I bought a dog toy from this company on February 18th. It's March 29, and I still have not received my order. I also got charged $24 on my credit card in March for a subscription to Shoply World, which I never subscribed to. I tried to dispute this with my bank, and together with the bank representative, we called Shoply World, but there was not answer.

This website is a scam. Please don't fall for them as I did.

Ordered product back in early February. Just got product today, 3/31/23 and it doesn't look like what I ordered. I called customer service, sent pictures and was told the product was correct. Started using it and the covers are too tight and the zipper broke on one of the covers already... Haven't even had it a day! No way to get a refund now!

These losers keep charging my card $30 for some dumb membership when I was tricked into ordering soap from them that never came. They are manipulating dishonest thieves and need to be shut down asap!
