I have been trading with this forex broker for a year now and their credibility is unmatched. They always keep me updated with the latest market news and trends, which has helped me make profitable trades consistently.
Their endless demand for more money was very disturbing and i should have realize it was a scam. My account manager who was polite but very pushy and he takes no for an answer. I demanded for withdrawal and they want me to pay a certain % before i could withdraw. I was manipulated and drawn into several agreements that made me lose money, after i paid this tax fee they requested they immediately disappear and communication went cold. Fortunately for me my effort to get this money back on my own has been successful and i willing to share more helpful information on how i did it and assist other victims. I had a couple of questions regarding the withdrawal I made, and as a new trader I might have sounded like a clueless little kid but the support person was very very understanding and helpful. I love them for that reason and think this is the platform I will be sticking with spotinvest broker for a while because I believe good customer service is the most important aspect to consider while deciding your trading platform :)
Top notch broker and very ethical.
They provide basically everything I need to have seamless trades.
No slippage, low commissions, low spreads and high liquidity, fast withdrawal and deposits.
Their customer support is great. I hope they keep it on this way.Leverage on currency pairs is also a great plus. However, I think there is still room for improvement
I appreciate the transparency of this broker. They have always been upfront about their fees and have never surprised me with hidden charges
