I hired Southern Guarantee to help with my move at the end of July. They assured me they would be there on Friday. I got an email that they subcontracted me out to We Pack Van Lines who didn't show up till Sunday. We Pack demanded more money and were unprofessional at best. I called to complain to Southern and they said take it up with the carrier. I have been promised delivery several times but no one shows up. It is now the middle of September.

The guys were wonderful about introducing themselves and they treated our belongings as if they were their own. There was more to move than they expected but they got an extra truck and extra help with no problem. I would use it!

They did a fantastic job. Things were very well packed with no lost items and no breakage of any kind; all the boxes were delivered to the proper areas of the new residence, making unpacking easy and setting up the necessary items one needs right after arrival. They were fast, professional, and thorough.

Great moving experience! Communication was awesome, my move was confirmed the day before and I got notified that the movers were 1 hour and 30 minutes away from me on the day of. Movers were kind, careful, and efficient! Would recommend this company to anyone!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Had a move scheduled for today and everything possible went wrong. Was initially quoted 2300 dollars for a 1 bedroom apartment move agreed to this several months ago. Quality assurance called the week before the move and recommended adding a little extra space bringing the total to 3000. Agreed to this to be safe. Day of the move twas scheduled for a specific time of 11-3 and the movers did not show. Eventually they called and quoted me 1000 above the the 3000 quoted earlier last week. Had to cancel because the rate became to high and get none of my deposit back. Comleyely scammed DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

Best moving experience I've ever had. We used Southern Guarantee Moving to move from NJ to KS. I worked with the team of four and was 100% satisfied with their work! They were punctual, careful, and very attentive in making sure my furniture was well wrapped and safe for the move. Their pricing was also very affordable. I will for sure recommend Southern Guarantee Moving to anyone in search of movers.

Really did an amazing job. Took all the stress out of moving! I had the full packing and moving service and all of the guys were super helpful, polite and careful. The office staff was fantastic too and got everything sorted at very short notice.

Wow! Even though moving is typically a difficult experience, we were able to breeze through it thanks to these movers. Everyone in the building where I was moving in claimed they'd never seen a team work so quickly. The movers took the time and care to put my belongings exactly where I wanted them. Outstandingly laudable.

We strongly suggest Southern Guarantee Moving and Storage and their movers! Exceptional movers! Seriously knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly. They were meticulous in moving all my antique things. They were competent enough to do work.

We were blessed with the most competent, diligent, and courteous workers. They worked tirelessly all day and helped us relocate with no hitches. They moved all of our belongings with extreme caution and not a scratch on them. Our whole furniture collection was disassembled, reassembled, and returned to its original state.

This company lures you in with great rates and promises they won't keep. As soon as the moving company that they hire (3rd party) arrives you have to sign another contract on the spot. This contract supersedes the contract you sign with Southern Guarantee. This includes paying additional moving costs, for storage if they arrive at the destination early and you can't accept delivery because you don't have possession of the property yet! Rescheduling your delivery if they show up early from your "agreed upon delivery date" to a date 3 weeks later that works for them NOT YOU! Includes added costs that were excluded in your original contract. This was a total bait and switch company and I would NEVER recommend or use them again.

The 3 guys who arrived on moving day were polite and friendly. Nothing was broken or damaged and they took care with the items moved. There were no walls bumped or damaged in the move either. In the new property they had all items put in the designated rooms and outdoor areas. They didn't just 'dump' items anywhere; they were careful and asked every time where to put them. The truck looked great from the outside and the moving unit was great and inside the truck was clean and organized.

My moving experience was made amazing by Shawn and his staff! This staff was kind and effective in addition to taking excellent care of my belongings. They really reduced my day's tension, which was amazing considering how stressful moving is. If I ever relocate again, I won't just utilize Southern Guarantee Moving and Storage but also ask for Shawn's staff! Again, many thanks!
