Thought we were getting a good price on Soy4Plex products. But when received it was wrong even though the included invoice was right. Tried to contact by email and it was rejected. Tried to contact by phone and was on hold for 20 minutes even though it said I was next in line. Finally hung up and protested the charge on Paypal site and at the bank. No confirmation of refund yet.
This company is the biggest scam going! I ordered my hair color over a month ago. It took about that long to get to me and then it was a complete wrong color wrong product and their phone only works during the week if you call on a weekend it's a disconnected Verizon number. If you call during the week you may or may not get somebody to pick up same thing with their email so they have been ignoring me for weeks now There's nobody to talk to and anybody who goes with this company at this point really deserves to lose every penny, I've already reported them to the BBB and to my credit card company where they're starting a dispute and I will get a refund, but don't work with this company. They suck!
I was unable to complete the order due to shipping restrictions to South Africa. Sleek Shop customer service team were amazing: keeping me in informed of progress, making every effort to fulfill my order, processing my refund in record time! I would certainly purchase from them.

Now three months and these people refuse to answer emails except with a bot form "give us two days to respond" - this is a ten? Times - and their 800 line is another dead end - for three months. They do not appear to exist. I'm thinking this is two operations like amazon - the front facing takes orders takes money, someone else has the warehouse and fulfills so the one that takes your money has no clue what happened next.
And my order was actually $70
Good customer here increasingly larger orders then $60 order not delivered despite USPS reporting it delivered. Delivered is to my APT not randomly on floor of open lobby of a 54 unit building in dense urban area. I have sent almost dozen emails and calls over 2 months to Sleekshop only responses are auto bots. They chose the carrier without informing me who so I had no ability to buy insurance or direct the delivery altho I did direct to my apt #. For $60 these idiots lost a repeat customer. Never again.
On your Birthday Month they give you a code to save $10. There is no place to enter this code, so you end up paying full price NO discount. Contacting *******@sleekshop.com takes several days to reply and they will send you a false claim that it was your fault. Not a fan of this company.
I placed an order and after 12 days I still have not received and when I inquired to the company they told me to be patient. I have no idea if I will ever revive the product and am extremely dissatisfied with this company and their client service.
Yes I read the bad reviews. Complain to the company on how my order was so late. I threatened them to write to BBB. They wrote back right away telling me my order was made on a Friday so it wasn't shipped till the following Monday. I got my shipment the following week everything was fine. I ordered again because they had products at a lower price even with shipping. Got my order just fine. I'm one who helps smaller businesses and really try not to use Amazon so much. So I apologize and will continue to order from this company. Thanks
I made a purchase on Thanksgiving day. They sent me an open hazardous product that ruined the rest of the shipment because it spilled everything. They do not have live customer service, only through email that gives them time to keep your money longer. They told me that the products were damaged during transit because they wanted to blame USPS, but it was their fault they sent me an open product. They asked me to return the products, which I did and offered a replacement. They switched from that to not honoring the replacement and the Thanksgiving promo. They will take 3 weeks to "credit to my account". The full transaction is worth more than one hundred dollars. I don't even have the assurance that I will receive the "credit" because they did everything through email, outside of my account and their website. I am highly disappointed.
I ordered a very hard to find hairspray from Sleek Shop and it arrived today. I ordered on 10/10 and it arrived today on 10/15. Considering the cost of shipping ($5), I think that was great! The product was bubble wrapped, the lid was held in place with a piece of scotch tape, and the box was further packed with paper to ensure the product was stable for shipping. I am 100% satisfied with my experience and will order from them again!
I ordered a product from them on July 7 and it is now July 22nd. It has not arrived despite working with UPS to have it tracked. UPS is unable to locate the package. Other reviews have indicated that they do not actually ship the product and will not help you after you come to them and tell them that you did not get. This is not a reputable company.
Please learn from what happened to me and do not order from them. I will never order from them again in the future.

I have used Phyto 7 for a few years. Ordered a tube from Sleekhair. It was super watery. Just poured out of the bottle like milk. Not at all like the other tubes I've received. When I contacted customer service about the quality of the product the customer service rep, Cynthia, tried to blame me and indicated no replacement because I had opened it. How would I have been able to determine the bad product quality without opening? Bad customer service.

I bought an eyebrow gel and just arrived. The seal was off on stuck on the box. The box had hair dusk, the tiny hair-like dusk that accumulations after years.

I previously used sleek hair and was satisfied. On my most recent order, I received a confirmation the day I ordered. Seven days later, I get an email saying they put my credit card order is on hold, and I must use Paypal. I used the same credit card and shipping address as before. I called Sleek hair and was put on hold. After waiting, I was then put on an answering machine and told to leave a message. When they returned my email, they were completely unapologetic. I cancelled my order and will not use sleek hair again.
Bought vivid violet hair color. Tried it today. Left it on for 45 minutes with no results. Followed instructions and expected to end up with a beautiful violet hair color and was bitterly disappointed. What a waste of time.
