So anyway, I contacted SellBroke and entered in the info requested for a Brand new condition All-in-one PC that literally had only been turned on once since coming direct from HP. I was instructed via the website to print out the shipping Label and to box it up & take it to a FedEx drop off location which I did. I bubble wrapped the PC and periphals wrapped up the cables and gave the open box to the counter person at the Shipping location who then stuffed it full of foam peanuts, taped it up, & affixed the shipping label. More than 36 hours after FedEx displayed they had dropped off the package and after two emails requesting a payment update from myself I received this response "the PC was damaged in shipping the cables attaching the monitor to the motherboard were damaged and it won't turn on, I can offer you $250, it was floating in peanuts when we opened it" The $250 is 1/3 of the offered value of the pc that I had uploaded images of and have time and date stamped pictures of the condition of the item (which was perfect)
After I said no to the offer of 250 and I pointed out the point that SellBroke had paid for and had the account with FedEx and that they would especially with damage to the box as well as the images from the day of shipping of it's pristine condition pay for the damages obviously that had been done during shipping, I was told "ok well go file a claim with the fedex" and although it was still in the middle of the business day refused calls and emails in which I requested the pc to be returned since they would not honor their original offer or even half of that.
At this point I want my PC back or if they are filing a case on their FedEx account which I can't even do since its not me that paid for or was the ship to destination. As it is they got my PC have paid me nothing and will no doubtedly receive a payoff from insurance or FedEx for the damage incurred in their own shipping.
Sirs do the right thing honor your agreed upon offer, send me the payment and file the claim on your own account as would be the right thing or at the very least send me the PC back so I can then as the reciever file a grievance with and collect on the Shipping damage.

Tip for consumers:

they seem uncaring uncommunicative non responsive and shady in this my first dealings with Sell Broke
