If I could give a zero or worse I would! This company just scammed me out of $65 dollars right here at Christmas (plus the money I will spend on replacing that gift!)
We ordered a clock on Monday, Dec 19th and paid an extra $16 for GUARANTEED delivery on or before Dec 24th. Normal delivery is $10 but I needed it there for Christmas and felt it would be worth the extra spent. We ordered it on Monday. By Wednesday morning we had not heard from them with any order tracking info, although the money had been deducted from the account on Monday. So I contacted them by the chat, there is no telephone number (RED FLAG). The agent I got was Sylvia. I asked her if the order was going to be delivered as guaranteed. Sylvia replied that "Unfortunately something unforeseen has happened and the clock was not yet produced" I liked the clock so at first I didn't intend to cancel my order, but asked for a refund of the extra $16 I had spent for the GUARANTEED delivery that was not going to happen. Sylvia told me they wouldn't refund it because (I quote) "It's a production issue and not a delivery issue"
After wasting about 45 minutes trying to get Sylvia to understand that when someone pays extra for a GUARANTEED delivery but doesn't GET that delivery then they should be refunded the extra cost.
Nope. And even though the order has not even been processed, because of the unforeseen issue, they won't cancel the order and said if I want a refund that I had to wait for the clock to arrive first, then request a refund/return.
I don't believe I'll ever see the clock. I don't believe there was a production issue. I believe they scam people by promising the delivery that they don't intend to do. Free money as far as they are concerned.
That's pure SCAM.
