I am dissatisfied with the recent experience I had with the service in Damansara delivery hub. I visited the hub to collect my package, only to be informed that self-collection is not allowed and that I must wait for the delivery instead. The staff didn't even help to check for the parcel which is clearly indicated has arrived at the hub.
This lack of a pick-up option is highly inconvenient, as it significantly delays the process and contradicts the flexibility I expected from Shopee Express services. Many courier companies offer pick-up as a standard option, and the absence of this service puts customers at a disadvantage.
I kindly request that Shopee Express addresses this issue and consider implementing a more customer-friendly approach by providing a self-collection service. Such an option would be beneficial for individuals who prefer to pick up their parcels at their convenience rather than waiting for delivery.

My wife was short changed on an order. My wife paid for 10 but was delivered only one. Seller response has been very slow and admitted to being 'only human'! Are there monkey sellers/workers within Shopee?! Buck up shopee or wind down! Stop the rot & cheat!
Order has been completed on 29/3/24, shopee stated money to release to seller wallet by 14/4/24, until 16/4 they still not release the money, and just give an excuse said unusual activity without any detail or proper explanation to seller.
Recently bought a pants & it was a total disaster material. Can't wear at all coz is exactly like netting. Spoke to seller & seller ignored.
Raised refund & shopee rejected saying that refund based on quality can't be approved. Meaning? Seller can sell any non quality item or rubbish? So what's the point we buy from online for high price item?

I can ask my dad or my husband to login using their Shopee account and grab all the vouchers and utilise it also right? Does it means this is the unusual activities? If yes can't you just set a rule 1 family only 1 person can have one Shopee account? Lousy and funny to the max!
I have raise a refund request and return iem in range and they can just cancel the refund request without checking. Once request check back they will mentioned to take time check and then let Supplier (DJI Malaysia) inform you that you pass 15 days and only can do repair.
Shoppee won't protect you even already reported Supplier close the refund request without reason with proof. Good luck to those that doing refund.
And their shipment guarantee is a sham. Even when seller missed the guarantee shipping guideline (SOP), a refund/cancellation from customer is rejected. What is the point of "Shipment guarantees"?
Just shop with lazada, in my opinion it's not without fault, but at least shipping is fast there and they seems to understand what customer satisfaction is more than shoppee which probably should have their tagline be "Seller satisfaction".
Drivers most of the time are using proxy, means they may not be the real person register in the system

Seller delivered a fake and defective tv. Shopee 'claim agent' quickly responded by asking me to return the goods and will assist me to make a refund... ALL LIP SERVICE.
After chasing them for a few weeks, they replied that my request for a refund has been rejected. The seller is to send back to me, all the $#*! stuffs and the case is classified 'closed'. The chat line was discontinued. I've lost my right to contest the decision.

Shopee always pushes propaganda like "shop with confidence", but when you get cheated by shopee sellers, they just say "it's ok, next time don't get cheated" "it is ok u get cheated, as long shopee makes all the money from you to pay their useless customer service salary and hire celebrities to dance in a shopee ads"
Not safe to buy from shopee. Avoid shopee at all cost.
This is the first time I come across a shopping platform that actually encourages selling of fake products. Sellers are protected as Shopee never take action against fake product advertisement to mislead buyers. Beware of words such as "OEM", "Factory", "Refurbished", etc. The return policy is a joke. Imagine buying something at 10 bucks and the product arrived broken/wrong/fake. Would you return it if the courier charges is 5 bucks? Most people would just shrugged it aside. And that's how most sellers do their business in $#*!pee. Selling poor quality or imitation products at low price by bulk, knowing buyers won't returning them due to the hassle and the forms to fill. Lazada would have higher integrity than this. And if you guys can wait on delivery time, AliExpress is still better.

I received a malfunction item. Requested for return/refund with pics. My nightmare starts. 1st they will get the seller to harass u for few days. Then the customer service will send this request.
"Please follow steps as below:-
1. Create Youtube/ Google drive or any video account
2. Record and upload the video
3. Send us the video link for investigation purpose"

To me this is clear sign of forcing buyer to give up our return/refund request.

Shopee has just recently adopted new system of frequently cancel items when sellers unable to ship products or manage their stocks in time for delivery. This is not the right process of ecommerce. The company try to hit it big during particular day of campaign or promotion. Getting consumers to buy but in the end, they either face losing their coins, waiting long for delivery with no updates or worst cancellations without any informed notice. This is not how ecommerce is managed. The company need to stringent check if their sellers have available stocks during consumers purchase on destinated dates of promotion. These items ordered are in need by buyers most of time. As a consistent user of shopee I will now opt for other ecommerce platform.
If you want to buy counterfeit health and beauty goods, this is the website to go to. Even AliExpress doesn't sell counterfeit (i. E copied packaging of legitimate items) health/beauty items. Customer service is garbage. Turns out you need to BUY an item in order to report the fake item, even then, they WILL side the seller in the end. "100% Authentic Guarantee" my foot.
A bunch of moron that cause shopee from good to worse. Their dispute agent didn't even read messages just cut and paste. Some of them can't even understand simple English. When video of evidence provided, yet still ask fro evidence and close case your care even evidence show clearly it faulty. Avoid shopee as I'm a shopee seller aslo I stop selling at shopee.
Shopee is the worst when trying to return an item that the seller wrongly advertised. The seller stated it was 100% cotton and it clearly showed the label stating 90% polyester and 10% spandex. Wrote to seller who asked me to write to shopee. I did and gave all evidence along with it being the wrong size. After shopee agreed that I had made my case and could return it, I waited for shopee to update the status so I could return it but they never did and it continued stating it was under review. As such I could not get the label to return it. After four phone calls and many emails, they still every time insisted it would be dealt with. I even spoke to their supervisor who promised but didn't deliver. And today I received another email stating that I had did that I had Changed My Mind about the product and to contact the seller. Shopee is incompetent and does not value its customers from the way I've been treated. I have always had great experience returning items with Lazada and they take responsibility when their sellers lie about their products. I'm afraid to ever order anything rude from Shopee and I've spent a lot of money on this site. They will lose me as a customer if they don't settle this. Lazada even calls me when there's an issue with their product and offers compensation. Shopee just gets me to do more and more things and still it is not settled. A nightmare. Such lack of care for their customer.
Settle my account problem using 5 days and two agent, some more one of the agent finding the wrong person, he send a redeem problem solution to me where it is not me, it is another girl facing problem. They will calling you while you are working time, very disturbing and annoying.
Pathetic customer support. After telling me that my refund is in process I get a mesage that its been cancelled since they dont have enough proof. Thats even after the seller told them that they have received the goods back and to process the refund
What this tells me is that shopee is run by a bunch of greedy goons who don't mind ruining their reputation for a couple of bucks they haven't delivered on. Its back to lazada for me.
Bought grass cutter with 5 years warranty from Shopee. After about 1 month, the grass cutter is not working and chat with the supplier about the warranty as advertised in shopee. However, the supplier said since I gave 2 stars review, there is no warranty! Submitted complaint to Shopee that they will investigate & reply in 3 days. However, I didn't receive any reply from them. Bad service & no feedback.
Answer: Many scammer sellers. Some will deliver fake products and some malfunction products. Shopee will NOT help buyers to process return n refund until seller agrees, which they will not because tbey are scammers n Shopee allows it.
