TICKETS that I have purchased.

It was simple, quick and easy to use and loaded right on to my SeatGeek account. I will be using it for as many future purchases as possible
So easy to use and actually it is cheaper than a lot of other sites or apps. I will continue to use it and go see rad shows.
Was easy to use the site just wish tickets had been cheaper. Competeive price if but would h e been nice to get ya as cheap as possible.

If you could change one thing I would ask if you could get rid of printing the tickets and just use my smart phone
I downloaded the app and it was very easy to purchase tickets quickly. The ability to store tickets on my phone helped a lot.
Is there a way to have the tickets go straight to your mobile device? All I found was E-print and I had to print them out and take them each time.

The short answer is: Sometimes.
The long answer is: We really want for every ticket out there to be able to be scanned on your phone, but that's not actually our call to make. Whether or not a given ticket can be scanned for entry depends on the venue itself - what kind of software, hardware, and policies they have. Some venues are totally happy with the QR codes we generate for their tickets, but if we aren't sure that you'll be able to get in, we don't want to risk you missing out on an event because you don't have your ticket printed! So, in cases where we are uncertain, we turn off our QR codes and instruct you to print your tickets instead.
We think the majority of venues out there like mobile entry and want to support it, so we hope it's only a matter of time until everyone is all caught up and you can use your tickets to get in anywhere, straight from the SeatGeek app. Until then, we'll keep giving you a heads up and telling you how to your seats with as little fuss as possible. I loved being able to look at the whole stadium and see the variety of ticket options. The purchase process was quick and easy.

Found good tickets for the game I went to, but disappointed by the high fees charged to me as a buyer and a seller.
I did not get the tickets that I was promised. We stood outside Coors Field and was told that the original Seller would Not Release the Tickets that I had paid for Months In Advance! Your Rep did come up with other Tickets that were Cheaper than the Ones I had purchased. I have not received my Money Back. Is this the Way You Conduct Business. You stated that You preview and that ALL Sales are Confirmed! Yet You Allowed this Seller to Steal our Tickets and Sell them to another Buyer? So We were told that other Seats were available if that would be alright. Now We had Flown from SC to Denver for the Game only to find out the Seller would not release the original Seats Row 38 1&2 but Now after the Game has started We could get Row 30 5&6 which were in the Sun not under the Cover as the others were. Now Tell me Did You expect Us to MISS the Game because of the Screw-up by the Seller. There is also the difference in the Cost of the Tickets and SeatGeek said Oh You agreed on the other tickets Really What a BS statement. I did everything right and SeatGeek sided with the Seller Pityful!

Sorry to hear like there has been a couple of instances that have negatively impacted you with your orders regarding our third party vendors.
When you are selecting your tickets you will see the seller listed in the same section with price and deal score. If it says SeatGeek or Box Office, that is us, otherwise it will say Ticketnetwork or whomever the third party is. That way you can avoid third parties you may have not had the best experience with.
