Great experience! Prices comparable to Zappos, and often have additional discounts - have ordered several pairs of shoes from this site, they ship fast, and the few times I've had to return a pair, credit always appears quickly.

This site and this company sucks, big time. Ordered the same pair of shoes 3 times. The first 2 times my account was credited back the purchase price WITHOUT EXPLANATION. The third time it seems to be going through, however, only time will tell. Their customer service phone line has been terminated and the recorded message asks that you send an e-mail. Did that twice, no response to either. Not a good business model and I doubt that I will use this company again. Life's too short to have to deal with a low rated company and the frustrations they create.

The company sent me the wrong shoes and then would not do anything to reimburse me for my inconvenience of returning shoes back to the company. Unbelievable. I have worked with other vendors before who had provided a discount/promotion code for the customer's inconvenience since it was their fault. They really did not care.
The shoes arrived in a dirty dusty shoebox with no padding to keep it from shaking around inside the outer box. The store has limited selection/sizes, yet if you need to get a different size there is a re-stocking fee unless I exchange it. How can I exchange it when you don't have other sizes in stock? Clerk was indifferent. I asked to speak with a manager but was put on indefinite hold. If I don't accept the other shipment that hasn't arrived yet, in case they don't fit either, probably they'll charge re-stocking fee either way. No mention of re-stocking fee that I saw when buying. I will not be back. Ever.
I ordered a couple pairs of shoes. Returned & placed an 'Exchange' order. Their website was 'down' when I needed to return them for an Exchange. It recommended ordering the new pair then sending an email with a statement that my order was for an exchange (which I did). They sent me an email upon receipt of the returned pair stating they were charging me a 'return fee'. I was never able to get them to show them as an Exchange - never could get through on the phone (would get disconnected after about 30 minutes). So... I ended up getting charged the return fee instead of them designating my order as an Exchange. Their site does not show updated 'Order History'. I will never order from them again.

I have bought from Shoebuy twice, both times for FRYE handbags, which were about $100 cheaper than other sites with coupon codes.
Shipping was fast on both, I received my package within 4 business days both times.

I ordered a pair of shoes for myself. They sent the show in mens rather than womens. In order to not pay the return fee, I had to exchange the pair, although it was ShoeBuy's mistake.
I would like to assure ShoeBuy that I emailed and twice called and was not able to get the charge removed. The shoes were listed on your website and my order as women's, not unisex, as you will see when the pair is returned.
We would like to reassure this customer that the $6.95 restocking fee is always waived if ShoeBuy sent an incorrect or defective item. Please keep in mind that some items are Unisex shoes and are listed in Men's sizes. This would be indicted on the shoe page before adding the item to the cart and we could not waive any return fees if we did send the correct item as it was ordered.

Shoebuy are probably the most unprofessional company I've ever wasted hard earned money on! They wouldn't honor their warranty on a pair of boots that cost 349$, the supervisor Paul P, he would not give me his last name, was very condescending, in short I will never do business with them again and will post this review on as many review sites as possible.
I called to check on an order of shoes I placed 3 days ago. Customer service rep distracted, snippy, and for some reason hard to understand despite not having an accent. Can best be described as talking so rapidly & muttering - or maybe she doesn't want to be pinned down on how long the order can take. I asked her to repeat herself 3 times & still have no idea the time frame to expect.
She did say "Well we just got that order." It was placed on the first of february, hasn't shipped yet and it's the 4th today. Had I been able to find that pair of shoes on Zappos - they would be at my house right now, not sitting in your warehouse across the country. Never again.
I will be returning the item I bought (Order # *******) because it was uncomfortable and not at all what I was expecting. More than that though, I am appalled at how uncustomer-friendly their returns process is. I dare say, ShoeBuy must derive a great deal of it's profits from the hefty $6.95 "restocking" fee associated with returns. This, incidentally, is why people often fear buying shoes online-- because policies such as this make trying new products risky financially. I know I certainly have never encountered such a roadblock with Zappos, Amazon, or any of their other competitors. No deal is worth anything if the product is unsatisfactory. And even if I were to take the only other route possible and exchange the shoes, I feel I would simply be roped into buying a second product that I, again, cannot return should it too prove unsatisfactory.

