WORST EVER, STAY AWAY. DON'T, DON'T ORDER FROM THEM, THEY ARE THIEVES. Bought a dress when it arrived belt was torn woun't zip, Sewing that's another story Veryyyy bad stitching, looks like a beginner sewed it. There is absolutely no return policy no matter what the website States. You will be stuck with the product and your money WON'T be refunded. I am in the process of filing a claim against the company that sent the dress ZHAO MENG in Carson, CA. Also just for your info. They do not read their reviews, because they do not care.

I wish i would have seen these reviews befor I ordered. Dress did not fit and wanted to return. They wanted pictures show how the dress didn't fit. Sent them. Then they wanted to know if it could be altered in my area. Told them not enough fabric. Then they wanted to send me extra material for the dress. I told them that it wouldn't reach me in time. Nothing but the run around from them. Now they don't respond. Take your money elsewhere. I wish i could give them a negative star rating.

Avoid this company at all cost. I ordered a pant suit for my daughters wedding. I checked the address for this company was in New York but the outfit was made, and badly, in China. It didn't fit and was not what was represented in their website. After numerous emails with no response, I dug a little deeper and found out this company is a fraud. I'm out my money and I am still looking for a outfit for my daughter's wedding. I guess lesson learned, it it sucks to get scammed by untrustworthy people. Shame on you Sogown, may your business go down in flames.

This company does not go by their refund policy. I reached out to them due to the dress not fitting. I have gone rounds and rounds with Sharon and they are making excuses of why they can't take the return that it could get lost and everything else. I had to email pictures of the dress not fitting my mother. A wedding is stressful enough I shouldn't have to fight to get my money back because it doesn't fit her. I have all the emails to prove it. This site is a scam and just takes your money.

I orered a dress 4 my daughters wedding well it did not fit right, I could not get a response bk from the company or a email that was legit, long story short I returned dress to address it came from since I got no response. So I returned it they got it & emailed me saying it would charge me 30$ I said no I'm not paying 30$ after 12$ in shipping anyway got my credit card statement & they recharged me 4 the dress 4 $152, fraugelent I'm working with my credit card company on this issue. They need to be shut down. Fraud at its best.

DO NOT buy from this company. The color, the fabric, the fit, the delivery time, NONE of it as promised. I paid a rush fee for processing the order and additional postage to receive my order not later than 9/17. My item arrived 9/23,2 days after my daughters wedding. During the processing time, they would not provide a confirmation of shipping, just kept telling to be patient' and don't worry'. The color was awful and nothing like what the picture showed. The shirt came to the middle of my stomach rather than mid thigh, as pictured. The fabric was not chiffon as advertised. The lace was scratchy, not soft. The length of pants was 8 inches too long, the shirt 8 inches too short. They are still refusing to refund my money. The product couldn't be further than what was promised.

I paid a lot of money for what looked like a beautiful dress, but alas it was the ole bait and switch. I'd already had a bad experience on another site and now this. I wish I would have seen these reviews before I ordered. The run around I've been getting isn't worth the return, even though it would have been over $150, that I am owed. I will NEVER order from another one of these obvious Chinese sites again. Only reliable sources for me from now on! Buyer beware! You will NOT be happy! Even the customer service leading up to delivery was terrible. They never even confirmed my order until I asked.

Buyer Beware... once you pay this company your money it is gone, no matter what the product you receive looks like.
I purchase an outfit for $150 and the color that was represented on the internet looked nothing like what I received. I asked for a refund and I was told that due to the fact that their product was made in China ( and was personally made to order?) it would just be too costly for me to ship back and they refused to give me their mailing address so I could check the cost with my local post office. They just kept responding to my email saying it would cost me too much until they finally stopped responding. At this point I would rather lose the money and get the word out that this company is not worth ordering from...
Especially if you're an American.
