This resource did not meet my expectations, and the cancellation process has been frustrating and unclear. I attempted to cancel my membership, but was still charged again this month despite the website confirming my account was canceled. Despite following the cancellation process outlined on their website, my billing was not stopped. This suggests a misleading or flawed cancellation system.

They will place random charges on your account. Don't do it. You will have to deal with the fraud department and close out your account.

Solution in is a scam run for your life they charge me a reoccurring charge of $15 they never told me they were going to do that the book was supposed to be $7 they also charged with that that's fine but then when I asked for my reoccurring charge back they said I owed $20 so they were trying to get $20 out of me just to get my charge of $15 back that they initially charged me, fraudulently charged me I was never told that I was going to be charged over and over again why it was just a one-time charge run from this company as far away as you can, also NEVER got the book.

I cancelled through their website 3 times and they continue to charge me. I emailed them to complain and request a refund and immediate cancellation of my subscription but got no response. I had to file a complaint with PayPal to stop the payments. Also, when cancelling in their website, they require you to provide someone else's email for referral. This is a bull$#*! site with shady practices. DO NOT USE!

I do not even recall giving them my credit card information but they have been charging me monthly since the summer after I logged in once. This company is a total scam, and all positive reviews here are from the company themselves.

Whoever runs this company is absolute scum.

I have emailed them several times about stopping these payments. My account just sits at pending cancellation while they still take the money out! I now have to contact my bank to get the payments stopped. There is no where to actually cancel the subscription or remove your payment method. Just don't sign up unless you plan on using them forever.

I am really impressed by their 100% discounted books. They have recently started to offer free textbooks instead of rented books. Now students can get free textbooks at their doorsteps with free shipping. I am really happy that the major expense of my semester is been taken care of. My books were delivered within 3-5 days time period and all were in excellent condition.

They say you can have a free book, but in the fine print, it says you have to keep a monthly membership which is outrageous. And if you have a question you have to pay one of their tutors another fee usually starting at $25.00 and up. If you can return the book they charge you another $6.00. Either way, it cost the students more money than it is worth.

Ultimate trash, my phone not working now and wish to cancel my membership, but you cant cancel simply because they have this so called review-what's-wrong section that keep you unable to cancel the membership, absolutely vicious

This site is a scam and they will steal your money after you cancelled and refuse to give it back. I will be talking to my bank. Plus, their answers suck and aren't much help. Don't even think about getting a subscription for this site and just go with Chegg instead. TRUST ME!

Stay away from them, once you subscribe it is impossible to remove your subscription, first of all to process you need to provide someone else's email, wtf, and once you go through the cancellation process you are still being charged. You also can not unsubscribe as the link times out. Tried to contact them and no help. BE WARE

The site was not what I thought. I canceled but they never processed the cancellation and kept charging me. I just canceled again. To cancel they force you to provide someone else email as a referral to proceed. Very shady business practices.

They are completely scammers. My bank account was attempt to be hacked after I logged in this app. Please stay far... I tried to send an email to the help service, guess what, IT DOESN"T EXIST as an account. BE CAREFUL PEOPLE. THESE MF MUST BE PUT IN THE ELECTRICAL CHAIRS. I have personally reported them in the police information station.

They make you get an account but once you sign up you need to email them to make simple changes to that account such as removing payment information or even deleting the account. They will not email you back. They will put your account into "pending cancellation" but they will continue to charge your credit card or other payment method regardless of your request to stop the payments. Your subscription rate will also slowly go up every month.
Luckily so far they have only taken just under 70$ from me because I noticed early enough. I had to report them to my credit card company in order to block them from taking payments.
Don't let good reviews fool you. They will scam you.

After initially finding the website for school, I signed up for a free trial expecting to cancel within a few days. However, after getting charged the $15 I was displeased and immediately put in a request to "cancel my subscription". They reached out to me after I submitted my cancellation request with an offer of 6 months free with a free book. I was no longer interested in their services so I did not respond thinking that my subscription had been cancelled. Two months had since passed and I noticed I was still being charged. :( I sent in another email asking for a refund and pleading with them to officially cancel my subscription so I no longer had to pay for something I never even used. They were nice enough to email me back but only refunded my Solutioninn account. Therefore I do not have access to the two months worth of subscription fees that were refunded to me unless I use them on the website. Overall, I am unhappy and just want my money back.

You will be unable to cancel your membership OR even remove your cc info w/out emailing them. They will continue to bill you even after you email them requesting cancellation.

Just don't sign-up. They make it extremely difficult to cancel. I have been trying for the past 3 months.

Also, their content is not good which is why I canceled in the first place.

This platform is easy to use. They have solution of millions of questions, I solved my queries from Solution library. I thinks this is a best platform for students and experts.
