Had the option to customize my dress. Provided measurements. Stacees was concerned with one of my measurements size and contacted me to clarify in order to assure my perfect dress. The material is great quality, comfortable, stylish. Color is royal. I will definitely use Stacees again for a formal event.

My daughter was very pleased with her purchase. It was true to size and was exactly the same color as the picture. Very well made as well!

I ordered two dresses that were not custom because their website said you could return them if they were not customized. They are now telling me I can not return them and are only going to refund $25. All I want to do is return them and I even offered to pay for shipping. In the end I ordered the same dress in a different size and color on Amazon.

This was my first time having a dress made for a wedding. The style was just as portrayed on the site and the fit was perfect. I received an email questioning my measurements which I had incorrectly measured and was able to get them fixed. The seamstress was definitely on top of it.

When I went to your online site, I was so excited at the many beautiful formal dresses displayed. I chose a beautiful dark navy blue lace dress and decided to have it custom made. I had a dressmaker take
My measurements, and then ordered the dress. Stacees kept me informed of every phase right up to its completion and shipping. The dress was completed so professionally and it fit me perfectly. I can't wait to wear it to my nephew's wedding in October. If I ever need a formal dress again, I will definitely buy it from Stacees. Stacees is certainly an exceptional asset to the fashion industry.

Zero stars! Refunds, returns made easy...LIES. I ordered a dress for my daughter's homecoming thinking I could return it if needed because of what their return policy says. Again, all LIES. I've been emailing back and forth for weeks now. Telling me that they can remake the dress, for a fee and if I want to send the dress back the shipping fee would cost half the price of the dress. It's a jokes and lies. I am so sick of companies like this stealing customers hard earned money. This is what they are hoping for. People just ordering dresses and then hoping to be able to return them if the dress doesn't work out. Don't take the chance that the dress will be perfect. It's not worth it!

And as for Stacee's, you should be ashamed of yourselves for advertising easy returns and refunds and stealing people's money. Don't bother responding to this review either because that will just be lies too.

I ordered a dress from this website, saw a ad on Facebook and took a look. I was not disappointed by the many beautiful wedding dresses, Prom dresses, I am very happy with my purchase and the delivery time, I would definitely recommend this website to family and friends, I can't wait to make my next purchase, thank you so much.

Please DO NOT purchase from this company! I purchased a Homecoming Dress for my daughter & when it arrived it was too large. I have had over 20 emails with the company and they insist that they can only give me a $20 refund and if I send the dress back there is "no guarantee" they will receive it so they can't guarantee a refund. I usually don't post reviews but now I'm stuck with a dress that doesn't fit and I can't get my money back.

This dress was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable! My daughter wore it to Prom and so many people kept commenting on how beautiful this dress was. It trails perfectly. It gave the WOW factor every time she walked into a room. I highly recommend this dress for affordability, quality, comfort and WOW factor.

This company is horrible. Never received the dress I ordered for my daughters prom. The package was sent back due to an address era. The company received the dress back and I said I returned the dress! Needless to say my daughter missed her prom because of an address era that was no fault of my own. I told them what happened and asked for a refund. They keep giving me the runaround. Offering me a new dress but I have to pay the shipping. I have repeatedly said I do not want another dress so they finally offered me $60 on a dress I paid $230 for plus insurance in case anything happens to the dress. I asked for a full refund they are tell me all I can get is $60 on a dress I never even laid eyes on. This company is ridiculous and does bed business. Please shop at a local store if you can. These online businesses are horrible and take your money no matter what their policies state. Be safe and order from well known respected businesses.

I was very hesitant to order my daughter's prom dress from here but couldn't pay the ridiculous prices in UK shops and my friend had a great experience so I went ahead. I was very glad I did! The dress was just as beautiful as the pics online and it fit my daughter like a glove (per measurements given.) The company emailed with updates along the way and we received the dress a week or so earlier than expected (but we did order April time so we knew she'd have her dress in plenty of time). I'd definitely recommend this site.

I ordered 2 standard size dresses (unsure of my size.). When the dresses arrived, the fit was not flattering at all, and the color was too dull. Neither would work for my sisters wedding. I immediately reached out for return. They refuse to stand by their return policy. They keep giving me the run around, asking me for pictures of myself wearing the dresses (I am NOT sending them pictures of my body), trying to send me a custom dress that will "fit better", etc. The wedding was today. I do not need a new dress now. I just want to return the 2 dresses that I could not use. They do not respond to my daily emails and chats with their customer service agents anymore. AVOID AVOID AVOID. So unprofessional.

I ordered a dress to wear for my daughter's wedding. The first dress came and was too small so with their 'return' but no return policy- We'll make you a custom sized dress for $50, I opted for the custom sizes dress. The second was to be 3.5 in. Larger in the bust and it came smaller than the first. After measuring and sending pictures as I was directed, no resolution was made. I am out over $250 for 2 dresses of which I cannot wear either one. This dress has been removed from their site, so I imagine I am not the only one with issues.

DO NOT ORDER from this company. They do not stand by their product. Their sizes are not consistent with other dresses and the material is so heavy that you will sweat. They absolutely will not let you return any dress you order no matter what. The customer service is a joke. Worst company ever!

This was a perfect dress for a vow renewal! It was made and arrived in a timely manner, it fit perfectly, and it was beautiful! I haven't been in a dress shop to accurately give a quality rating of the material, but it did seem a little delicate on the lace part so I just tried to be careful not to snag it. The only thing I didn't like was the cups inside the dress, they didn't do much at all and so I had to wear a bra and risk that showing in some photos but not a big deal.

I was hesitant ordering online from what appeared to be a more affordable option, but I did enough looking online and on their social media accounts to feel comfortable enough to risk ordering. I'm happy with my decision to order from Stacees!

Great experience buying from yourselves. Really easy to order with detailed measurements. Kept updated all the way from sending our order, to my daughters dress arriving. Took the stress out of shopping!

I ordered the dress in a size 8, which is my usual size. I received an eight that did not fit at all. It was large in some places and small in others. I did online chat to file a ticket and then I got an email saying that I would be reimbursed $10 and I could sell the dress on the secondary market. I will advise everyone I know to never ever ever buy a dress from this company. I have several friends who are mothers of the bride and looking for bridesmaids dresses. This will be a company that I will completely X out. I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and likely file a claim in small claims court. How can this company been in business?

I have been begging for days to please honor their return policy. My dress did not fit and also after trying it on it was clear the skirts would be too heavy for me. I have been back and forth for days in emails. They even asked me to send a PICTURE of me in the dress that wouldn't fit! Then apologized for being inappropriate. I was told I would have to pay for shipping back and I should just take a $25 refund! Do not order from them if you want your money back as they promise if the dress doesn't work! I will amend my review if they make this right, but as of now I have a dress that does not zip and I can not ever use that I spent a good bit of money on.

The dress we ordered kept getting pushed back for shipping. We ordered it very early for prom and it wasn't delivered until after prom. When I contacted the company 3 weeks prior to prom they would not give me a firm answer on shipping

The dress arrived fast, as I have never ordered an expensive dress online I was so amazed because it was such great quality for a good price. Wore it to my prom, definitely a 10/10 as it was way better then the other girls dresses. Very impressed with Stacees, and will definitely recommend also will definitely order for my next special occasion.
