Good delivery. Took a punt and ordered some Vans trainers, arrived quickly with the option to return, great item much cheaper than from elsewhere., would recommend.

Re advertised as 81%; 78%; 74% etc cheaper than RRP. It wasn't until the items arrived that I actually looked them up, as I was excited by the saving, only to discover that they were all much more expensive than the RRP and I could have got the same products much cheaper had I got them from the high street. Surely this sort of misselling should not be permitted.

Very very poor and they use one of the poorest delivery com in the logistics field! Placed the order everything going well with my order until we hit the delivery faze …. Unfortunately secret sales use one of the lowest standard delivery operators in England wales Scotland and beyond! I was told my order would be delivered by evri on Saturday to which it was unfortunately though it was one item from the full 6 said to be on that PO when checked into if other items would follow this was the let down it's saying complete and delivered I got one top out of 4 I ordered and no jeans and no halterheck trousers suit either I feel very let down I will be contacting again Tom to request a refund not letting this slide at all I won't use them again I feel extremely let down by secret sales even went as far as recommended them to which I've given the folks my update and to now not use them absolute shambles wouldn't order again even if the stuff was free!

Brought a coat and they didn't send it no explanation why and then they tried to take my postage I had to email them several times eventually I got all my money back won't be buying from here again.

They are whitholding a refund belong to me and living about it emmy care manager said my refund was processed 21stof Dec no such thing recontact today told its processed today delay over Christmas even tho it was processed on 21st by emmy I'm reporting these crooks and advise to keep away this is 21st email and I got another processed email today liars

DO NOT ORDER FROM SECRET SALES! They'll take your money, they won't deliver your items and then they won't reply to your emails! Absolute Scam! Avoid these arseholes like the plague!

It is a nightmare using this company, 1st u pay to return each individual. Item u buy so returns cost alot! 3.50 per item, then you have to chase to get a refund as it takes ages, if u didn't chase youd never get your money back. I ordered 4 items, spent £14 to return them. And then hours of messaging to try n see where my refunds are. This is all not worth it. Stuff is rubbish and looks far better than it is. Don't waste your time and money using secret sales

I've ordered from secret sales before and it's been OK, however I bought few items from them by esos which never arrived, it's been a nightmare to get them to look into the matter, they use a very unreliable delivery company, I'm very disappointed how you can't even talk to someone, the robot will tell u someone will be with you in 14mins and it's never happened, very bad customer service.

Big mistake to order something from the secret sales.

I ordered & paid for a craghopper jacket 18/6/23 & was told 3 days later that the jkt was to be delivered when it wasnt I contacted & they said there was a problem with the firm and they were sorting it. I was told a couple of days later that there was still a problem & they would sort it asap its now the 30/6/23 & I still have,nt got the jacket & despite lots of emails to them i cannot get anyone at secret sales to tell me whats going on or give me a refund.

The items I ordered, Sandals and Dress, are of such poor quality. Unless you know exactly which brands the items are from, do not order, because they are not all high quality brands. And they are overpriced, non designer items from high street shops, are being sold at higher prices than buying directly from the retailer.

Sell faulty goods and do nothing - will not respond - just interested in obtaining money and selling goods not fit for purpose - not existent customer service - avoid at all costs

Secret sales tried to remove a review on trustpilot hence why trustpilot should not be trusted and hiding the truth!

Be prepared that you will have missing items! They send you a couple and don't send you the rest of your items!

You items show up missing and to reach out to secret sales is nearly impossible as their response time takes a very long time! So watch out for that when you order it's been over a week and update now almost 4 weeks and they have not turned up! And instead sent me a screenshot of the dispatch list which further proved that the rest of my 11 items "received" were NEVER shipped! Though they lied about it being shipped! Lazy and incompetent scam of a company

Because I'm missing items and I have reached out for help and they are dodging responsibility when I have provided evidence from the couriers who have proven my case.

I have now escalated this dispute with my payment providers (Clearpay) and my bank."

Othered a Versace trainers and Enzo pair of jeans for husband bday. Arrived within estimated delivery date but opened the package and very disappointed to find they're fake, besides they are bad quality fake.Very misleading and won't be buying there again.

Bought two leather jackets with star logos on for size...when they arrived they looked like they had been painted on by a 5 year old.smudged cheap rubbish.said they had been reduced from nearly £500 to £80.they are not worth £20 even.I'd be embarrassed to wear the jacket.

How they could send them out in that state is beyond me.emailed them no response so now having to go through PayPal as I'm not paying to return this rubbish.

Secret Sales is a trading name of LRG online Ltd from whom I purchased a pair of Jack and Jones chinos – they turned out to be utter rubbish quality but the real issue was the fact that they were described as 32" waist but in fact measured 34". To be fair this was not the fault of Secret Sales but their handling of the problem was nothing short of a disgrace. I had to jump through hoops to extract a prepaid return label from them and two weeks after they received the item back from me I still had no refund, and emailing them proved to be a complete waste of time.
Fortunately I had paid using PayPal through which I was able to raise a dispute and after six weeks of failed requests to Secret Sales PayPal gave me a refund. Despite their many faults PayPal came through for me on this occasion so thanks to them. As for Secret Sale, I'd like to think this was due to inefficient customer care but I believe it to be deliberate because the company is dishonest and untrustworthy.

I was refused a refund of over £100. Because there was a sticker stuck to the show box. Nothing wrong with the product. I will never use this company again

I ordered a blouse from secret sales but it was such bad quality that I returned it with their printed label but I still had to pay postage. That was over two months ago and still no refund. My advice is do not buy from Secret Sales

Ordered a pair of Ted Baker shoes for my wife for a wedding. They arrived worn and damaged. Sent them back and re ordered as my wife loved them. Second pair arrived damaged at back with a stud missing. Will not use again.

I ordered an expensive coat which was reduced but still pricey it arrived wothout the belt, I contacted them and was initially advised to keep it and they would request a replacement belt to be sent out. Great was well happy. Day's later told they couldn't do that as the next customer would have sane issue! Ah ok great!
