I subscribed to High Dividend Opportunities by Rida Morwa. After 11 months I could no longer access the service. I repeatedly wrote support to no avail. (copies of letters sent from December 2021 through January 24,2022 below) I then reached out directly to Rida Morwa. He assured me he would authorize a refund for the lost month. Then my 1 year subscription expired. No refund - no subscription - Paid for one year - received 11 months - BUYER BEWARE.
The Seeking Alpha response below is a flat out misrepresentation. It is an attempt to cast blame onto your customer rather than to take responsibility for the lack of timely customer service. The only acceptable response would be to extend the subscription one month for the month lost without access. Seeking Alpha has proven not to be trustworthy.
Falsehoods from Seeking Alpha's response:
1. "Please note, your subscription to HDO was active during the 12 month period from the date of initiation to the end date."
A subscription being 'active' is of no use if the subscriber cannot access it. We could not access it for the month of January – period. Paid for 12 months – got 11 months – period.
2. "We apprised you of the same and shared a new password. You can find the password in the ticket that was opened on Jan 16,2022. To create a new password simply click on 'Reset' under 'Forgot password?'
Note that this was only after repeated requests starting in December. This response was one half month later after begging repeatedly for help, and the 'advice' DID NOT WORK:
When trying to access the password it said: "locked by administrator"

So we STILL did not have access to our paid subscription.
We give up. We will inform our 7,167 subscribers of Seeking Alpha's dishonest business practices in detail. - with a strong recommendation to avoid this service.
How unfortunate, this could have easily been resolved by offering your 'valued subscriber' a one month extension for the month lost. Simple common courtesy and customer service.
