My refund was processed within a week. It was expensive to send back to Canada from the uk which isn't down to SSENSE but may be a returns service for U. K. I like the wide range of product of Ssense, but the delivery is quite slow, espceially for me living in Macau. Canada post is probably quick within canada, but outside Canada it s really. Slow =[
I would suggest using Dhl / Fedex / Ups for international delivery. I am sure there is a lot of international customer on Ssense. The bad thing about canada post is since its not available in Macau (and many other coutries), it only delivers to the post office so I have to go and pick it up. As with many other online shoping site, they mostly use dhl / fedex / ups so they do deliver it to my home instead of me picking it up at the post office. Thats a weak point of Ssense compare to other shopping sites. Online shopping is for lazy people. Lazy people like us really dont wanna go to the post office to pick up our parcel =[
The good thing about Ssense is there is abundant stock of the products and the styles are very updated.
