I ordered a sign that could not be made from the parts sent. Would have been great. But it works. I just have extra letters that I paid for that I can't use. I ordered the sign, kitchen is open. Supposed to be two lines. I was only sent enough end caps for one line and it didn't fit in my space. I landed up just using, kitchen open. Weird. Very weird. Just be aware that the sign you order may not be able to be made. I should receive some sort of credit for the letters I can't use.

I saw an ad for SpellBrite on Instagram and thought this kit would work great for me as I work in an events office. We've used it once so far and found it really easy. I'm excited to use it again to create different signs for other events. The ordering process was super easy and my order shipped within 24 hours after ordering. I think it's well worth the price as we intend to use it multiple times to create different signs.

My restroom sign in green is for a family member with memory issues. The room is easy to find now! I love the quality engineered letters and the excellent way in which they snap in securely to each other. I am also very impressed by the dimming feature and the amazing strobe modes! Finally, the product shipped quickly and very securely!

First off, great product! This is our second order, but we were disappointed with the shipping. We paid about $50 for overnight shipping when we ordered on Thursday, because we wanted to get the sign-up in time for the weekend. The order was delivered to a neighbor on Monday. The $50 overnight fee was a waste of money since it took 4 days.

The letters and end piece kit were easy to assemble using the attached mini-screwdriver to secure the letters together. There's a button to control a variety of types of flashing, or else on solid with no flash, and another button to control the brightness. The light intensity is more than I expected, and will show clearly at a distance.

We started off by ordering one relatively small package. Management then decided to get a lot more, adding 5 more for a total of 6. Just last week, we ordered another sign, which will replace vinyl letters and allow changes easily. On the 2nd batch of 5 signs, we ended up with a problem. SpellBrite quickly got back to me to resolve the problem, and since I was going ahead and ordering another sign anyways, I suggested they include the replacement items in the box so there was only one shipment. Hopefully we don't have more issues except needing to order more.
