Solution Inn has the "free book" as a buy now pay later scheme where they charge you $14.99 for their membership until the cost of the book is recovered. They will not allow you to remove your payment info until you pay their hidden charges. They will charge you $20 to refuse the order. Be aware.

They are fraudulent people, they stole from me 50 dollars without permission. First they charged me one dollar, them refund it, and finally, without my permition they charge 50 dollars from my paypal account!

I've canceled my subscription for a while now & still getting charged every month. I've reached out to them & they been giving me the run arounds. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH SOLUTIONINN. I've asked kindly for my refund & all they say is they are looking into it. I've been going back & forth with them for 3 or 4 months now. It seems like they don't want to help or refund me my money back or simply don't know how help. This company is unprofessional, again DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I've attached part of the email where they are asking for certain details regarding my account which I have provided and still haven't yet been sorted out.

This resource did not meet my expectations, and the cancellation process has been frustrating and unclear. I attempted to cancel my membership, but was still charged again this month despite the website confirming my account was canceled. Despite following the cancellation process outlined on their website, my billing was not stopped. This suggests a misleading or flawed cancellation system.

They will place random charges on your account. Don't do it. You will have to deal with the fraud department and close out your account.

Solution in is a scam run for your life they charge me a reoccurring charge of $15 they never told me they were going to do that the book was supposed to be $7 they also charged with that that's fine but then when I asked for my reoccurring charge back they said I owed $20 so they were trying to get $20 out of me just to get my charge of $15 back that they initially charged me, fraudulently charged me I was never told that I was going to be charged over and over again why it was just a one-time charge run from this company as far away as you can, also NEVER got the book.

I cancelled through their website 3 times and they continue to charge me. I emailed them to complain and request a refund and immediate cancellation of my subscription but got no response. I had to file a complaint with PayPal to stop the payments. Also, when cancelling in their website, they require you to provide someone else's email for referral. This is a bull$#*! site with shady practices. DO NOT USE!

The site was not what I thought. I canceled but they never processed the cancellation and kept charging me. I just canceled again. To cancel they force you to provide someone else email as a referral to proceed. Very shady business practices.

I have a deadline for assignment submission tomorrow, I am pleased, because I got want I needed. I suggest you give it a try.

Do not give your card details to SolutionInn, they will continue charging you even when your membership is cancelled.

This platform is easy to use. They have solution of millions of questions, I solved my queries from Solution library. I thinks this is a best platform for students and experts.

I do not even recall giving them my credit card information but they have been charging me monthly since the summer after I logged in once. This company is a total scam, and all positive reviews here are from the company themselves.

They are completely scammers. My bank account was attempt to be hacked after I logged in this app. Please stay far... I tried to send an email to the help service, guess what, IT DOESN"T EXIST as an account. BE CAREFUL PEOPLE. THESE MF MUST BE PUT IN THE ELECTRICAL CHAIRS. I have personally reported them in the police information station.

They say you can have a free book, but in the fine print, it says you have to keep a monthly membership which is outrageous. And if you have a question you have to pay one of their tutors another fee usually starting at $25.00 and up. If you can return the book they charge you another $6.00. Either way, it cost the students more money than it is worth.

Ultimate trash, my phone not working now and wish to cancel my membership, but you cant cancel simply because they have this so called review-what's-wrong section that keep you unable to cancel the membership, absolutely vicious

This site is a scam and they will steal your money after you cancelled and refuse to give it back. I will be talking to my bank. Plus, their answers suck and aren't much help. Don't even think about getting a subscription for this site and just go with Chegg instead. TRUST ME!

I enjoyed this service while I was using it.
When my classes ended I wanted to cancel this service, naturally.
I canceled my membership via my account details and thought that was the end. No - I got an email saying my cancellation REQUEST was received. I never heard back and decided to pause my membership until the "cancellation request" was finalized.
Fast forward 7 months later I am charged again for 2 more months. I contact CS and am given no explanation as to why my cancellation from 7 months ago never happened.
They refund me for 1 of the charges,
I think this is done - no I am then charged again 2 days later.

I contact customer service again and am told my membership is canceled and they have not charged me.
I provide screenshots of the charge via my bank and met with an attitude saying "AS WE TOLD YOU ALREADY your membership is canceled. You must have another account."

I checked all my emails, checked my bank to see if I magically had another account and was being charged twice each month. Not the case obviously.

This could be a good service, but after the shady business, hoops to cancel a subscription once I am finished, and unauthorized charges, I would choose a different service. Never had this issue with other services, such as Chegg I have used over the years.

Also, my account still says Pending Cancellation LOL

Stay away from them, once you subscribe it is impossible to remove your subscription, first of all to process you need to provide someone else's email, wtf, and once you go through the cancellation process you are still being charged. You also can not unsubscribe as the link times out. Tried to contact them and no help. BE WARE