I have been a loyal customer for many years and have returned shoes many times without any problems but this time when I tried to return them, they hit me with a new restocking fee. I went back to their web site and found the language regarding this to be deceptive. When I tried to call customer service, I was put on hold for over an hour. I had to hang up and call another time. This time I lost another hour. I will never use them again. The deceptive return policy is bad enough but to keep people on hold that long is just PLAIN RUDE.

I love this site so hardcore. I've ordered tons of shoes from them over the past several years and saved more money than I can even count. I don't really care for the "private events", as there are shipping charges involved with these, but the general promos are crazy awesome. This site has let me score Sketchers, Crocs, and other name brands for a fraction of what I'd pay at the mall.
Our company provides uniforms/shoes for staff and I ordered 2 pairs from website which allowed me to choose next day shipping (for $20 each) then did not receive the items. I called to see why not and was told these shoes are not eligible and many others are not eligible. The expedited cost was credited, after 5 days yet I was charged a restock fee because I could not wait the regular shipping time and had to purchase the shoes elsewhere.

I canceled an order within 15 minute of placing it and the customer service lady, who sounded like she was about 12 years old with an accent that made it nearly impossible to understand her, assured me I would get a confirming email "in a few minutes." An hour later I called back, got the same young lady who said "It takes about an hour." Ten hours later I found out they don't send confirming emails for cancellations. So they have an untrained staff and worse, the item was $10 cheaper at Amazon.
Orders size 1 uggs boots models November for a Christmas gift. Arrived and box said size 1. When wrapping dec 19 turns out the contents are size 11! Def knock off or aftermarket as there is a red mark through the tag. No one will return my emails (conveniently no phone number avaialbel) Google shopping said its beyond return period... I just want what I paid for!
I ordered an item on Wednesday evening at 7:45 pm. The website states if ordered by 12pm eastern, ships same day. Well I would expect the item to ship on Thursday... no. Friday? No. Now it's Saturday, I called and all she can say is there was a shipping delay. No notice, nothing. 2 years ago this site was great, now it's horrible. Great prices and coupons, but don't order from them if you need your item quickly (within 9 days).

I purchased a pair of converse high tops, order #*******-1 and when they arrived, ( late,, by the way) i noticed they were clearly knockoff fake converse, and very cheaply made. I called customer service and they gave me a refund label, i immediately printed it out and shipped the shoes back in perfect condition, i even watched my package being loaded onto the truck. The tracking number has still not updated and i sent my package back weeks ago waiting for a refund. Customer service is terrible. I've attempted to contact them multiple times about my missing money and refund and they HANG UP ON ME. Do not purchase from this site. Sells fake knockoff versions of shoes and they're scammers.
The last time I bought shoes was 2 years ago from shoes.com. What shocked me is that I got text message alert saying that "shoes.com charged me $1" on January 29,2021. At first, I thought I lost my credit card and called discover and told them to deactivate my card and filed dispute. So. Today I found my credit card in my car and it makes me realized that "shoes.com" is the one who charged me $1. I know it just $1 but I don't like being scammed. Scammer! Beware!
Buyer Beware. This company has a real con business going in the industry. They are selling "used shoes" and trying to pass them off as "new." The tragedy is that when you return the dirty and repacked shoes (as you received them) - they just ship them back and charge you for the used shoes-saying you wore them. Had ordered several pair of shoes from this company over the years. Didn't have a problem until I went to return a pair of Rockport Sandals. The heel was too high and they were painful. Returned them immediately only to be told that they had been "worn". NO I tried them on for maybe 5 minutes to see if I could handle the heel. They tell me the shoes are shipped directly from Rockport so they have no idea the condition of the shoes that were sent. After doing a bit of research I see that this is a common problem. Nothing like being called a liar and having to pay for an expensive pair of shoes that I can't wear.
