Not only did i receive damaged, used merchandise for a NEW cost, this vendor was unrepentant enough to not waive any of the costs to me under their antiquated return policy.
These people are no longer on the radar in this houosehold, they are fired

Look up reviews of the company. They are rude and will not even honor their own return policy. My hummingbird feeders leak right out of the box and they won't even exchange them.
