It was easy to exchange online... quick and simple, no hassle! The main issue right now is I'm not sure if they've received the return so I can keep an eye for when my exchange will be shipped. I returned the shoes that same day I received them and still nothing. Better communication would be greatly appreciated but since I've been a member, I've had nothing but superb customer service and pleased with every purchase.
I sent back the same shoes multiple times one size 7 runs extra small and tight but when I order it in the wide size it was extra large, there is no in between. It took me a month to get my first order because they had a problem with the delivery service. This happened twice so I just didn't look for anything else. And for the shoes that I've sent back I did not get my points back. So I cancel my VIP because it's just not worth it.
My experience is always a pleasure! That is why I continually purchase! Everything I've ordered thus far fits nice and is always complemented when worn. And suits my outfits on point! And to top it off Its affordable! Always keep me posted on new arrivals…

It's simple and easy and honestly I would rather have someone bring a slew of shoes from different outlets to me than having to look all over for myself. If I don't like anything I can just skip the month and not pay the service which is equivalent to buying one shoe a month with no additional service fee. As long as you're aware of the service and skip or buy when nothing or something respectively worthwhile comes up it's a great service.

Shoes are always cute but never accurate when delivered. Price can be a little unreasonable with all the fees added now. Shoes appear to have a lower quality and sometimes uncomfortable while other times you can't even fit your foot in shoe due to bad sizing. But again CUTE, if you can deal with all of the rest

There is a reason they price their shoes so low. Don't be tempted by the ability to skip a month, you can only do so the 1-5! Unless you remember to log in that small time frame EVERY month to skip, enjoy paying 40$ a month unknowingly! AWFUL customer service. Called three times, was hung up once, the others refused to cancel my membership. Do not order.

If you need shoes, for any occasion, come here. I have been a faithful customer for a few years now and I am never disappointed. The shoes are always fantastic! They always have a wide variety from cozy to beyond dressed up! High heels to slip ons. I may or may not get about 5 new pairs a month but who keeps track when shoes are happiness!

Ordered for New Years Eve and rep stated would not send correct blouse until incorrect one was sent back and received. There was no way all could take place to wear in time. I have been a client for several years and was shocked how the situation was handled.

Not once Have I received clothing that fits. Last piece of clothing I ordered was a sports bra. Had to send it back twice and it still doesn't fit right. ( I gave up on trying to get the right size.) Shoes are the same, either way too small or too big. From reading the reviews I hear the same complaints. What would be helpful is if the site would say runs small or big. Save time spent returning and customer service time.
On another note customer service is outstanding and more them happy to do exchanges and returns. But still an inconvenience for the disparity in sizing.

A few things hard to locate the skip the month link at first had to go through multiple other links and pages to get to it. I liked 2 our of 3 pairs and the one I didn't was fit but an amazingly cute boot. Overall happy so far.

I have been off and on this for years. The quality of the products has always been questionable but the billing practice and customer service just gets worse and worse. Very sneaky company regularly finds ways to trap you and bill your credit card. Not worth it

This company takes #39.95 off you credit card every month even when you do not purchase anything from them. There is no legal law that requires you to tell them that you are not purchasing shoes this month. Once, you make a purchase for something from this the automatically deduct the same $39,95 of your credit card monthly with any purchase and storage in their bank account and give you a credit. What happens if you die... they keep your money. This is high unusual and must be addressed in a court law immediate. Y.

First let me say that Shoedazzle itself is a great site and I've been a member since 2014. These shoes, however, were so confusing. Putting them on requires untangling and really tugging the straps around the ankle. Then they dug into my foot and started cutting off circulation. I ended up cutting them, eliminating a wrap around the ankle and they worked. (And I am a normal clothing size 8/10 girl with size 8-8.5 shoe) so I dunno

Stay away, they charged my account twice for $39.95 without informing me. I didn't even receive the shoes they charged me for. Finally after a frustrating call with customer service they said they will reverse both charges but I wont receive the refund for at least 5-7 business days. Cancelled membership and never buying from this site again.

I'm never ordering anything from this company again. The customer service representatives are rude and uneducated. They will hang up the phone on you rather than ensure your service issue is taken care of and to avoid refunding you your money. Don't waste your time!

I bought two pairs of shoes both in a size 10. The flats fit but the heels didn't even come close to fitting. The flats had straps on them that just kept coming loose. I wasted money and time even giving this website a shot.

Love the shoes comfy at the start lol but I have flat feet so they was painful towards the end of my event. The extra wide fit was perfect as well my foot did not look crazy like it would in most regular fit heels

Items arrived on time and were nicely packaged. The shoes themselves were poor quality and ill fitting. They were very uncomfortable after a short distance. In the future i will pay more for better quality. Also if a customer has multiple credits they should be able to use them together. After all it is real money that you took every month and if i had multiple gift cards i would be able to use them together at any other store.

Usually when I see a sale on Shoedazzle, I'm not disappointed! Love the prices and selections available. Do have to read reviews if possible because sizes on certain items, i. E pants or shoes may not be of great quality or not true to size.

I was skeptical about purchasing shoes from Shoe Dazzle because I had never heard anyone that I know of purchase shoes from them. I would see different ads all the time about Shoe Dazzle and the shoes looked amazing but the prices looked even better! It seemed to good to be true to me. A friend of mine said she had heard of this company but had never ordered shoes from them. Well I desperately needed some new shoes, but my budget is very tight. I decided to take the chance and ordered 2 pairs of booties for work and boy was I pleasantly surprised! The shoes arrived exactly as pictured! They actually arrived sooner than I expected and they are very comfy! Now that I know this is legitimate, I will definitely be purchasing more shoes in the future!

I bought two pairs of shoes, I sent them both back due to them not fitting the very next day.I received a refund for one pair but not the other. They literally were shipped back together in the same box, so there's no way they didn't receive the second pair. Never again, that's bad business!
