I had ordered 2 of the shaper camis and they were just as described.I bought black and rose colour,and was happy.Then in an advertisement in my email which I opened but had no idea to order anything.,All of a sudden I was charged over a hundred dollars(I am a senior and just don't have that kind of money).I didn't order anything but was sent 3 black camis and a pair of shaper shorts.I emailed,tried speaking with a chat bot to explain I never ordered anything.It has been a week and counting

First I received the wrong item, then contact has only been with email. I don't trust a company you can't speak with directly. Then they wouldn't send out the correct items until they received the return. So I have a charge on my credit card for their mistake. The last email was they will credit my card when the wrong items are returned. But they are worth less than what I ordered. I will not do business with a company that treats a customer badly. And again everything is email. What happened to a real person to handle problems?
I placed an order with Shapermint.com over one month ago, order never received but said it had been delivered. I have used their "chat forum" and was informed they would ship a new order. Look back on the site 1 week later and nothing indicates a new order was shipped. Tried emailing and calling and received canned email that would lead me to believe they never read ny emails sent. Tried chat again demanding a full refund and it's like talking to a wall. Assured I would receive replacement (which they are unable to trak) will be delivered within 4business days. Told them I don't want their product, I want a refund and chat ended. I will be filing a complaint with State Attorney General and writing a daily complaint until a full refund is received. Do not recommend purchase here.
AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! DO NOT BUY FROM SHAPERMINT! I made my first Shapermint purchase on 1/23/25. My credit card was charged immediately. Today is 2/17/25 and I have not received my order, nor can I contact anyone at the company. Everything is a bot or an automated response. You can't speak to anyone. On 2/14/25 I was on the Shapermint bot assistant again, communicating with Zadie. I was told my order was being reprocessed and I would receive an email with the tracking number in 24-48 hours. I have yet to receive any information.
I asked Zadie if there was a phone number where I could actually speak to someone. I was told their phone lines were undergoing maintenance and they hoped to have them up soon. In reading reviews, I see that others have not been able to get in touch with anyone at Shapermint other than a bot.
I wish I had read the reviews first. I need to get a refund as I was charged almost a month ago and still do not have my order.
Save yourself the time and aggravation and avoid Shapermint!

The product was great, but then monthly charges started to appear on my card. I could not reach a human nor get into any account I was supposed to have. Got the Chatbot runaround in live chat and Facebook Messenger. I finally had to cancel my card. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I ordered 3 bras from them that didn't fit, then exchanged for a different size, using their online return/exchange system. The new sizes didn't fit, either, but when I tried to return for refund, the website said the return window had closed. It had only been about 2 or 3 weeks since my original order. I spent over 30 minutes on their online chat, and was told that they were having errors with their system, and that a return label was being manually created and would be sent to me within an hour - but I should allow 24-48 hours. It's been about 10 days, and I still havent received the label. I just chatted again, and was told "We'll process your refund amounting to $73.97 USD within 5 to 10 business days." Based on what I'm reading here, I am highly skeptical I will ever see that refund.

They are deceptive and email you saying if you don't object we will subscribe you to our club. This email went to spam so I didn't even know I was subscribed, it happened automatically and without my knowledge or consent.
They also charged the fee twice in the same month. Very deceptive company, avoid like the plague they are.

Absolutely love the Truekind Wireless Bra but my last order was never delivered and I can't seem to get to a live person (at least I'm hoping I've never gotten a real person because they would be terribly incompetent) - only AI bots that ask the same question over and over and promise a credit that never comes. There is no phone number - only "chats" and email and this has been going on for 3 weeks.

I strongly suggest to steer clear of this company. If you encounter a problem or have a question, you have to chat with a less than intelligent robot who will not address your problem. Interesting way of passing you off! Their sizing chart is not accurate and they make it impossible to make the changes to correct the situation. Significant money down the tube! Thanks Shapermint!
